First of all LD had the bedside manor of an undertaker. Her whole presentation was like sitting through a bad priamid scheme pitch. I tried to tell her we didnt need the whole sales pitch as my wife has been almost deaf since birth and we know why. She told me she had too or her boss would fire her. Her husband is the owner by the way. After she was told we wouldnt be buying two hearing aides or the most expensive one, we were completely dismissed. Worst experience ever at a store like that. Dont waste your time or money here.

I.brought my gramps to Miracle-Ear awhile back, the people nice & everything, but I can’t get him to go back, because this might sound weird, maybe they get robbed a lot or something, but why is a hearing aid man packing heat?

Professional service, woman who took my information was astute & pleasant. My hearing test was quick yet complete. Highly recommend this place for your hearing accessories
