This is a large well stocked Rural King in Paducah, Kentucky. We were there on a Saturday (Today, the first Saturday in November, 2021) and it was extremely busy. They opened more checkout lanes as we were leaving and cleared the exiting shoppers quickly.

Nice clean store. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Can always find what I need and if not someone can assist to find or order it.

Out of town and it was this areas Tractor Supply Company, but with a VERY huge variety. From boots and clothes to farm equipment, rabbits and chicks, domestic pet and livestock supplies, furniture, auto, food, novelties, and more. 100% will be back when Im in town. Some of the best prices on items TSC carries, too.

I love this place its got Bunches of candy great Christmas stuff for the kids and baby chickens for the kids to see when they go

Would have gotten a 1 star if it werent for their CSRs.... on the other hand, they wouldve gotten 5 stars had it NOT been for their CSRs (weird staring name manner/ mechanism he had)... nevertheless, product availability, accountability, and pricing in the store versus their competitors receives 3 stars...all star store!

They have a little bit of everything and are as reasonably priced as any other big chain store. They are easy to get to also. Mostly helpful staff. Good place.

My kids love to come look at the animals, but this time I have to say, things were not clean. The chicks all had dirty water and the rabbits had peed outside their cage and it hasnt been cleaned. I can understand if theyre short staffed, but the animals need to be taken care of.

By the worst ran Rural King I have been to. Unfortunately this is now my home store and have been there 10+ times. Born and raised just outside of Mattoon, IL (where RK was founded and is headquartered) and I absolutely love the company. I love the values of the company and the products of the company. I will go out of my way to shop at a RK because of the company values. I have shopped at 11 different RK locations and this one is BY FAR the worst ran store I have been in. It is the most overstaffed and under performing store I have been in. The employees that are not just standing or walking around are the slowest I have ever seen, almost every time I ask for help the employee does not know the answer or even where the item is located. It seems like half the employees do not know how to use the computer systems they are using. Longest check out lines of any store. Tried doing an online/in store pick up order (only 3 items) to save time; 4hrs and 15 mins later I still had not received notification that my order was ready. I called the store and they told me the order was already picked but they didnt have time to update the system to notify me.... Seriously need to spend more time training the employees (including the managers) and less time pushing the Harvest Card.

They have the best prices on pet food! I always buy duck food from Rural King, Meatbird crumbles. A 50lb. Bag is around 17.99 and the ducks prefer it over Purina Flock Raiser that cost more.

Looked for an employee to help find items we had seen from a previous visit. None to be found. That is unusual.Longer lines, 6+ customers on 2 lanes. 2 lanes not attended.Just a bad visit? Maybe. Seems as if it is happening more often.

Were new to living in a rural place and they have our idea of everything that well need to be a success with it, and the prices are excellent.

Right place to shop you can even take your dog with you unfortunately too many people are taking dogs in there and the dogs are using the bathroom everywhere please take care of your animals

Ive been in quite a few Rural King stores. This one in Paducah is the cleanest, most orderly one Ive been in. It was our first time in this particular store and we will definitely be back. The associates were amazing.

The staff are friendly and the store is good . The only complaint I have is they will have clearance items in baskets or on shelves in multiples but when you get to the register it doesn’t ring up that way and the cashier says their is nothing they can do or say well that’s not part of the Clarence thing Ben tho there is 30 of them in there ... makes no sense .. take down your signs that say 50 % off lawn decor

We went for ducklings and they had quite a few to choose from! The young man who got them for us was very helpful and kind. He made sure to grab the ones my daughter wanted. It made her day!! We are excited to see the ducks grow and eventually swim in our pond!

Rural King stocks a wide variety of qaulity items needed for maintenance of farm, home, and livestock. Curb side pick up, loaders, and knowledgable staff are services I appreciate.

I love this rule king, it has everything I need. All the way from chainsaw belts to lawn mower belts to chickens and clothes close.

