I had out of town family visiting this weekend and we decided to explore some of the tourist stops downtown. This was our final stop. Two of our curls cups were made PERFECT but one of my family members did not have the same luck. The owner did offer to remake it but we were all tired and just had them put the missing ingredients on the top. It is really fun to watch them make your ice cream cup.

Definitely need to go here. It sounds intriguing and it is. It is as fun to watch them make your ice cream as it is to eat the ice cream. They actually MAKE your ice cream right in front of you. They take your fixings add ice cream liquid and mix it on a frozen metal plate. Then scrape it off into rolled curls. One of the best ice creams that I have had. The staff are very helpful and work hard. Will go out of my way to return

I loved the concept! I had the strawberry dream and was not disappointed. The shop is very clean!The ice cream tasted fresh and the puffel was worth it! Toppings are free, I had mine without any extra toppings. None were needed. Yum!Would visit again.

Different but the same! Different method of preparation but taste the same as any other ice cream dish! Which is great! Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable clean environment!

I loves the way they rolled the ice cream AND you have your choice of toppings. Very classy ice cream shop. Expect to wait in line on the weekend though.

This is the best ice cream place Ive been to in a long time. Soo many choices and possible creations! You can sit and wait or stand and watch. Friendly service, great prices! Delicious!

Thought it was interesting and the ice cream was good, the curls were interesting and tasty. Was difficult to find with google maps, I just kept going around and finally cut down the right coble stone brick road. I think it it kinda expensive for the child size cup, only $1.00 less the the regular size so little over $5.00 for child size and over $6.00 for adults cup. So I can say I tried it, maybe will go back again. But will have to be a special occasion for sure.

First time there and the staff and service were great. People standing in line were even friendly. Great atmosphere. Kudos to the entire experience.

Place was great. Owner was super friendly and explained just about everything going on. The flavor selection is limited, but thats not a bad thing because what they do have is done right. Plus you get to finish off your order with a variety of toppings. The cool thing is to watch them work the liquid into the final curled product.Service was quick and we got our order super fast. Like everywhere we go, the people follow us in there. By the time we left they had a line to the door.

Such a fun experience! Peachy keen is my favorite. Always super clean, and I love the charm of being in downtown Paducah. Also, the owners and staff are always so friendly!

Overpriced ice-cream. Nothing particularly special about it either. Its basically Cold Stone with a minor tweak that doesnt improve the flavor or texture. The wait was long. The only customers who were there when we visited were tourists.

I cant recommend this enough! So many options, I wish I could try them all! You can definitely customize your ice cream to exactly what you want. They have lots of different toppings that you can add in. The staff is also so friendly and really made my experience amazing!

You can’t come to historic downtown Paducah without coming here! This place is the best! My wife and I come thru as often as we can. You won’t regret it!!!

Good Ice Cream, kind of expensive for what it is. The rolling of the ice cream seems to be mostly aesthetic, there is no real difference in the texture from regular hand dipped ice cream. It would have been nice if there was a cheaper option without the included toppings. I found myself struggling to come up with three things I wanted, especially since each of the flavors comes with toppings already mixed into the ice cream.

What a cool concept! They make the ice cream right there in front of you and specific to your order! I had the vegan coconut ice cream and it was delicious!!!!! The I met the owner and she is so, so nice! When I travel back that way, this is one stop that is definitely on my list!

This is a really cool place to have ice cream. They have several options to choose from. The best part is that you can watch them make your ice cream from start to finish. They actually start with ice cream mix in liquid form and go from there. The ice cream rolls are so fun to eat. You can get it in a cup or in a really cool puffle cone. They also have so many add ins you can choose from. Very tasty and fun. I love the smores one because it comes with toasted marshmallows on a skewer. Yummy.

This is a MUST visit place in Paducah! Absolutely outstanding! You watch your order be made specifically to your request and let me tell you, it is the best!!!! They make the ice cream using your choice, dairy cream or coconut cream and flavor it while you watch (from behind a protective clear barrier). I had the coconut cream and it was lip smacking good!

The whole experience is amazing! Watching them make the ice cream is so mesmerizing and the actual ice cream itself is probably the best I’ve ever had. The staff are also very friendly. Very much worth the price.

Just be prepared to wait cause this place is busy and it takes time to make each order. But its worth the wait and price.

While delicious and unique, the wait is ridiculously long. At the end of the day, its ice cream that you can get from a multitude of other, more efficient locations. If you have an hour or so to relax and wait, then its great!

Awesome hand crafted ice cream. Great service, nice presentation. However the cost of the ice cream is crazy. 4 people cost $30 and we had to wait about 25 minutes to get our ice cream.

What....a...amazing....treat! I have seen this method of ice creamery (is that even a word?) The ordering process was simple and then my ingredients were set into motion with precision. The women that make the ice cream curls do an amazing job and its a very captivating process to watch. I got the peanut butter brownie with caramel drizzle in a cup. It was delicious...although, I will admit, my friend got the birthday cake rolls in a cup and it was FABULOUSNESS. Great atmosphere. Friendly fast service. The ice cream doesnt melt very quickly either. Cant go wrong here whatsoever. Thanks ladies! Will be back soon!

We went there tonight with my granddaughters and some of my wonderful family members. The people who work there and own this wonderful place are what make it so special. Also, the ice cream is amazing. Some of my family go here a lot, but this was my first time and it will definitely wont be my last. 😊

If youve never had rolled ice cream you dont know what your missing. Its so cool no pun intended to watch the whole process from start to finish. A lady in front of us had allergies and they took time to clean the whole area before they started her ice cream with coconut milk for her. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE for you. Craving the Curls is always the place we stop when we eat down town. The owners are always very friendly and cheerful. The employees always do a great job making the curls. You need to go check it out for yourself. You wont be sorry.

My boyfriend works 6 days a week 9 hours a day in this awful heat and this particular week was extra hot. We were waiting in line for our ice cream when my boyfriend fainted due to dehydration. The staff was very nice and understanding. They moved us to a cooler area with less people, checked on us regularly, and made sure my boyfriend stayed cool the rest of our waiting period. Definitely the best service in town 10/10. Very nice genuine people. A must go!!!

Who doesnt love ice cream? The place was clean, the ice cream was pretty great but it was a little pricey and the staff want particularly friendly. They werent rude, they were just sort of not interested. Maybe it was just an off day. Im sure we will stop again sometime.

Absolutely delicious! I tried the peach flavor from the menu, added some toasted coconut and a little whipped cream! Wow! The owners were there and couldnt have been nicer. Dont be in a hurry when you go....it is made-to-order and well worth the wait.

This is such a unique must visit ice cream shop in historic downtown Paducah. Watch them make the curls. I would think their arms would be tired at the end of the day! The ice cream is delicious. Pick your flavor, choose chocolate, vanilla or a vegan ice cream and watch as they create curls. Three toppings are also included if desired. We enjoyed ours without. Definitely worth stopping for!

Excellent experience. Rolled ice cream certainly adds to the whole experience of going out for ice cream. We are traveling for a year with our kids, which has meant a lot of ice cream shops. This place got rated number 1 for great ice cream with a bonus show.
