Can not call the facility that represents your area, can NEVER get an acceptable answer on WHY your package shows it’s out for delivery but NOT delivered

Would give less than one star if I could. A driver came into the building i work at without a mask and refused to put one on. I tried to call and ask about it but only got put with customer service in another country. Glad Fedex doesnt take Covid seriously. Im sure all those packages youre bring in your homes are *very* safe....

This place is so behind they dont know if your package is at the store or on a truck drove all the way from Murray ky to get my package due to the fact that it was pending on delivery due to weather conditions. Got there and they said my package was on a truck in Murray but not for delivery and didnt know when it would be. Pour management and not enough scans to know where my stuff is.

Driver did not honk the horn or knock on my door for 2 days I waited on these packages for 2 days, I call and get East Texas, I cant even get the local existing number, so the driver can bring it back because they WILL NOT LET ME COME PICK UP MY OWN PACKAGE, if I could leave 0 stars I would I had to leave 1 so I could comment..... 🤬🤬🤬🤬😈

The company I ordered from uses fedex. We had bad weather, but the package still made it to memphis, but it was downhill from there. it waited for 2-3 days in memphis and arrived in paducah. I was given a message this morning saying it was ON THE TRUCK for DELIVERY for today, but then a few minutes ago it said that my delivery time is unavailable in a text to me. Im just like???? Paducah is literally like 30-45 mins away and it was supposed to be on the truck at 11:31 am? I could have picked it up faster than that delivery! So i called them and now they dont know whats going on and had to make a ticket to figure it out and now i have to -wait- to hear back from them whenever they get to me. The roads are clear enough to make it here this many hours! I could have made it to their facility and back by now. Talking to customer support doesnt even know whats going on either. Theres no sense in this.

Says i had my package delivered at 548 pm yesterday. I was outside from 430-530 and there was no fedex truck or package. Id like to know how they dropped it off here if i have no package and he didnt pull up beside my while i was out there?

Need more materials on hand and more than one person taking in shipments.

I have no words for the amount of frustration that I have for FEDEX right now. This happens to me all the time. Ive called, Ive filed claims, Ive painted the numbers on my house so large you can see them from a mile away and this still happens. It is to the point now that when I order something if it is shipped by FEDEX I dont even order it anymore. How hard is it to check the address on the house with the address on the label?The last time I called FEDEX in Paducah the lady and the supervisor both said, oh yeah we know exactly where that is, there is NO reason your packages arent going to the right place!!! And that was for an order in APRIL that I am still trying to get fixed.Save yourself the time, and money dont use FEDEX

Our package has been on the truck for delivery for 4 days now and we keep getting non descriptive messages that a delivery attempt wasn’t made. I’m not sure we’ll ever get our package...I understand quarantine is going on but UPS was able to get a package to us almost a week ahead of schedule and FedEx can’t even deliver something late. It’s pathetic.

Great speedy service. Staff is great if you want to chat while they get your label ready or if you just want to rush and run. Very friendly and efficient even when there is a bit of a line. If the truck is nearly ready to head out, theyll work within all their ability to make sure your package is ready to ship in time.

Very convenient. A small office with a counter. They have always waited on me quickly and got me in and out easily. They make it it so easy to drop off a package, it makes you want to ship something again so you can see how fast it goes. Thank you for this office FedEx.

If I could give no star I would... I went in to send my wife a pair of shoes at 1:30 in the afternoon and was told they couldnt take cash because the closed out the cash drawer... they are open till 7 so idk why they would close the cash drawer out 5 hours before they close... Im going to ups

Everyone is great here. Very helpful when I had to ship a package. Will defiantly start using them more often than UPS when it comes to big packages.

I ordered a product and paid for 2 day shipping and it has been 6!!! I received a call about a driver not being able to get down my driveway... I’ve never had a problem with any other delivery with any company besides this one. Now I must wait for the next business day — so with it being the weekend 2. I’m disappointed and will make sure when I buy online not to use Fedex. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to receive my items in 2 days as promised and to have to wait 8 days.

I put a package in the FedEx box right in front of the building. However it is three weeks later and my package is lost. Now I dont have a phone because someone lost my package!

So I will make sure from now on if I order anything it comes ups... I ordered parts for my vehicle and the website says delivered at back door.. My husband gets home no package anywhere. .. I need these parts.. Ive done called and told them my package was not at my house and if it didnt get to my house they will be paying me for lost package... 300 dollars was cost of my stuff.. Nothing in this world pisses me off like people who take your stuff to the wrong house... When I called 1800 number my address was right and they even said it was delivered but wasnt to my house . I do not ever want FedEx touching anything with my name on it again because there drivers dont care where they leave your packages and apparently they dont care much either.. . If my stuff dont show by tomorrow Ill be calling FedEx back and telling them again .

It seems FedEx allows its drivers to decide whether a house is occupied or not. If they dont like the way it looks, they report customer has moved. You will then play phone tag for a hour trying to convince some far off call center you actually live at the address. This has happened twice, even after an in person visit to the Paducah office. I think it comes down to them not being able to reconcile the condition of the house with the high dollar orders from Amazon. Its none of their business, just deliver the package, and dont make value judgments on my lifestyle.

My neighbor came by the other day looking for a package that was supposed to be at his back door. Today mine was supposed to be at my front door. I’m guessing when I saw the driver BLAST by my house he couldn’t read the house number, so he dropped off where ever he felt. Package still lostIm must apologize about this post. It was in fact the senders fault. They put the wrong house number on the package.
