They are absolutely GREAT!!!! They helped me and took their time to make sure I got the right vehicle for me and my daughters. They even helped me get a nicer SUV than the one I was originally. Im so happy π with their service and for helping me getting my traverse. Me and my daughters love it is roomy for me and them and our dog. When no one else would help me they did because of my negative equity they worked hard for me and was able to get it roll over to my new car. Super happy with my experience here. I came in to look at a specific vehicle and Nick helped us out. He had it ready to test drive when we got there and he was upfront and honest and didnt play games. When it was time to look at financing, Jeff was able to get us a better interest rate than we expected and was super nice. We brought our kids with us and Jeff and Nick were both super accommodating. Jeff even got them candy from the vending machine while we waited. The vehicle is in good shape and one of their certified cars and Nick had the gas tank full without us asking. After visiting a competing dealership with which I have both bought and leased cars I decided to try Ganley. I was amazed at the transparency in the buying process (from inventory to price, website to in person at the dealership). The value for the Jeep I eventually purchased far exceeded what was available at another dealership AND they had it in stock! From the moment I walked in, my salesperson (Dawson) was awesome and worked with honesty and integrity. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with exactly what I had found on the website for the price that was originally quoted to me. Highly, highly recommend!
Good cars fair prices. Logan was our sales person really nice guy to talk to very friendly when it came down to buying the car he did seem a little pushy especially when signing paper work. They say car comes with full tank of gas and detailed it did come with full tank but detail job wasnβt that good at all we bought a used car and it was still full of dog hair from previous owner. Over all not bad place but wish the detailing and such was betterUpdate: just noticed a lug nut missing on one of the tires definitely not a very good first experience

I went to the dealership not thinking Iβll be able to get a car because of situation of having a lease and I wasnβt done paying it off yet. When I walked in there I was greeted with this really nice guy Todd. He was amazing from the start to the end. Made sure I was truly happy with what I wanted. He probably asked me 20-30 times for water or anything. Iβve bought 5-6 new cars from different dealers. This was by far the smoothest transaction Iβve had here. Everyone is so nice. Ive never bought a car from a dealership and people always have something to say about each one. Terrified isnt even the word to describe how scared I was. Todd made me feel so comfortable. He didnt push me into anything and he took the time to listen to my wants and needs. He was there through the whole process. Everyone there was so polite and knowledgeable. DONT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE FROM HERETerrible Service;2016 Wrangler in for a power steering replacement. Working with Mark from service.They said they βfixedβ it. I brought it home and still found intermittent power steering loss. Brought it back. They kept it for over a month. Then said they couldnβt correct the issue and that it only happens when the vehicle is cold. I took the vehicle back and found that this issue occurs when the vehicle has been running for a while and also when it is warm outside βwe recently had a day above 60 degreesβGoing on around 3 months with the issue uncorrected. Paid them for the repair over 3k and they stated it came with a warranty. I still lose power steering when parking my vehicle and they have not kept true on their βwarrantyβ.I will be contacting the shop manager to attempt to resolve the matter. This post will be updated with my results.

The service was fine, but Iβm definitely upset with the news. Iβve rotated my tires with each oil change. The service manager told me I was lucky to get 20,000 miles on the tires I have on it. I was told when we bought it that theyβd last 40,000. Now it makes a lot of noice when I drive.

You dont want to know. It was it not good had a price on a used Jeep. Told them in a text on Monday .made appointments on Wednesday . They they acknowledge my text never said that they wouldnt accept my price even ask me if theres anything else that they could do for me. Showed up for the appointment they wouldnt accept the price that was text to them so I drove 30 miles to wind up having to pay another $1,500 for a car. So not good
I am a person who values time...mine as well as others. I scouted this place online days before I came in. Found a vehicle I liked, and ONLY needed to get their best offer on my Altima. I even called ahead to CONFIRM the appraisal availability.Fast forward past many verbal requests, a bottle of water, unnecessary paperwork, and a nice young man whom they used to deliver all of the delayed service...I lost 60 VALUABLE MINUTES of my life to hear the same number that I gave the FIRST guy over the phone. When you value your time like I do, this type of disregard is irritating...at best.
I have owned a 2018 Ram Promaster City for two years now. it has a little over 3000 miles on it. Not a typo, yes 3000 miles. I have taken it back to the dealership twice for a, cold-start hesitation issue. I have left it with them for numerous days so they can let it sit overnight and get good and cold. They have yet to find and/or fix the problem. They say it wont do it when they have it, yet it does it every time when I have it. I have purchased many cars/trucks from this dealership, and referred them to many friends, but I feel it is time to move on to another dealership, and try my luck there.
My husband and I were in the market to buy a Jeep for fun and we found a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Altitude at Ganley. I called to make sure it was still available and showed up as scheduled. We were introduced to Troy, who had the Jeep waiting out front for us. We looked at a few others and decided on the one we came up to see. Troy stayed (VERY) late to finish the transaction and was very helpful in explaining the features of the Jeep.....well after closing. I buy cars as often as shoes, so I can say that I would definitely buy from these folks again. I felt their prices were competitive and fair and it made the hour plus drive worth the effort. I had been looking for a new truck for awhile and I knew it was dodge truck month!! I searched online and you guys had the best prices!! Staff was very friendly and I ended up leasing a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 I traded in a Nissan Titan I was only given $4000 for it which I thought was low in the first place but I knew the truck had cosmetic issues!! But was a very nice and solid truck for a 2007!!! Point is I asked if they could atleast give $500 more to bring the payment down slightly I was told no.. Now I see itβs posted online for $10,500 honestly I feel like I got seriously ripped off on my Nissan may be my own fault but canβt believe specially in these times I was given the amount I was and now ya are trying to make $6,500 on my truck thatβs wrong if ya ask me!! Thanks just had to get that out!! Back again for an edit I see there are pictures now of my truck and also at the top says in big bold letters PRICE REDUCTION how is it a price reduction you guys gave me $4000 for my truck and selling it for $10,500 you guys f**ked me over........

