I enjoyed meeting with the new Technician who explained about pairing my hearing aids with my new cellphone when I receive the hearing aids back with new batteries, YEAH.THANK YOU.

I brought my hearing aid in to the shop for repair feeling that they would have to send it out to fix a broken switch. They fixed it on the spot which was great and also serviced it and another, which I was wearing and did not purchase from them. They have always given great service and I would highly recommend My Hearing Center.

Other than being very expensive for seniors, these are great...kind of tricky learning to put them in correctly but I am getting better each day....I really appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff....

They work very hard to meet customers need. I got a new phone and the program that controls my hearing aid did not work. The doctor fixed it without any charge.

My husband went to the Hearing Center here in Pahrump! We were pleased with the kindness shown him from the girl at the desk. On his second visit they cleaned and replaced some parts of his hearing aids, making them much better! All for a reasonable price. We would recommend them to anyone!

The hearing aids were little expensive but the service they showed me was wonderful. Ill have to wear them for a while before I can leave and honest review

This is a review from my husband, Don since I dont have hearing aides. During my visits to the hearing center I was treated professionally even though I had not purchased my hearing aides from them. My old center had closed down. They diagnosed my problem and I could hear better. Jacklin was always cordial and helpful. I would recommend using this business.

My husbands tinnitus was increasingly adversely affecting his quality of life, so we visited My Hearing Centers to discover if there was any help available for him.Jacqueline (front desk), and Judd (provider), are both professional, kind, and helpful.With customized hearing devices, which includes a tinnitus therapy feature, as well as accessory pieces that stream to and from his phone and iPad, as well as our TV, my husband now has near-normal hearing, his tinnitus is more bearable, and his quality of life has improved greatly in a meaningful way.Additionally, my quality of life has improved also, in witnessing my husbands relief from tinnitus, and the TV is at a volume I can enjoy.

At the Pahrump Office staff are excellent, nice, professional, helpful....Quality of aids been disappointed, two wires have had to be replaced(in 2 years ), shortly after routine replacement.
