Happy with our purchase but had to ask for someone to help us. If not for that it would be a five star review. Once we had someone come help he was very nice and knowledgeable.

We bought zero turn mower on end of the month and while buying itself we ordered the attachment and we were promised the attachments will be arrived in couple of weeks. Surprisingly we didn’t receive any calls till two weeks then I decided to contact them and I did the person who answered the call told he will get back to us on update but he never did. So we went to the dealer and the person who sold us the equipment says John Deere doesn’t sell attachments they order from other companies and due to COVID the company is closed and they reordered after I calling them for equipment s. My only concern is when they don’t do attachments why they promise they will deliver and secondly when they are not sure about equipments why they do sales. Finally, when it comes to refund there systems don’t work but while making payments they do😂

Stopped by today as we are actively looking for a good zero turn mower, my husband found one he loved and wanted some info, as no one had been out to check on us, he went in, lots of employees talking and joking amongst themselves, he waited a bit no one addressed him ...... we left, if this says any think about there service we will be glad that we are taking our business else where.

Was able to get more information for a lawn tractor. Excellent knowledge from the salesman. Did end up purchasing a new tractor.

So on TractorHouse.com, Hutson directs you to call a (270) area code for equipment located at a former Bader store in Michigan. No one answers the phone. Then the Hutson website tells you to call a toll free (866) number, and no one answers the phone. So, you go to their on-line chat, and they tell you to contact the store in Michigan, and they give you the (989) phone number. So you call the store in Michigan. and someone finally answers. Hutson, your customer service is horrible. I hope the consolidation is working better for you than for your customers.

Looking at mowers all out front nice

LOVE my 1025! Wife calls it Groot because its so handy and almost unstoppable! The salesman, Jeff, was very attentive but not pushy. Helped me equip it with only the items I needed; no extra trash to bulk up the price!In just a few months, Ive accomplished so much more than I could in years without Groot!

Has most John Deere items anyone would need but low on stihl parts/supplies. Must have been short staffed on the day I went because it took longer than expected for them to tell me they didnt have the items I needed in stock.

I am considering buying a John Deere Riding Mower. I stopped by yesterday afternoon. Tracy Armstrong, Store Manager, assisted me. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative about the products and services they provide.

I took my lawn mower in for repair. The manager greeted me at the door. Everyone there was friendly and professional and the place was as clean as could be. They promised to call me with an estimate before doing the work, and were happy to grant my request for a quick tutorial on winter maintenance of my mower. Great experience!

A good place to buy genuine John Deere parts. On my latest visit I found the parts staff to be friendly and helpful. They did not have one part that I needed in stock so they called the Cypress, IL, store and located the part, then had it sent over and it was available within a couple of hours.

The best in sevice. I had a machine down and while they fixed it they sent with a loner.

These people are just awesome! I took my mower over to them to see about getting a wheel replaced on it. They got me right in. I got great service, honest service and quick service. I ended up getting a new wheel, new blades and my mower deck leveled. I’m so glad we have these awesome people to help me out. We have nothing but good things to say about the Hustons location in Paducah. The staff all go above & beyond to help you, but the 1 employee that really stood out to us was Colleen. Shes very helpful & we truly appreciated it. This store provided giveaways for a John Deere birthday party that made a lot of kids EXTREMELY happy! Stopped by to inquire about what size tractor I would need and cost. A very professional gentleman by the name Cole answered all my questions and was very informative.

The store has new inventory of just about every model of John Deere Lawn Care Equipment that is available. They have a very large inventory of John Deere Recreational Vehicles and the attachments for both. The store carries Stihl Power Equipment and they have a lot of this equipment in their inventory as well. The People working there are very Helpful and Knowledgeable about everything they Carrie. They carry Honda Power Equipment as well.

We have been to Hutsons with our son. who loves tractors, many times. Tracy the manager is awesome. He always talks with us and usually lets our son drive a tractor. We just purchased a leaf blower and the lady who helped us was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Hutsons.

We recently used Hutson to service our riding lawnmower. There was a few issues initially with the service. We then received a call from Tracy Armstrong inquiring about the service recieved. After speaking with Tracy they were more then willing to come pick up the mower and fix it. Our mower runs like new. Hutson definitely went above and beyond to make sure the service was good which is a rarity these days. We will definitely be Hutson customers from here on out.

I have not had good experiences with Hutson Paducah. I first inquired about getting my JD serviced there. I received one response that they would service the mower but never received any communication on how much it would cost. I decided to do all of the maintenance myself and bought all the stuff there. The people working were only passably nice. Okay. Now my mower needs a pulley replaced. No one else touches John Deere mowers. Hutson says they can come pick it up. They come pick it up and never notify me that they got it. I had to call them to make sure they have it. They have now had it for a week and a half. I have heard nothing. I have called and emailed them multiple times but they always have to check with the maintenance manager who has to check with a tech and will have to call me back. But they never do. I have gotten no quote and no eta. That is all I want. I get that my mower isn’t a big deal to them but a little communication would go a long way.

I just purchased a used John Deere lawn tractor from Hutsons in Paducah. I couldnt be more pleased. This is the third tractor I have bought from them over the period of 7 years. Each time I have bought a tractor they have treated me With great respect, Prompt delivery and excellent service.

Hutson of Paducah, KY is where quality meets consumer. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the service is professional and speedy. It is a John Deer dealership, so how could you expect anything less?

The men and women who work there are always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I drive about 70 miles to do business with them instead of the 5 blocks to another service business.

If you value your time and equipment I would advise to go elsewhere with your business. They cannot meet deadlines, and they will not call you back. The communication process is broken at the Paducah store. Im very disappointed once again because there are some really nice people there.
