I wish I could give a rating of zero stars to reflect the full experience with this retailer. At first everything seemed great. I was told it would be be 8 - 10 weeks to receive my furniture. I was told that I could call anytime and the staff at the store would tell me the status of my order at the manufacturer. I ordered and paid for my furniture. Once they had my money, the customer service ended. I called the store at the 9 week mark and asked about the status of my order. The staff member who answered the phone seemed vague and disinterested. When I asked for specific information about my furniture order, the staff member became rude, raised her voice, said “We are done!”, and hung up the phone. At the 16 week mark, I filed a dispute with the credit card company. Two days later, the furniture store contacted me. The staff member at the furniture store proceeded to try, in my opinion; to intimidate me into withdrawing the chargeback with the credit card company.Five and a half months after the beginning of this ordeal, the credit card company ruled in my favor. I took my money and my business to another furniture store in Pahrump. At the new store, I found the furniture I wanted, and it was delivered the same day with awesome customer service.

I purchased a mattress set a year ago. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! I really appreciated that upon showing me what they had, they started at the lower price point. Then we worked up to the more pricier sets. But even though they were more, the store had a great sale on. Very pleased with the service, store and my purchase.

One year ago, we ordered a sofa. It was delivered a week early. Beautiful! Perfect! High quality! Absolutely loved it! Eleven months later, the power supply quit working. One of the recliners was stuck fully extended. Nervous and upset, I returned to their store. I hoped they would be able to order a new one for a reasonable price. Instead, the young man went into the back and came out with a new one. At no charge. Thank you for awesome service!

First of all Cody and Maverick are Wonderful - Let me tell you my story with Homestead Furniture.I bought a Power Loveseat Rocker Recliner and a Swivel Rocker Recliner.Warranty and head and end cap protectors.I picked out my fabric and it was custom made.It took approximately 8-10 weeks. While I was waiting I would frequently visit the floor models.Both Cody and Maverick were very understanding.The house that I bought was in probate court The furniture that I purchased was ready before we closed escrow.They stored my furniture for me at no extra charge, Until we could close escrow.I had purchased a side table and after they delivered it I found one at the store I liked better.They let me return it and gave me credit and I only had to pay the difference.The warranty that I purchased was so fantastic. I had a sick cat that had a abscess and got blood all over my new furniture.And it is being cleaned at no charge and if they cant clean it they will replace it free of charge.The quality is superb, The warranty is fantastic. And they sincerely care about the customer. They do not forget you after you have paid.They really really take care of you before during and after the purchase.I would never consider buying my furniture anywhere else.I have been to other furniture stores before and they did not have the quality or the caring that Homestead Furniture has.After I paid at the other stores the customer service ceased to exist.Thank You Cody and Maverick

Recently moved to Pahrump and bought a new house; now looking to furnish it with new quality furniture. I found Homestead Furniture and met with Kricket and Cody. I have to say Ive purchased lots of furniture over the years but this place is amazing both in quality and selection. Moreover, Kricket and Cody know there merchandise extremely well. Everything from top quality leather to flexsteel recliners, loveseats and couches. They took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for and explained why it was the best selection for me. No pressure sales which is rare and the absolute best prices in 50 States. I bought a new bedroom set and going back for much more. Delivery is expeditious and there staff is professional and courteous. If you want good quality furniture at more than reasonable prices please stop by and just take a look. Youll be glad you did. Went in and picked out living room and bedroom furniture. We asked about cash price and Cody told us he would pick up the tax. We had forgotten our checkbook and as soon as we got in the car we knew the math wasn’t right. They quoted us the price with tax and told us we were getting a deal. Go to Vegas. We ended up at Walkers furniture and couldn’t be happier.

WOW.. Im happy..Purchased a Foster Stearns King size bed - great price and loving it.. The delivery service was fantastic, and relocated my queen bed into the 2nd bedroom and put up my new king size bed in Master bedroom. Very knowledgeable of their product, great setup, friendly and I got a great price and 12 month financing.. Cant beat it.. and sleeping fantastic on my new bed. I like this furniture store - top notch service for Pahrump. I do recommend this furniture store, Im sure youll be pleased.

Buying and delivery was easy enough. But beware, they do NOT stand behind their products and blame the manufacturer for them not standing behind the products they sell. The arm on a couch I havent even had for 3 months broke. They wont honor their own warranty stating it must not have been used as intended. The couch has never been moved nor slept or even layed down on. How can it NOT be used as intended? Garbage store with store owners who take NO pride in the items they sell. Buyer Beware! When the sub par crud they sell breaks, they wont honor their own warranties.

They are attentive and available weather you have a question, comment, or concern.The delivery staff who both deliver, assemble and in some cases haul unwanted pieces away from your home or business are STRONG LIKE BULL and also professional.The quality of their inventory at Homestead is a priority. Additionally they offer the largest variety of furniture from Couches and love seats to bedroom furniture, lift chairs, AND ANYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE.Lastly you wont find owners who KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL. I purchased the Roddington 50 TV Stand from these guys on July 14th. This is a $450 piece of furniture, not some cheap wally world special. I was told it would about be 1 week for delivery. Two important points here: I paid $70 for assembly and the piece was advertised to have marble as one of the materials it is made with. The website picture looks as if the top is marble. Well after 2 and a half weeks Homestead finally called to arrange delivery. I was able to take delivery that day. Now the fun starts. The delivery guys were nice but when I asked where the marble top was, they looked confused. Also, the floor of the top cubby, which is permanently in place, was crooked. This floor goes the entire width of the stand. It is supposed to be flush but it sticks up about 1/4 on the left side. Very unsightly and extremely poor assembly. I paid $70 for this!? The delivery guys called the store and told me someone will call me back. A couple days later the manager, I assume, called me to come look at the piece. Upon their arrival I showed them the Ashley Furniture website stating marble as part of the materials. I also pointed out the shoddy assembly. They said the dealer portal mentions nothing about marble and the website is wrong. All 3 sizes of the Roddington list marble as a material on the Ashley site. I believe they ordered the wrong stand and tried to pass the off one I received as legit. They blamed the poor assembly on Ashley sending them misaligned parts. Excuse me! Homestead assembled the unit, not Ashley. These people accept no responsibility for their mistakes. Homestead did say they would give me a full refund after the unit was returned to the store and they inspected it. I dont think so!!! After all the incompetence Im just going to give up the stand just so they can say, OH were only going to give you a partial refund because of this or that. I told the manger I will initiate a dispute with my credit card company and I dont think I will do business with them in the future. He responded with, I dont want or need your business. These people are unprofessional, shoddy and scandalous! I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your furniture needs.

Awful customer service. After seeing the tweeker delivery guys looking like they just got out of prison and got spun the night before, I left. No way are these tweekers coming into my home.
