Horrible service. Was closing early. Staff had feet kicked up on tables, lady on the mic was on her phone. Grill was closed an hour before close. Ridiculous. Couldnt even get the order right. Asked for cold brew coffee vanilla she heard coke with vanilla, maybe if the staff werent on there phones and relaxing they could pay attention to the orders and the job in front of them.

A few lessons needed from the Park Avenue staff on how to make sweet tea. Its either too much sugar or too much tea. Ive never had one that tasted good. Otherwise, good experiences. Always accomodating.

After Saturday night I have to change my review! They werent packed yet we waited 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes and a Frito chili pie that never came. After ringing back in to ask about food they had us repeat our order. They quickly brought it out and said they didnt know what happened? The ice cream was melted and the chili was gross and just thrown in the bag. They shouldve made it fresh! While they were in there munching down while taking orders. They didnt charge us but Id have rather had fresh food and paid for it. Take a little pride in your work ethic.

Pretty good for the most part. Sometimes I get food thats not very hot.

Sonic has great food made when you order so its hot and fresh. Quality products used so you always get great tasting food!

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. I sat in a stall for 10 minutes after pushing the button and no one ever answered. So then I tried the drive thru, and they only took my order because I prompted them to. Gave them my card, she says the machine won’t run it, refused to try and run it manually and said they don’t have a chip reader. They were all completely rude and had a only a handful of cars in the lot to begin with. Food may be good, but incompetent employees ruin the whole experience.

First off, they dont answer the kiosk when you push the service button. Waited 10 minutes and eventually took the drive thru. Quick service, but we ordered a bacon cheese but did not get the bacon and the onion rings were way too sweet! All this for $18. Not worth it

Horrible service. Pulled up, like I have for many years. No response for 10 mins but we look over and several people are going through drive through. With that being said...give up on getting drive up service and go to drive through. Get the order wrong. Get a onionring burger instead of a bacon burger. Very frustrating. Cost $18 for 2 drinks, onions rings and w burgers and still no bacon. Lazy and no listening skills

So the shortage of workers is getting ridiculous. Last 3 times we have gone, they were only taking drive thru orders with a line wrapping around the parking lot. Which also means that you cant order ahead in app and save on drinks.

Great place to get some new slashes and lemonade with mouth bursting balls inside and tasty food as well

Food cold and wrong sonic blast fries stale and 40mins

We have enjoyed this Sonic ever since it has opened as it is on our way out of Paducah. Lately however it has been a pain to deal with. Either the drive-thru is closed or the stalls are closed and the drive-thru has a line backed up to highway 60. All because they say that they are under staffed. Management or ownership needs to get this fixed. The staff is great! Trying their best to overcome this with great service and a smile. Please help your work force.

Consistently slow. Multiple times Ive used this sonic and its slow every time. Ordered 2 ice creams last night and they were both terrible.

We had to call because we waited almost 29 minutes for a grape slushy with needs and a vanilla milk shake?Then on top of the wait, we were told yall could not sell us a bag of ice?We finally got our 2 items, and started to pull out, and the grape slushy was nothing but grape more water than ice and no needs candy!Plus paid $8.00 for 2 drinks!!!!That were wrong!I am very disappointed and will not be back!I even called and the manager was very rude. I hung up on him, he was so rude!

Their tea is the most amazing in town! I go nearly ever day. Waymond is kindest, most thankful car hop.

Nasty food! Will not go back. Every time I get chicken there is almost no meet in the center of the breading no joke. The food is just no good.

I think they need new management, always out of stuff, drive thru was the only thing open and thats been several times, they try to rush u when u order and then its wrong! something needs to give with this location!

I love Sonic they have the best sweet tea and I have been hooked on it for a long long time I love their ice and the staff up in Metropolis Illinois are very nice and they always have a smile on their face

I had a sonic blast ( m&m) which I enjoyed very much. I normally get the mozzarella sticks which are also very good, and the peanut butter milkshakes are my favorite! They could improve the time it takes to get your order out, and the card machines dont work on many of the terminals.

Food was fast and and tasty. Their green mountain coffee is always fresh.

I asked for no onions or mayo, and too add bacon and they didnt do any of this

Blast were disgusting. Jalapeño peppers were Luke warm after waiting 5 minutes for them. Girl at the window wasnt to nice. Southside way better.

Food was great but trying to get my Ford F -150 truck into tight area to order was terrible. I wanted to eat there and not go thru the drive thru.

Seems like they manage to get my order wrong more than McDonald’s. Some things offered on the app isn’t offered at this location. Slushy machine was down as well. There is so many more places on this side of town to chose from js

A bit busy due to COVID but still relatively quick considering.

A little expensive compared to other fast food hamburger joints especially seeing they dont have the overhead of tables and lobby. If you drive a truck there isnt much room to pull into their stalls. We have factory tow mirrors so it is impossible to fully pull in.

Always great. They never change. Very friendly car hops, even though they are voting for Creepy Joe Biden. Ill let that slide because its their RIGHT! I just wish kids today could understand what socialism means verses what capitalism means. Thay have no clue!

Just got drinks this time. Staff was awesome, service was efficient through the drive through.

Went to drive thru quick our order was correct. Kids Love this place they had a number 12 with mango tea.

Banana Pudding Milkshake

Me and my sister ordered the philly cheesesteak there was no cheese and no grilled onions they brought it to us plain just horrible

It sucked!!! Took forever to get order an only ordered 2 milkshakes cause slushe machine was down!!

Ordered route 44 cherry limeaide with extra fruit two different times today. First had 2 cherries and two limes. Was charged .40 for each extra that I never got.Second one had no cherry syrup or cherries at all. Get it together folks.

I go to sonic 5 times a week they are all young kids trying to make a living I get it maybe get it together a little and faster service when my stuff is sitting at the window.

Gotta love them shakes... Bit pricey for fast food, but its not that bad... Worked at one in my teens, liked pretty much everything on the menu. My favorite was #3, chilli burger w/jalapeno slices on it, & cheese. Good stuff...

The people that work here are extremely rude. I pull up to the speaker and nobody greets me,all I get is a “go ahead”.

I was greeted politely, I told the lady taking the order that I had two separate orders, she shut off the speaker after I placed my first order, no biggie I guess. One lady brought the first order and had to go back in to get change, she didnt immediately come back. Second lady came out and took the money for the second order. About two minutes after that the first lady came back again. My all American hot dog had the toppings evenly spread, except for all onion on one side. All relish on the other. Weird experience, they seemed rushed and disorganized.

Poor service. Hit the button, made my order, waited for over 5 minutes (for 2 drinks), hit the button again asked the lady if they got my order in, she said no, I dont guess we did. I said OK, thanks, have a good day... I wont be back to this store. I could understand if a place is busy, but they were not busy... at all, at that time.

The service wasnt friendly at all. The manager took our order. She was rude and cut us off while ordering a lot. She was also our car hop and was just as rude at the car. Maybe they word short handed. Trying to give them yhe benefit of the doubt... but I just miss when your business used to be appreciated. Portion sizes were small. Tots were over cooked and grilled cheese was barely toasted. I probably wont stop here in the future.
