Hey josh, I was wondering if you ever got a number to someone cause the same thing happened to me I bought the phone from them and I asked the guy with tattoos And quotes he been there a year! if I can use this phone with other providers if I buy the phone he said yes and I went to another provider and go a SIM card and let alone to find out it’s locked for 6 months so I ask to talk to manager and he said he was the manager and that there nothing they can do cause that’s there policy so I AGREE WITH JOSH TO ANYONE WHO WANTS CRICKET DONT DO IT! There are others providers and store with better customer service and salesman that DONT LIE!!!!

I really hate doing this being a business owner myself. But I purchased phones from them. 4 phones to be exact. The guy that works there with the tattoo on his forearm told me and my wife that we had 14 days to return the phones if we didnt like them. My wife got a phone that she just didnt like and I tried to return it on the 14th day. I went in there and than they tried to tell me oh its 6 days. After speaking with the store manager she said sorry our computers wont let us do a return tough luck. I asked for the owners name and she said I cant give you that information. With that being said I bought 4 phones I was keeping 3 just returning 1 and you blow off a customer because you want to lie and decive a customer. All customers beware of this company. If you want cricket you can get it at Best buy. 1 day gone by with no contact by upper management not a email or anything. Will edit it everyday until contacted.

Reasonably priced phone plans. I wish I would have changed a year ago. I changed over to Cricket bc I have been lied to by ATT so many times. I had enough. I know they are affiliated with AT& T but Cricket is so much cheaper. I am saving 100 a month. Att- 3 phones for 190$, Cricket 3 phones 90$- taxes included- for unlimited data talk and text. Very very happy with Cricket. Would rather not have a cell phone than go back with ATT. Thanks Cricket! Dont let me down...

Walked in to buy a new phone young blonde was talking to a customer they told her she was just looking she just stood behind them and completely ignored me standing there waiting for assistance. I asked her if I could get some help and she rolled her eyes and said uhm yea. Acted like I was bothering her.

Cricket wireless as a whole is a very good company, but I will never be back in this store again. Basically I switched to a different plan and then the woman there wanted me to pay for the original plan. No, Ive done this before with the company without any problems before, but honestly she didnt want to do her job and wanted to jip me out of my money.
