Federico Tire Pros ripped my daughter off. Shes a single mother of 2 children that works very hard, she spent almost $900 to get her car fixed only for it to break down on her at the gas station less than an hour after she got it back from them. When she called them the next morning a worker got very indignant with her. I called back a few minutes later and explained the situation to them very calmly and I didnt curse or raise my voice once, just to have them hang up on me as well. They told her they would be happy to have her car towed to their shop, but she would have to give them more money to fix her car. They ripped her off and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and I pray she takes my advice and takes them to court over this. Were in a whole pandemic where people are still out of work and the best they have to offer is ripping single mothers off. And the only reason it gets a star from me is because it wouldnt let me post this without giving one.

It’s hard to find people you can trust however this family owned business is the real deal and I have nothing but trust in them. I’ve been taking my car to them from tire repair to a random noise I’ve had to brakes and everything in between. Jim, Jimmy and Ross are awesome. Fair prices and awesome friendly service!

Finally found a truly awesome low pressure skilled auto maintenance shop in this area. After so many less than favorable and downright awful experiences with high pressure dealer service centers and other places, Fredericos is a breath of fresh air. My first time several years ago was to replace a blown out tire, and they offered me an older tire at a big discount rather than have me wait for an expensive new tire. Very appropriate and fair as the other tires on my car were similarly aged. Now I got a set of solid new Uniroyal tires quick and at a very competitive price. No phony kindness, sincere polite and professional people. All my regular car service will be there going forward.

VW 1.8t OWNERS BEWARE!!! On successive occasions, wrong oil put into my VW by this location resulting in additional repairs due to shop negligence about VW specs. When confronted, they did the infamous tap dance related to shoddy American labor and inattention to detail, with owner adding We did an upgrade to full synthetic oil. The specs from VW REQUIRE FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. Perhaps taking the time for a little mechanical re-education would benefit both owner/technician when after confronting them with issue, continued to quote wrong oil as what the manufacturer requires. This is another SAD example of why the US is failing in the automotive industry today. UPDATE: As you read owners response, they are again saying VW spec 5W30 synthetic when VW spec is actually 5W40 synthetic in 1.8t due to sludge issues,which result in clogged pickup tube causing oil pressure loss when using wrong oil. VW may recommend 5W30 synthetic for some engines, not this one.The 1.8 turbo requires 5W40. SAD boys..getting screwed with a smile is still getting screwed, folks. Do your research on next repair done here. This vehicle requires oil that meets VW 502 quality standard, which WAS NOT put into vehicle as your GM dexos oil does not meet these requirements. GOD and GOOGLE know the facts, why dont you? Admitting you are wrong IS difficult when you call yourself professionals. Do your research for the sake of the other VW owners that may not read this, as your ignorance and Delco dexos oil destroyed my engine components

Jim Jr has even loaned me his own car to get home when they were waiting for parts! You can tell that the Federico’s are proud local business owners and really go out of their way to accommodate you. Clean restrooms, comfortable little waiting area and many nice plants that are all taken care of! You aren’t just a number like some of the bigger places.

Great service! Jim, Ross, and Chris in particular were fantastic to work with. I brought my van in because the belt let go. As a result, it ended up needing a LOT more work than I (and they) initially thought. Communication was great throughout the process. No one likes to pay for car repairs, especially unexpected issues like what came up, but they were honest about what they came up against and called to check that I wanted them to proceed every time something came up. I believe they are an honest shop; although I would have preferred to get out of there for less, I am exceedingly happy with the way things turned out and I appreciate their hard work and diligence in completing the repairs.Thanks Guys; I would recommend you to anyone!

Ive been here for a few different alignment or tire needs over the years. I didnt realize that they were a Uhaul place as well. The other day I had a situation where I needed a box truck for a Saturday and it was the Thursday prior. I needed one and started calling around. Its Christmas time and I quickly found out that everyone around was out of everything. All the Amazon type folks had scooped up everything and I was down to one last place to call. Federico. Jim answered and I explained my situation somewhat and just hoped for the best. He offered a couple potential solutions but he insisted on trying one more possibility and took my number down. He called me back within the hour and he was able to work the reservation to get me exactly what I needed. Without going into enormous detail about how my need was a really special situation that had a one-shot window of opportunity, if Jim hadnt pressed the issue and pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us, a previously homeless person who had just that week received housing, wouldve been without any furniture beyond an air mattress for at least six months. He did it and she has a place with a real bed and all the furniture and kitchen stuff my kids could pack in that 15 box truck. He didnt have to do anything special, but he did. And he changed this womans life greatly for the better. Everyone involved in helping this woman couldnt have done anything had it not been for Jim at Federicos willing to go the extra mile and get us a vehicle. I cant commend them or recommend them enough.

We were treated with respect. Great brand new truck,rented to us with courtesy and professionalism. We were happy with their policies,the texted information was accurate . We rented a U-Haul truck from them to transport a piece of furniture from a store to our home. We borrowed a moving dolly from the store, Embers, that wouldn’t fit in our vehicles and instead of making us pay for more mileage on the truck, Jim offered to return it for us since he was going past there later in the day. Jim and his staff were very professional, polite, and courteous. We will definitely be sending business their way in the future.

I was looking for a trustworthy neighborhood car shop and Federico was recommended to me. But after having the work done, I now have buyers remorse. While everything on my vehicle looks to be professionally installed, it appears that I paid at least double for the installed parts based on comparisons to various parts houses. And nearly $30 worth of shop supplies seems excessive for the work done. Therefore, I wont be back and neither will my wife when she needs new tires this summer.

Have bought several sets of tires over the years and Federico’s has become my go to place. I am always pleased with the work they do.
