Jose is awesome he helped me when other manager just ignored me. Hes the reason I go back. Keep up the good work jose...Update..Jose ended up being fake and rude. Was getting something replaced with the insurance I paid into while renting and told me I never had insurance. So why did I pay into it every week. Avoid this place..

Very very nice gave me a deal I couldnt refuse worked with us and delivered to us. Its nice to have a place willing to help people who do have alot of money up front. Thank you. ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEYRE ARE VERY NICE.

I loved it I called rent a Center did the application by phone and they delivered me a new washing machine its a little pricey but thats how it is for poor people to have nice things God bless rent a Center

Went into look, but fast talking and pressure. I ended up with a new computer. Kept asking if I had question, but things were moving faster than i could wrap my head around. I mention a couple times we needed to go home and think about it, but my husband was on the side of computer and the salesman was on it.

Went into the store today havent made my payment because its been months since they have given me back my original and Im stuck with a replacement. Contract says they will give a replacement and fix original it been over 3 months. I come into the store so they can contact me with the new number but since our encounter at my home I came directly to the manager & as soon as he realized who I am he starts cursing at me.. and I thought everyone should know what he told me its scum like you who cant go anywhere else so you come to rent a center.. directly from the manager Daniel.. so dont shop here unless youre a scum who cant go anywhere else.

I just went as far as calling corporate now waiting for district manager.. I would refer you to sears or let go or offer up before here.. youll be paying one months rent of a let go price.. they went as far as calling our job when my brother was late on his payment.. then my initial payment was on Saturday now its late each Saturday because the computer must have adjusted the due date from the date I made my payment i have worked for Verizon and Radioshack and never have I ever known a computer to adjust a payment unless set on autopay and I did not set an autopayment. These guys have no sympathy I had even asked if they felt bad taking back items when people were late.. they said no.. its one thing to do your job its another to be inhuman about it. & to call someones employer to get a payment Im pretty sure is breaking some kind of company and privacy policy. I would say bargain around before coming to this store specifically. Letgo and Offer Up (App) is the way to go. I am not one to write a review but this has to be stopped and if I can redirect someone in the right way at least I know I did my deed.

They will rip you off with every chance they get. Got an Asus tablet and was told that it was reformatted. Come to find out it wasnt and it still had whoever the person that had its password on it. Also the charger and cable were not the original cable instead it was a samsung plug and cable from a cell phone. It was also supposed to come with a pen for the tablet that was not included.

Worst customer service in Pahrump. Employees are liars and dont mind renting items to people they know cant afford it just to make their sales #s look better.
