Decent prices. Good service. Fixed my daughter up just fine

This is a really nice h&m! The staff was very helpful with an online return and couldnt have been kinder. Also, the store is very organized which is always nice for easy browsing.

Ive been twice in the past month and both times the fitting rooms were closed. An associate said due to staffing. Other stores in the mall have open fitting rooms - I dont understand why they cant open theirs. If I wanted to buy clothing without trying it on, Id shop online.The one shirt that I did buy had a big hole in it that I found once I did try it on. I dont think you all realize how much of a hassle it is for some of us who dont live next to the mall to return items. Id spend more time shopping there if I could try on the things before buying them. That store is too big not to have fitting rooms and you lose my business because you staff ineffectively.

Cut style very inexpensive

I love the look, feel and style of this store. I browsed through, but didnt buy anything. I was in need of a swimsuit not regular clothing. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. I am sure my son will love it too.

The store is a great addition to the mall in Paducah but expect to be driven mad during checkout from the incessant beeping causing by what is, I hope, a malfunctioning security sensor.It has been beeping every time I’ve come in there since it opened though. Perhaps they feel this adds to the customer experience though. 🤷‍♂️I’m updating this to 4 stars because one of H&M’s employees, Davion, makes a conscious effort to prevent the beeping by taking all of the sensors off before ringing up and folding the clothes. 👍 Providing good UX Davion.
