My experience with Kays was a easy and enjoyable process. Cathaleen as very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me.

I was emailed that my jewelry was ready to be picked up and drove over an hour to get it and the store was closed 4 hours early today. I guess that I wont be shopping here ever again.

This place has really gone down hill since R.B. Robertson closed and they merged together. All 3 jewelry stores Kays, R.B. and Zales are owned by the same company. The Leo diamonds at Kays arent what they used to be. The customer service definitely isnt professional. The man wouldnt even clean my ring. Thats always been a complementaries when you purchase jewelry with them.The gentleman and ladies that was at R.B.s always took good care of theirs customers. They would goabove and beyond to be sure you got the best service, diamonds and jewelry. Its sad when people are just at a job clearly for a paycheck and not to do the best at their job. 🙌🏽

You can never get ahold of any one by phone or customer service. They just want to sell you something not help after .

We bought a ring in 2016. The stones continue to come loose even after they got us to up grade .We are at the store now for the 6th or 7th time. OneofThe stones is loose again .Stay away from this store. Poor poor poor customer service!!!!!!!