Always stocked, I love seeing the animals and browsing all the goodies. Tshirts have become an obsession!

Not the cleanest Rural King and the women’s bathroom was nasty! Soap dispenser sitting on countertop, broken and unusable. Toilets turned sideways and away from the wall. Overall the worst bathroom I’ve been in. How do employees wash their hands?!!

Not up to rural king standards. They had about 12 batches of baby chicks that no one knew the breeds so it was guess work as to what you were buying.

Employee was helpful, searched for the item I was looking for.

Always enjoy shopping at my favorite farm store. Some stores are managed much better than others though. My favorite is is Paducah, Kentucky. They always keep their store stocked up well and very organized...

I stopped for gas near here and found a broken bolt on my trailer hitch. I found the bolts I needed here to make a repair. They were very reasonably priced. And the people were so friendly and helpful too!

Rural King is awesome! They sell clothes, food for my dog, and everything in between. There is always someone available to answer questions or help you find just what your looking for. The aisles are plenty big so you can browse comfortably while social distancing. The store is well lit, organized, and very clean. They even allow for my dog Lucy to accompany me inside the store as long as she has her leash.

Bought some Wrangler Jeans that husband has worn twice. Ripped under pocket and Rural King can not do a thing about it

My son says Rural 👑 Is essentially a redneck Walmart that oddly remains cool, probably because they give u free popcorn and have live livestock. I would have to agree. One of my favorite things about rural king is the relaxed atmosphere we continue to encounter. This location is our hometown one and it was on our first visit yrs ago when my son made his now family famous comment. Since then when my husband needs something there we all sometimes pile in for the adventure at our nearest redneck Walmart. If the popcorn has set too long well settle for a $2.99 sack of giant cheese balls/bulky packs of delicious moonpies. Theres always some random special on and one of us usually come back a winner of something weve been wanting or decided to treat ourselves to. We love the popcorn spills over Walmarts lack of thrills.

Great store for so many needs.I bought bird seed, dog food,a bag of candy,dog cage, spices,and soda and Hills coffee,but farmers are always in there buying for their farm needs too.

Absolutely walk yourself to death every time to find anyone that works there. One time I actually went to front desk where they paged someone. Waited forever. Went outside to get a signal, called the store, asked for a manager and he met me in the department where I needed help. Pretty pathetic.

Very nice and money saved ! However they were so busy I went to P/U the pistol I bought online. I am crippled and could not wait stand long enough to get the pistol, which was the reason I went to RC in the first place!! Not happy with this. They needed more help at the firearm checkout !!

They have good prices on a very large assortment of products. I bought chocolate peanut clusters, algeacide for my pool, and microwave pork skins!

Rural King has good deals and unique items. Its a great place to shop for your outdoor/sporting goods needs. They carry a variety of sizes, some of which dont run true to usual sizing, so be sure to try on clothing. They also carry farming needs and including feed and small equipment. Their staff is very friendly and they have excellent customer service.

Its an interesting place. The layout of the store is a little confusing but the staff was helpful the plants were all very healthy and there was plenty of parking. I will probably go back for a second look.

This place is amazing! A little bit of everything. We always get our feed here for all of our fur babies and farm babies. Also a huge pat on the back to the Paducah, KY location. Every store in our immediate vicinity was and is still out of propane, their store is the only store that had some in stock. We use the small canisters for our grills and for our heaters in my husbands shop. We were so relieved when we found them. Thank you for always having what we need.

They had what I needed, my Era 150oz has gone up a dollar to $8.96 still a bargain. Got my coffee pods and a few birthday cards. I was in hurry and broke so I didnt tarry. This is always a fun place to shop and prices good. But I missed my popcorn! Covid, I M sure. Enouvh already.

Cant stand going here. No one knows anything about products there, and wont even go get the soil I bought at the very end of the parking lot. I had to carry it all the way into the store. It was at least a 40 pound bag, and their parking lot is Huge! Rating due to multiple customer service experiences
