Friendly and helpful staff; theyre attentive to shoppers, while also giving them space to make their choices. They had a great collection of band related Tees that arent overpriced, along with store wide sales... left a happy customer!

I have always loved hot topic but as Ive gotten older I think its gotten better. The help from the staff is the best. I love my hot topic.

Love Love Love this location. The store is always clean and organized making it easy to find what Im looking for. There is always a ton of products to choose from and a wide range of available sizes and styles. The staff is super amazing and friendly. They are always eager to help out. The manager sunny is the greatest and always goes out of her way to help me get what I need even if it has to be ordered.

New cashier was awful! Sent me out the store was stopped at the door because he didnt take off the stoppers. Awful to have to wait then have to wait again to go back it ridiculous

This store really has gone down hill. The manager Sunny over the store is very rude. I went in there and she said we are at capacity and to come back later. I said I can stand here till someone walks out. She said no it was store policy.?? Very Bad

My absolute favorite store to shop at. Their clothing fits my style perfectly and its always the first place I go to when at the mall. The staff is always really friendly, they have a wide variety to choose from, from clothes, to accessories, hair dye, collectibles, shoes, costumes, body jewellery, candy, perfume and so much more!!

Just really not my style and their selection of leather products as far as jackets pants and whatnot for men and women was very limited but they do have nice body jewelry for women

Good little niche store in the mall, usually has a lot of merchandise you wont see anywhere else. Their original prices are about average, but they have really good deals/sales regularly and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This place always has excellent sales and their quality in their clothing can last for years to come. They give a military discount as well . i love going in here and their staff is very friendly and always eager to help u find what youre looking for.
