My mom got her car taken up here to get a few things fixed up and when she got it back it kept stalling on the way home and now when she turns it on she cant get it to move at all. Ive tried calling 5 times to complain and my mom has tried calling aswell but nobody picks up. Stay far away from this place.

The guys at Franz are honest and reliable people and mechanics. Ive had them repair 1 brake line a few months ago. And Front brakes, & front drivers side wheel bearing last Friday. I highly recommend these guys if you need car repairs.

Franz came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! If you want honest, friendly, and competent service from people with true integrity, this is the place to go. As a single female, there is always concern about mechanic shops taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Tyler at Franz took a really high estimate i got from a corporate shop and did the work with transparency, communication, and for hundreds less. Do yourself a favor and make this your mechanic of choice, I definitely have, and they will have my business as long as Im in this area.

I have a Saab that is older and experiencing normal maintenance issues. These guys consistently offer high quality service at reasonable prices. They stayed late of a Friday night to make sure the car was ready to go that day as promised. Saab dealers want to charge 2 to 3 times as much for the same repairs. They also installed parts that I provided. I wont take may cars any place else.

These guys were extremely helpful diagnosing my car problem. Long story short, I was having dashboard notifications for my airbag system. I recently had to get a new battery and suspected that there wasn’t an actual issue with the airbags but this was popping up because of the new battery. Tyler told me to bring it in and he would test it free of charge. Just as I suspected the problem was due to a new battery and he cleared out the codes that were causing the notifications. He was a man of his word and didn’t charge me anything. As I said they were extremely helpful and very friendly during the entire process. I will definitely bring my car back to them if there are any future issues… Knock on wood there isn’t.Thanks again!

Update: the guys here are still awesome. My mother just had a hidden can of worms for these guys when they were asked to do a simple repair for her. They still got everything fix at a good price and were great at communicating all the problems. They put in a lot of hours. It is so appreciated knowing she is now safer driving and it didnt break the bank.Last year: Guys here are great. Very helpful. Great prices, quick service.

Got my tire changed here great ppl and fast work . Was gonna five star until I drove back to NY and next day my tire pressure light popped up . And its not a slow leak I had to add air daily because it popped right back up next day after I filled it .

In general, where I take my car. Good prices, friendly staff. My only complaint is that once when I had a rather irritating squeak going on, they couldnt find it (or even hear it). Took it to the dealer and they identified it within minutes in a test ride. Wasnt anything to worry about, but even so.Great place for tires, oil changes, shocks, etc.; cant comment on their engine repair as Ive never had to have it done.

Ive been going to Franz Auto Tire for many years. They are awesome to deal with. On my most recent trip to Franz I had tire losing air. I was hoping they could repair it but it was not repairable. I couldnt afford a new one so Joe said he might have a used tire I could buy. Luckily he had the same tire I had for a great price. My problem was solved. Thanks again to Joe and his staff.

They put on my new tires but kept my key to unlock my rims. Going to retrieve mine back they gave an old worn out key not mine!😠

Reasonable priced tires but they failed to inform me the warranty will only be honored if rotated with receipts. Tires were bald after 20k miles with a 60k mile warranty.

I received one estimate for a leaking solenoid, valve cover gaskets, and transmission service and then I took my van to Franz Auto and they were able to repair the problems at a much better dollar amount. I was very happy about the dollar amount as well as the great service.
