For as Old as this place Looks,It is surprising Clean and decently kept up. The Shower was cleaner than the majority of fitness centers I frequent.Great job I was skeptical and surprised!

A smaller Pilot, friendly personnel. Competitive fuel prices. Can be A little difficult trying get out of fuel islands, depending on where other drivers decide to park.

They have reading glass at bargain....and obviously the best coffee and subway

The store itself is serviceable enough. The drivers coming in here are something else. They make a hole at the entrance so it effectively blocks other drivers from getting out. Not to mention it is the entrance to r+l carriers. If drivers would learn how to trip plan they wouldnt all be scrambling for a spot. Or you have like this one guy pictured. No one in front of him and he is completely blocking any leaving out to clean his windshield. Smh.

Out of hot water so they close all the washrooms ?????Pilot is going down hill fast I guess Loves will get my business from now on.I asked a clerk about no washrooms she said to go next door to Marathon. The Subway is TERRIBLE! Asked for a salad and the lettuce was brown so asked if they had fresh and was told that all of their pans of lettuce looked like that! Had ham and turkey in my salad and they left them in whole pieces and said they COULD NOT chop it up! I said all Subways chop the meat and the quickly responded that they were owned by PILOT not Subway! Very low standards PILOT! Will never go to a PILOT or a SUBWAY at a PILOT again! -100

Parking lot falling apart. Overall good Pilot just to small for the volume of traffic. Even the bathroom is undersized but they just dont have the space.

I like this location. It needs some serious cleaning ( in store & out ), but customer service was great. I found everything I needed and showers were super clean. Definitely plan on returning.

The dayshift crew here is horrible they speak to the drivers as if they are garbage I will never come back to this location again with their nasty attitude’s

Stop at this location to put 50 gallons in my semi because theres no way I couldve made it to my actual fuel stop. After fueling came inside for receipt manager was working behind the register. I kindly asked for my receipt she spoke to me harshly. Went over to subway to order a 6 inch tuna on wheat. Logan,seem like he had a attitude making my sandwich how he wanted to. Paid for it left drove 10 miles down the road took my 1st bite. To realizing that there was a long stran of hair in my sandwich. I threw up 🤢🤮 so gross like we are in a pandemic with this whole Covid-19. 3/10/21

One of the worst Pilots out there.One of the managers decided she didnt need to wear a mask during a pandemic, but also that she was OK to go fix her own sandwich at Subway. Nobody blinks at this.Then the Subway doesnt bother keeping fresh ingredients or refilling ones that are out.Parking lot is atrocious.

I love Pilot! The staff is always friendly (for the most part lol), and they have snacks, drinks, Subway, trinkets, and lots more. Great prices on gas, showers for truck drivers, and a rewards program that gives you coupons, as well as 3 cents off a gallon of gas! I highly recommend checking out Pilot Travel Centers!

If you pay at the pump, they place a $75.00 hold on your card. Found out the hard way. Apparently, its because its a truck stop but it would have been nice if there had been a sign warning me that my twenty dollar gas purchase was gonna temporarily cost me 95

This place I absolutely vile the bathroom smells bad the shower reservation does not work, I wouldnt trust the food in a place like this.

No hot dogs on the roller grille. No squeegees at the pumps. Found one and obviously shared with another driver. The store said that management tries to order the but get rejected. I cant blame you for not ordering them do to the lack of respect and appreciation by the select drivers that destroy them. I certainly appreciate what you do and go through.

Stopped by here on our way to Madison,WI and on the way back to Florida. Conveniently located near the highway. Bathrooms were very clean and stocked. Employees were very polite and helpful. The only issue, was that there wasnt any coffee prepared. We had to wait for some to brew. Definitely would recommend others to stop here.

The store is a little small compared to some of the other Pilot stores. However,t have a great selection. I was having some issues with my Comdata card and the employees patiently worked with the items I wanted until it went threw. If you ever need to stop I recommend here.

They have coffee, showers, and subway, so its your standard pilot. Only three stars because they wouldnt let me put the boat in the water and have a few beers despite the perfect conditions in the parking lot after some rain.

This is a nice gas station. The restrooms are always clean and they have a good selection of snacks. The restaurant is good as well. I have eaten breakfast here a couple of times. Its good for a quick bite.

Busy truck stop off interstate so easy getting off and on. Subway located inside but no chili or soups. Enough parking for tractor trailers. Mens restroom was very clean.

Easy access to / from highway. Gas is 50 cents per gallon LESS than in Illinois, across the bridge. Anna was a joy and straightened out an issue PERSONALLY! From Start to Finish.

Plenty of fast food options available with shopping also available. Other restraunt options available nearby. Fast friendly service.

People just leave their cars at the single row gas pumps while shopping inside, guaranteeing a long wait, consistently. Pretty clear staff needs to post signs or tell people to not leave cars blocking gas pumps.

The brunette with painted American flag finger nails.. Had hospitality to each customer. No matter the individual that she waited on, she smiled and greeted all with the same care. As you left her she smiled.you dont get that treatment very much anymore.

Lots of parking spaces and the water pressure in the shower is awesome! A good way to start our day.

They have great pizza by the slice at a good price and you can order a fresh pizza to go. Either way the prices are great.

Always a clean spot, well lit and gas prices always competitive. If you need to take a break from the road, pull around, lock your doors and feel comfortable enough to catch a fews Zs...wake up, grab a coffee and some road worthy snacks and continue your road trip.

As i walked in today i noticed 2 cacausaion cashier one male and one female making a young boy about 16 age feel really uncomfortable. He had his head all way down and they couldnt stop smiling. As soon as they saw me they both separated the lady cashier starting making comments out load i could tell she was guilty and trying to cover up

The attendant I had was very friendly, even when she was very busy! I had a pleasant experience with my fuel fill-up! The price I paid for fuel was very good compared to others just a mile or so down the road!!

Great customer service. Nice woman at fuel desk gladly Transfloed my paperwork with a smile. Thin attractive women who assisted me in Subway was very efficient and showed excellent work ethic, all with a nice smile.

Bathroom was filthy and the staff had just finished cleaning it. The gas was fairly expensive compared to offset places. The subway inside the place was filthy.

When I pulled up to purchase gas over half of the pumps were out of gas or not working. Several were not marked they were not working. While pumping gas I was confronted by not 1 but 2 people begging for money for food and gas. Upon entering the store 2 employees were fighting and cursing each other with a store full of people. And oh I almost forgot the billboard advertising gas at $2.29.9 but upon arrival it was $2.35.9. Stay away from this place!!!!

It was near interstate. I was in and out pretty quick. The clerk was sweet. And it has a Subway inside if thats your thing.

Clean restrooms, adequate amount of parking. My only gripe is recall code is not supported on these type of pumps as stated on two different pumps after entering code. I explained this to cashier and he was no help in the matter.

Im a truck driver and this is the first time I witnessed an appreciation note for all the truckers at their pumps entrance with a generous gift of cold bottled water, a banana and even nice baseball cap! Im grateful for their honoring and early Christmas presents. Thank you all at Pilot for today & every day you help us keep America stocked & operating! 😎

Just stopped here for coffee. After waiting in line at the pump for someone who didnt pull up, I pulled all the way through so I didnt block the pump. I was denied entrance to the building for not being a fueling customer. When told to go park in a spot, you could clearly see there werent any, I was told Id have to wait for a spot to open, or go somewhere else. So Im going somewhere else permanently. I already avoid pilots and flying j when I can because they all seem to be falling apart. Now one location just turned away an average of $1500/month over a cup of coffee.

Roast beef foot long was priced at $8.00 when it was rang up I was charged $8.29 while .29 doesnt seem like much it was still more than advertised. When I said something the cashier got another woman to adjust the price. This woman actually made a remark about holding up her line for .29 the Pilot centers I have been in are always friendly and helpful and clean. This one had dead bushes birds nesting in the pilot sign on the front of the building and dirty restrooms. Very disappointing.!

My experience at this pilot was pretty good the buckets were full and the window washing equipment was there although there was no paper towels. Also the shower facilities were cleaned

Not a bad location. Easy to get to and find parking. Inside store is clean and organized.

I stop here sometimes if its a must. Clean place. Not overly large though I havent never had any issues finding a parking space for an hour or so. Gets kinda cramped trying to leave sometimes.

Its a pilot... not much more that I can say. Restrooms werent bad. I will warn you that the windshield cleaning solution was bkack as tar and left a nasty residue all over. The squeegee was also miserable. I even tried multiple different ones but they were all the same.

I liked the variety of merchandise and the option to order from the Subway located inside the travel station.

First the management feel that it is ok to wake up a driver that park on a space that was not mark correctly as a reservation. And there excuse was the paint Wears out the only thing mark was a 2 inch yellow spot on the floor o and this happened when it was raining.

This pilot at Huntsville Alabama is very good Pleasant people this is about the best Wendys eating that in a long time the burger was very fresh the meat was hot lettuce and onions for the crispy and cool the chili was fair the cashier Kiki was very pleasant the manager Raul was nice and the young man I didnt ever get his name he took my place after I was done he took my trash to the trash bin very good crew tonight

The people are nice, cordial but, the place is wicked-small. I know Pilots are typically smaller but, this one is micro sized.You get one idiot who cant park and, youll be stuck for days.

I enjoy stopping at a pilot travel center when I am traveling away from home. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

Decent amount of parking spaces and the bathrooms are decently clean, smaller location, parking lot is in need of some attention and truck parking spaces are slightly angled in a but overall not a bad location. Id stop in here again.

Getting in and out is a $h!t-show. But the staff was almost ridiculously nice.And for the love, do NOT park in front of the scale!!!!

10-23-2019Place is very cramped up, the fuel island set up is dysfunctional. Clearly the (so called) architects that designed this place but little thought into it. Always a line up at the pumps because of this poor design.

The people are friendly however, the parking lot is tricky if you have a big Uhaul and trailer. LOTS of huge potholes when pulling in. Otherwise good place
