I always liked and felt comfortable going to this store at Ky Oaks Mall. So I went there frequently the staff was always so nice. I went to see what they had in a new product they started carrying. I was met at the entrance and was told I came to their store frequently and obviously didn’t have what I needed. Told me to drink water, take vitamins and see a dermatologist. They didn’t have anything I was looking for. She was very rude. The man that works there keep staring at us the whole time she was speaking to me. She accompanied what she wanted... I will no longer shop there.

I go to Kentucky oaks mall location. The staff there has always been helpful with helping me find what I’m looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone
