I just purchased a bike from FDR and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I called around to several dealers, from St. Louis to Springfield Mo - even called places in TN.Of course I was looking for the best deal but what I got was more than expected. Most places wanted to charge a set up fee and some would not quote and “out the door price” on the phone.Ones that would tried to price match, were pushy and wanted a promise to purchase with a down payment “if they could meet the price”...which seemed ridiculous to me, it’s not like it was a better deal - simply a price match.Mark however, was kind enough to quote me a price, very low pressure and after calling other dealers, I called him back to tell him I wanted the bike.Here is where the big surprise came in. I told him I wanted it and expected to put money down to hold it for me however he simply asked for my name and number and an agreed upon date of pick up. I arrived a bit early and the bike was ready to go.I was in and out in no time! Great service and friendly people. I highly recommend this place!

I give 10 stars, Doug the mechanic, came out to assess my bike, walked right out and checked it out, fixed it, was a warranty issue, I was out there within the hour, greatest service Ive ever had at any kind of car or motorcycle dealership ever.Save me big time I was traveling back from West Virginia back to Texas and the cruise control wouldnt work.Thanks a million!!!!!!

I WAS ON A RIDE, 4 HOURS AWAY FROM HOME AND A ROCK HIT MY RADIATOR. THE TEAM AT FDR WAS UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MECHANICAL SERVICE. THEY GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY, AND I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD IN TIME TO MEET UP WITH THE REST OF THE CREW. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY AROUND. I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING ON WHEELS. ID GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD. JUST GOES TO SHOW, YOU DONT NEED A BIG FANCY, SHINY BUILDING... YOU JUST NEED SOLID PEOPLE WITH SKILLS AND INTEGRITY. Nice folks to deal with

Apparently this is the only place in the world where it takes two and a half hours to drain a gas tank. $249.10 for about 30 mins. Worth or work if you take your time. I asked the mechanic a question when we dropped it off and when we picked it up and he wanted to get an attitude both times. So we were over-charged for some jerk to take his sweet time fixing our four wheeler.... I wish Google had a 0 star rating.....

I needed parts for my 4-wheeler. They were very helpful and I was able to get the parts I needed. They were friendly and quick. Great experience!

Had some work done on a Honda Rincon four wheeler. The technician (which is also part owner) was very thorough in the diagnosis of the (no ignition spark) problem. Its now running perfect.

If I could post 0 stars I would! My husband and I took our four-wheeler there and the guy working on it told him on the phone that it would be $49 when we got there it ended up being $249.10 my heart sank because we dont have that kind of money just sitting around! We could have had a friend do what needed to be done for free but since we already took the time of day to take it up there we said they could just go ahead and fix it since what we thought would have only been $49! I am so upset with this!
