I personally havent worn makeup but my wife swears by this place. Its not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for these days. I would recommend.

It doesnt matter who I talk to, what I go in for or when I go. It always goes the same. No one knows anything about skin, make up. Tonner, or haircolor. I have never left happy or with any type of info on products. Not even the products I came in for. How does EVERYONE in the store have next to no knowledge and any products in the store? How? I dont get it?

I brought make up back to the store I had purchased. The top of the tube had not sealed properly from the manufacturer, IT cosmetics. The girl just looked at me and pointed me to a new one. I told her this was a faulty tube and I wanted to return it for one that was sealed properly, she said no, she wouldnt do it . The manager had apparently stepped out, so they said. Really disappointed!

Had an appointment for brow services. Mind you they verified my phone # when scheduling. I get there for my appointment and I am told that the brow lady had to leave early. They couldn’t call 🤷🏻‍♀️ before I came out here? Last time they had me at the wrong time and I had to wait for her to graciously work me in. Not happy!

ABSOLUTELY wonderful! The entire front staff was so helpful and very sweet! I got more than I went in to get but it was so great to get help find everything I needed because of such helpful and kind employees!! 10 Stars is appropriate for such kind & nice employees! If one person didnt know where an item was located; they asked until all that I wanted was found!! I really enjoyed my visit today!!

This is the ONLY place I go to buy my cosmetics. The products are on point, and the staff is AMAZING. I am always in there, needing advice on what to buy or to be color matched to a new foundation, and they help me with everything I need. One of the things I really love there is that they want to help you find whats best for you, rather than just trying to sell you the most expensive products **unlike other cosmetic stores.** I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I will not name her publicly...RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE almost doesnt describe her at this point.Next time, if there is a next for me...maybe Ill just start staying with Sephora.... if there us a next time for me in Ulta, I will ask for someone else.***** please have breath mints at all your stations.... I do not want to sit under someone doing my facial with severe halitosis.... not onion breathe....techs should be aware of such with customers. As well as customers should appreciate the tech they have too. Be kind.be courteous. We all just want to feel better...to feel pretty.to look pretty.I left with my $350 of gift cards....without purchasing a thing. Ill buy online or from someone else next time.

What I got along with my $96 dollar hair color: two bleach burns and a ruined favorite sweatshirt from the bleach rinse water all down my back. Oh yes, and I got an apology from the salon manager with no offer to compensate me for this “beauty” service. I expected way better customer care.

If youre unsure of what shade of makeup you need, the type of skin care product for your specific concerns or needs, how to apply beauty products, how to keep your makeup looking fresh all day, what fragrance works for you, which makeup brush does what and how to use them correctly, hair color, hair accessories, nail color and keeping nails healthy, hair tools and products, bath and shower products to suit your needs, what you need to keep your skin from head to toe looking healthy and great and I could go on and on... Thats how good they are. They also have a brow bar to shape and do your eyebrows and a beauty salon as well. On top of all that, Ulta has by far, over and above the absolute best loyalty rewards member program of any retail business anywhere. Its free to sign up, and you get a points for every dollar spent and they are always running specials where you can get up to 5xs the points if you purchase certain brands, so try and go when they are running that deal on your favorite brands. You in turn use the points to buy stuff just as if it were cash. So I was highly impressed and bought exactly what I needed.

Overall I love ulta, but today I was disappointed. Asked an employee for recommendation on a fondation for my dry skin. Lady, who was nice, thought clinique would be a good fit but the clinique lady was talking to someone but she would let her know I was wanting to talk to her. Cool, Ill look at clinique products while I wait. Heard the lady tell her I was wanting to talk to her. I do not mind waiting for you if you are helping but they were just chit chatting about working retail. Lady made eye contact with me a couple of times, with nothing . So I walked out with nothing....I usually dont even mess with those prices of products, but I was excited to try it out. Guess Ill do my own research.

Terrible customer service in the Ulta salon in the Paducah, KY store. Rude, lazy employee. Young, dark haired girl. Left without buying anything because of her poor attitude.

These people carry my most favorite lip color...i can always count on them having it..Great place to shop formake up and perfume. They also carry alot of hair products too.What elese can i say....very clean with plenty of light. Customer service is good. Sooo...Happy Shopping....

This is my favorite store. Its my idea of what heaven will be. They have everything from drug store cosmetics up to the high end stuff you find at stores in the mall such as Macys or Dillards. The staff isnt pushy but its always helpful. I personally love all of the Ulta brand cosmetics, the mineral foundation is my all time favorite. Its not heavy and you can alter the coverage based on how much you put on. Doesnt ever look cakey and in my opinion is better than any of the high end cosmetics and Ive worked for Elizabeth Arden and personally had practically every product made by Lancome, Clinique, and Estee Lauder. I still prefer the Ulta brand over all of them. I love that Ulta gives rewards and most stores have a Beauty shop in them and I can use my Ulta credit card for all services. You cant get any better than Ulta!!!!

I live near Louisville Ky but went to the Ulta Store in Paducah with my daughter-in-law 2 weeks ago. She is quite the make up expert and was showing this old dog new tricks. She helped me learn some new technics which has made a huge difference in my application...BUT the most amazing part was the patient advice from the associate John. He helped me understand the differences between skin care products. I am HAPPY to say JOHN, YOU WERE RIGHT! The Lancome High Resolution Refill 3X anti-aging cream and Lancome High Resolution Refill Renweal anti-aging wyw cream are amazing. 2 weeks in and I already look more youthful. Thanks to Ashley (my daughter-in-law) and John the Super Associate for helping me feel better about myself.

Rude staff, I generally only go in here after work, I work in factory, so Im never dressed to the nines when I go. Every time I go in there I get dirty looks from the staff, and can never get any help. I rarely buy makeup there but do buy haircare products from them because they are the only store that carries the brand of products I use around here. If it wasnt for that I would never go into that store.the staff ruins this place and what it could be.
