Sarah The Jeweler helped me find the perfect ring for my wife and my 30th Anniversary and went beyond customer service to help me surprise my wife. (There was another wonderful salesperson the night we went back for The Planned Surprise who I didnt catch her name. I apologize, but she was also very helpful.) Quality jewelry and even higher customer service.

The people that they have in there working were rude as heck. I stood for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and a white lady walked up and they helped her but not me. Now what do u call that. Where and who is management

The employees are very great here, every time I visited they made me feel like my engagement was the most important. They were kind, very suggestive, and most importantly worked with a budget. Bryan is the man to ask for, hooked me up with a beautiful ring. The ring came in, and was the wrong size and the immediately jumped on it and took care of me and my fiancée!! Will be doing future business!

I 100% do not recommend this store or this company. My boyfriend bought a ring from them. In order for us to look at the rings we liked online he had to buy all three. We picked one out and they processed a return on the other two. He gets his first bill and it’s horribly wrong. The interest and payment was calculated based off the purchase of three rings. We go back to the store and try to correct the issue and they can’t do it. We end up returning the ring. He has spent about $200 on the ring and they can’t refund that amount. Fast forward to a week ago. He gets a call that he has a payment due which includes several late fees and they’ve turned him into collections. He explains we don’t even have a ring and shouldn’t owe anything. I go to the store and they’re no help at all. I end up making a payment of $110 to get him out of collections so it doesn’t have a negative effect on his credit. The store tells me I have to call corporate but can’t even give me a phone number. What should have been a happy and memorable experience has turned into a nightmare. We’ve been out $300 on a ring we don’t even own and no one at Zales even pretends to care.

Been a member with Zales since 2008 and they recently closed my account due to inactivity. Well it is hard to use a card that you refuse to raise the credit on. What am I suppose to buy for under 500$? Never paid late. Never kept a balance too long. Make over 100k a year...what gives Zales? Guess I’m buying jewelry at Kay’s!
