Scott personally took care of me in North Carolina, getting a shipment to me, he quoted out the most economical way for my shipping needs, took my call every phone call which were about 10 overall. I like this location, great for dropping off prepaid returns and such, but today I shipped a package for $18. It was more than I expected, but the guy told me he could see the post office price and it would only be maybe a dollar cheaper if I went there instead. Later, I looked up the USPS price from home. It would have been less than $12 and arrived a day sooner. My closest USPS is closed Saturday, but 50% additional cost is insane.UPDATE: I was disappointed after my visit because I felt I had been misled, but was contacted by the store owner (you can see his response below) who has made the situation right with me. Great customer service means that I would absolutely visit this store again. Its still a fact that USPS is cheaper for some things, but I did know that before this visit. Next time Ill probably look up the rate before leaving home so that I know how much a difference it makes before I step foot in the store.

When I went there were 2 teenagers there, they were not very nice. The girl was kinda snotty and stuck up. She was trying to charge me to use computer so I could print label. Just hope my package gets to where its supposed to go.
