Confirmed that they took my sons insurance several times, drove straight there (an hour away) after work only to find out that they did not take my sons insurance. Very poor communication. Extremely expensive.

The doctors here are great at explaining your hearing loss and what different types of hearing aids can help you with. After I purchased my aids, the follow up visits allowed me to ask questions, get them answered and be fully aware of how my hearing aids work in all situations. Dr. Cope is fully knowledgeable and can explain how the app on my phone controls my hearing aids and even how the charger should function. They are not just hearing aid merchants! I was searching for a new doctor when I came across this hearing center. From day one everybody has been nothing but helpful and polite. I saw Dr. Tony Milliano He did an excellent job explaining everything that was happening to my hearing and why. I like that you can see everything the monitors are positioned where everyone can see them it really helped me to visually see and also my wife to also see so we all could see & understand whats going on. He also let my wife come into the room where the hearing test was done witch helped a lot I think she had as many questions as I did lol and probably was just as shocked as I was. I couldnt imagine how anybody cold have done a better job. He took his time never rushing and very Patient and understanding on both my side and my wife side of things. I have nothing by respect the this center. When it came to picking out hearing aids they didnt try to sell me the most expensive pair they had there was a lot of questions about my life style and I believe with all my heart he chose the best ones that would fit my lifestyle and not just trying to sell a product or push the most expensive. I hope this helps somebody like me when I was in need of help Im a man of few words so this wasnt easy for me give them a chance you wont regret it.

Very impressed with my visit to Audiology & Hearing Center. I was met at my car obeying COVID-19 protocol and escorted into the office. I received a thorough exam with explanations for my condition. This is a very kind group of people who treat their patients with respect. They answer all questions about hearing that a patient asks. Ive been treated kindly and gotten only the best service and care from this group of professionals. Ive also heard them praised by another audiologist, which means theyve got to be good at what they do.They sent me to a specialist and when I didnt understand some of the terminology, Dr. Anderson was kind enough to explain to me what the wording meant, which was above and beyond what was expected of him. He did it with all the kindness, patience and concern that he always gives. They dont just sell you the hearing aids, but they care and they try to help.Now that Im needing more help than hearing aids, theyre still behind me and guiding me in the right direction. When its time to readjust hearing devices, theyll still be there and with a smile. Each person testing your hearing at this facility is also a licensed Audiologist, which is very important to me—theyre doctors and a hearing impairment is a medical issue deserving of a doctor. It was a pleasure to visit Audiology Associates today and be welcomed by Meredith with a warm smile. I was there for hearing test to see if my hearing had changed or hearing aids needed anything. She soon got me checked in and ready for my appointment.Dr Whitney Cope did my testing, explaining the steps along the way. I was glad to know my hearing had not changed over years. Also, it was good to hear my hearing aids are still good for me.It meant a lot to me to get results from a university trained Doctor of Audiology rather than a well meaning salesperson without the background to really know what is what. I will be going back every year or when there is a need.

Any covid concerns are taken care of. They screen you at the door snd provide hand sanitizer at the door. Everyone wore their mask and actually wore them properly.They listened in depth to my issues, concerns, and struggles with hearing loss. It absolutely did not seem like a generic doctors visit where you just go through steps 1-3 and we will get in touch with you. They listened, interacted, and informed me in a simple and easy manner the issues I was having and what my options were.If you have hearing issues and have ever wondered what if, i would highly recommend giving them a call.

This a quality treatment center for help with hearing issues. It begins with the receptionists and their helpfulness, efficiency, and caring courteous mannerisms and expertise. Dr. Milliano is by far the best hearing loss Doctor I have personally experienced. He also is thoughtful concerning costs to the patient. Their equipment is state of the art which makes the patient feel confident about their findings. The care and over-all atmosphere toward patients is phenomenal. Very thorough process. My doctor is Dr. Jared Anderson and on my first appointment he took the time to listen to me as he gathered my history of hearing loss. He performed multiple types of hearing tests, then presented my audiogram and explained my loss in each ear. He ask me questions about my lifestyle to gather my personal needs. He then showed me the options of hearing aid devices available and explained pros and cons of each. He assisted me in selecting the best product for my needs and lifestyle. When the Aids came in and I went for fitting he was again very thorough on training, adjusting and took real ear measurements with the aids in my ear. This is a very important step of getting the hearing aid to optimal performance for my loss. I must not forget the front desk staff are spot on also with customer service! I highly recommend Audiology and Hearing Center!!**March 2021 Update: 1 year after my first visit with Dr. Anderson I had a prosthesis bone replacement(from an earlier surgery) fail and come through my left ear drum to my ear canal. Working with an ENT and Dr. Anderson to figure what to do next as my Hearing loss in my left hear was now much more profound Dr. Anderson fitted me with a custom mold to push more aided sound in and reduce feedback from the power of my device. Dr. Anderson also indicated from my type of loss that I was now a good candidate for a Bone Anchored Hearing Aid System. This would require surgery and a device that he did not provide on site but would work with me to provide support during my time of need and he would continue to support my other ears loss through his practice as needed. This type of service and personal support blows me away to how this group is there for their patients/customers! Dr. Anderson recognized that I could benefit more from a service he could not directly provide and he suggested it as a possibility for me. What more could you ask for? Thanks to him and Audiology & Hearing Center! 5 Star ***** Review!!

Very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Cope was very patient and willing to answer all questions adequately. If you even think you might have a hearing deficiency, it would be to your advantage to treat yourself to a very comfortable and non-threatening evaluation administered by Dr. Cope. She was careful to explain all available options resulting from the hearing evaluation and there was absolutely no pressure to make any decision at this initial appointment. This was a very positive experience and an entirely unsolicited response on my visit to Audiology Hearing Center in Murray.

My dad’s hearing has been declining over the past few years and like most men his age he was too stubborn to do anything about it!! I saw an opportunity to get him to see somebody when I started entering the give away at Paducah Audiology and Hearing Center. I was so excited when I actually won. So, Tuesday I took my dad to see Dr. Miliano. He was so nice and my dad was comfortable talking with him. We actually walked out with a pair of top of the line hearing aides TOTALLY FREE!!! Hearing aides are VERY expensive and not covered by Medicare. It is not often that I get to do something so nice for my dad (after all he has done for me)!! I have not previously had hearing aids, so all of this is a new experience for me. Dr. Whitney Cope was very pleasant to deal with, and I felt very comfortable during my hearing test. I have noticed that I am now hearing the small sounds that I had lost, such as the click of the keyboard, as I type on my computer. It will probably take time for me to get used to the sensation of an object being in my ear, that is still foreign to me at this time. Overall, I am very pleased with my hearing aids, and highly recommend Dr. Cope and the Audiology & Hearing Center of Paducah.

Dr. Anderson explained my results in detail. He then showed my the hearing devices to choose from and explained each one. He allowed me to decide which device I thought would work for me. They take time to perform accurate hearing tests and take time to explain the results. However, I have been to two ENTs and three Audiologist in an attempt to find a good deal on a single hearing aid. I find it odd that this place is the only place that billed me beyond my insurance coverage. They even claimed to have made a billing error, but I still got a bill.If youre interested, Costco hearing centers is the place to go. Even if youre not a member or you think its too far to drive, its worth it! The same exact hearing aids for half the price and the hearing test is FREE!!!
