I just want to say the service was absolutely amazing. Stephanie helped me with everything I needed and then some. She definitely cares alot about helping people get what they need not just to sell them stuff. I encourage people to come here to get their pool stuff. She is soooooooooo nice and friendly.

This is a great local business with excellent customer service. Buying a hot tub is a big purchase, and the entire process I have felt that this team has gone out of their way to communicate and assist us. Mike, Charlie, and Stephanie have all personally been of great help! From design, delivery, setup, and chemical maintenance we really have appreciated all the wonderful help. Im really happy with our gorgeous tub!

We came to your store and the only person there was a very unfriendly woman. We came with the intent of purchasing a hot tub. She was not helpful at all. We left our phone number with her so she could give it to the owner. To this day we have never heard from anyone. Very unfortunate for both of us because you lost out on an easy sell and we will have to travel even further for our new hot tub.

Lady that works there knows nothing and is rude. Owner never seems to be around and he’s the only one with any information.

We purchased an above ground pool in the summer of 2020 and installed it ourselves. They were very helpful and provided good instructions and tips on how to install the pool successfully. We have been very pleased with the help and service weve received from Paducah Pool and Spas

We bought our first hot tub from Mike Holt in 1997. Since then we bought a pool, another hot tub and recently bought my 3rd hot tub from them. The service has always continued long after the sale! I have been very satisfied any time that I have had to have something checked out or repaired (which hasnt been much)!Stephanie has always been a great help keeping my water balanced and clear. They have some of the best accessories and products that anyone could need.I would recommend Paducah Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub, pool, chemicals or service work.Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

Mike was great in explaining all the futures each hot tub came with and ones you could add, extremely nice and courteous. The financing options they offer are ideal for anyone that’s looking for a new hot tub. Love the hot tub I received!!

Great to work with - we bought our new spa last summer (2016) and everyone was extremely helpful. They took the time to show us all the different options and models, and never used a high pressure sales pitch. We got a great value for the money, and they test our water any time we bring it in - at no charge! A great group of people to work with - would definitely recommend.

If it wasnt for Stephanie my pool wouldnt look as perfect as it does I highly recommend stopping in to talk to her she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would never go anywhere else! A pool professional like her is hard to find because she doesnt want to just sell you chemicals she wants you to be able to enjoy your pool.

Bought a hot tub from them. After they set up the hot tub, we had questions about the water treatment. They were always there to answer our questions. We had a minor problem with one of the jets, so I called the store to see if it was something I could fix. Without me asking, the owner came to our house and fixed the problem.

That means (NO CONTRACTORS) you will talk to the same people and see the same people taking care of your problem or needs every time. You wont have to worry about being switched here and there at anytime. They will go completely out of the way to take care of any needs,questions, or any other issue that you may have. There is definitely no better place to buy a product from. Cant beat old fashion in house repair,maintenance, and the stand behind of every sale or insulation they perform.

Awesome Bedt place ever

First of all I have spent over 20,000.00 dollars in this store over the last few years...2 pools and 1 Hot Tub.. I had been very pleased with the service until a recent visit to the store..I spoke to the owner of the store and was needing a new pool liner installed. Due to the hole in floor of mine. I was told never to drain the pool...I DIDNT. ..IT DRAINED ITSELF with a hole in the floor of the liner...So I wanted a new liner installed and offered to pay for it that day in full..I asked when they could get it possibly done and I was told SOMETIME THIS YEAR....REALLY ...I MEAN REALLY. .SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE .I had also called and left 3 messsages on voice mail and was Not contacted.... I could write alot more about this visit on how i was treated as a customer and owner didnt seem to have time for my concerns or money..So you judge where to spend your hard earned money for summer time fun and enjoyment. .I will NOT be spending another penny in this store..
