The entire staff here is absolutely top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and very caring. Whatever your needs are, they can achieve anything you require. Lots of wonderful personality and fabulous smiles.

Fantastic service from the minute I walked in the office door. Clean, bright office with the best hearing test technology.I got my hearing aids several years ago from one of the top hearing centers in the SF Bay Area. My audiologist was the best on their staff. I was concerned about duplicating this type of service in Pahrump.I no longer have any concerns as this hearing center on Postal Road is better in all aspects than my previous center. I was fortunate to have Heather, the owner, as my audiologist. After I explained some frustrations I am having with my aids - Heather showed me that I was not utilizing them anywhere near their potential. After making adjustments per my hearing test, I am hearing better than I have in years.The hearing test was very thorough and Heather explained the results in terms I understand. She also did a physical exam of my ears.I feel very fortunate that I made my annual hearing test appointment at this office. I could not have been treated better. They will be seeing me whenever my aids need adjustment and for my annual test.

Heather was very thorough and very personable. She recognized a possible area of concern and explained completely what it could be and what effect it could have on my hearing. It was a VERY pleasant experience in a pleasant atmosphere. We would recommend HCN to anyone with hearing issues.

We felt very much at home at the Pahrump location. Lisa at reception was friendly and helpful and Heather was very knowledgeable and efficient. After my hearing test, she explained my hearing loss in clear terms and set up my hearing aids quickly and accurately.I am delighted with my hearing aids which enable me to hear clearer in more environments than before.At our second appointment Heather was able to answer all the questions which had arisen in the previous two weeks and equip us to problem-solve in the future.

It is a rare thing when someone elses personal technology, that you do not use and are generally unaware of, is a benefit to you. But, such is the case with my wifes state of the art hearing aids. My quality of life has been enhanced through the capable skills of Heather using this great technology. Just one example: even the simple act of taking a walk with my wife outdoors on gravel has been elevated by Heathers fine tuning. We are able to have better conversations now. I want to be cautious in recognizing that every persons situation is unique. And that no one can restore hearing that is permanently lost. Also, hearing aids do not fix all situations (restaurants, noisy environments etc) are tough yet, for us, much better. But in the age old cliche, if you are finding people are asking you to repeat themselves often then you may find that the right technology in the hands of someone as capable as Heather and the staff at HCN will not only improve your life but the lives of your family, friends and acquaintances. Consider doing it for them if not for yourself. I hope you have as good results as we did.

My visit was absolutely delightful! The entire staff was kind and courteous, helpful, and they were not rushing me in and out. Heather and the rest of staff took time to listen to me and make me feel comfortable. Stellar service and very nice people! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Five stars isnt enough! I stated going here about a year ago. Wasnt happy with the hearing aid I had. Im totally deaf in my right ear with about 1/4 hearing in my left ear. So they gave me a new hearing aid. Then l went in for a adjustment & cleaning. Melissa told us about this new idea, and that possibly might help with my lack of balance, and would try to get me approved for it. Well, I got it! Now I have a new hearing aid in my left ear and a transmitter for my right ear, I can hear now!! My right ear transmits to my left ear! So its kinda like 3D hearing! it will take awhile to see if it helps my balance And Heather who introduced me to these was so very knowledgeable! I couldnt be happier with them and my new hearing aids! They are Brilliant and caring. Dont go anywhere else! What a team of Professionals! Thank You So Much Melissa, Heather and Lisa! We feel so relieved to have a great place to go for our hearing needs. The staff are excellent there. We have needed a place in Pahrump like this for quite a few years. We have had bad experiences with purchasing hearing aids until we tried Hearing Centers. We love Heather, she has made us feel very comfortable at all appointments. I had lost my hearing and Hearing Center of Nevada was able to help me. Since I could not get into see an ENT for months they were able to contact them and let them know how urgent it was for me to be seen.I will be seeing them in two weeks. Thank you is not enough for making me feel cared for. Hearing Center of Nevada is a very special team.

This is by far the best place in pahrump to get your hearing problems solved.They took excellent care of me and were very professional and caring .There is no better place to take care of your hearing problems than with these people.They are great in every way.

We highly recommend this hearing center. Even though my husband did not purchase his hearing aids there and they are a different brand than they carry, Sonia Crockett is very knowledgeable and helped him get his aids fixed and back in service again. The hearing aids she fitted for me are the best I have ever worn. It is a pleasure to visit a business that really wants to give the best customer service ever.

Just went here again to have my hearing aids fixed I couldn’t do it myself. I was met at my car and Lisa took them inside and fixed them and cleaned them and returned them to me I never had to leave my car. They are always so nice and friendly there! I never want to go anywhere else!

Sonya and Lisa are a great team. I got my new set of hearing aids in March 2019 with the help of Humana Insurance. I trust Sonya to service my hearing aids and handle any questions I have. Whenever I need help they are quick to get me in and have always solved my problem. Thanks LadiesPat Walters

What can I say about Hearing Centers of Nevada except, WOW. For years we have told my mom she needs to get her hearing checked. My mom denied having a hearing problem. We were not sure how this appointment would go, but from the second we entered their office my mom was treated like a queen! After her hearing test they told her she had hearing loss. She was not convinced until they put the hearing aids on to test them out on her...she began to cry. She could not believe the difference! You will not have better service at any doctor anywhere! Hearing Aids can be a big investment, but they helped my mom finance a pair of hearing aids that even have a fall detection feature that alerts me if she falls..technology has come a long way! The hearing aids also work with her phone and track her heart rate, and activity level during the day. We have been in to Hearing Centers of Nevada for 3 appointments now, and each time the service is wonderful. No regrets and I will recommend them to anyone!

Dennis and I have both gotten hearing aids at hearing center and have excellent results, I wear my hearing aids every day and they are wonderful. Dennis had a set of hearings aids that he got from Costco and would not wear them now with his new ones he does wear them, hearing is so much better.

Saw an Ad on Facebook about Free Hearing Test. Thought Id give it a try?I was told years ago that Hearing Aid for my bad Ear wouldnt work. It was recommended that I have a Cochlear Implant. (Granted, this was 5 or 6 years ago).I go here, get Hearing Test and Doc says I think we can help you!.Sure enough, try on a Hearing Aid.. I can hear out of damaged Ear for the first time in 52 years!We then find out my Ins. will pay 100% of the Hearing Aid!! (I have to pay Tax).Hearing Aid arrived in about 3 days.Sonja got me set up (after a few little hiccups, not her fault).But Im VERY satisfied and thankful for Hearing Centers of Nevada.Special thanks to Lisa... (love you Girl)Highly recommend!