Purchased a certified ram last month sold as clean rust free no issues no accidents and such. And dealer wouldnt allow the fender flares to be removed so i can confirm no issues took them off after and driver side is rusted out and needs repair work and trying to refuse to do anything on a certified pre owned with 42k miles. Also had been put off with walk in customers when i had appointment to get in and out turned into a 3 day process. Day after i had it it already needed to go into the service department for a list of work that lights started to pop on for lack of repairs and looking the truck over. Pushed me out 2 weeks for a service appointment for a truck i just got me to show up to it to be told i dont have one then take the truck in and not have it for the next 4 days and it was brought in to look at and work on on the 4th day. Very poor service and quality here dont come here.
I went here knowingly exactly what i wanted, the only question was could i get my Ram 1500 for the price i needed. I did a lot of research and Ganley had the best price for what I wanted. The sales team was friendly, kept their mask on and even stayed until 10 pm to finish the deal. Ill admit i drove home smiling ear to ear that night.It wasnt all puppies and rainbows though too be honest, i did get less for my trade then i wanted and i had to pay for running boards. Yes i required running boards and made that known immediately, i have short people in my house even if Im not. Since i went with a lease, the running boards should have been included, it benefits the dealer and if i keep the truck, its 200 dollars realistically and that would of made up for the trade in loss in my eyes.

Ganley was able to schedule me immediately for my two items under RECALL. I was under the impression that both items would be dealt with at this visit. Unfortunately upon arrival, they did not have any format that was necessary for my truck. I will have to go back at a later date to exchange the floormat.
From day one this company was the worst to deal with. The finance guy Al told me I had to buy an oil change package to get me the interest rate they did. Next it was a nice day and The next couple days where cold . I realized the truck had no heat and took it back they said they couldnt do anything about it. After that I took it for 2 oil changes. Drove it 25 miles there to get it done. I pick the truck up and 2 miles away the transmission quits working and the checkengine lights come on . They say its nothing they could have

The first person I met with and test drove my car with didnβt seem interested in selling me the car... however I was adamant on having this specific car, so I went back with an appointment to meet with the first guy and he of course wasnβt available. Instead I got Nick, who was a million times better actually helped me purchase my first car and wanted to close a deal. Nick showed me all the features of the car and made me excited to drive it home! Bottom line they wonβt sell you a car unless you are in the store. Took about 4 hours, but I finally got a beautiful car at the best price. Iβm glad Nick was able to finally help me get my dream car!
Bought a Certified car, almost killed me on the freeway, gave me a subpar loaner not remotely comparable to the car I bought from them. Second attempt in a week to find out why my 2014 Charger dies on the freeway while driving**UPDATE**Since fixing my original problem, the service has been absolutely incredible. I may have had some misplaced frustration with the dealership (not their fault, I apologize). Ive been back for regular service multiple times, and am more than happy with their forthright and no pressure approach. Since I am a particularly picky consumer, I am happy that they made things right (& didnt hold a grudge for my not so stellar reaction to my 1 & only problem). Ill likely buy my next car from them, as I find them legitimately honest and sincere.10/10 would recommend!!!
Had my Mercedes serviced (for multiple issues) at Ganley Village today. Mike Thomas (my service advisor) was exceedingly knowledgeable and had the fastest scheduling I have ever experienced. All of the issues my vehicle had were fixed in more than a timely fashion. Bryan (another service advisor) was extremely thorough and helpful regarding my situation. Stephen Scali was another employee who went out of his was to provide me with excellent customer service today. I cannot say enough about how amazing the service department is at Ganley Village in Painesville ! Will definitely be back .
The people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would rate 5 stars but its cold and it would have been more enjoyable to check out the vehicles indoors but there is no indoor space.

I purchased a vehicle from Ganley on 12/05/2020. I reside an hour from this dealership. If it wasnt for the great selection of Rams this dealership had, I wouldve gone elsewhere. However the dealer and sale persons honesty is questionable. Part of my purchase was to have a new bed liner installed for a written price of $275. It was to have been installed prior to our arrival. When we arrived to pick up our Ram... no bed liner installed. The salesman, Luis Galvin, said he forgot. Now it was too late because the parts department was closed. He assured me any Ram dealership would sell and install the bed liner for the same $275. I received no response to several texts and calls over two days from Mr. Galvin so I went to a local Ram dealer. The cost was $385 for the liner. It would cost more to have it installed. I contacted Ganley and Mr. Galvin. After many many texts and phone calls over several days the dealership finally responded and said they will not reimburse me for the difference in price. The salesman said he would take care of it personally, yet nothing as of 12/21. I guess at Ganley, even if it is in writing, they will not honor their written word after you purchase and drove away. Be careful.UPDATE..... January 27, 2021. Sarah from the dealership NEVER contacted me. Today I contacted salesmen Luis Galvin and Jeff Williams. Galvin texted me on December 22, writing that Thursday December 16 he had sent a check with the difference in the price of the bed liners. I was told by Williams on December 23 that an amazon gift card would be sent also. Neither sales person sent out anything. Today Galvin admitted he never sent a check. Williams never responded. I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS DEALING WITH GANLEY. THEY WILL SAY AND WRITE ANYTHING FOR THE DEAL.
Staff was very nice, not pushy, and really accommodating with trying to help find a vehicle that fits your needs. Staff offered bottled water and coffee, store was well spaced for social distancing and clean.
Outside of working with me on getting the vehicle I wanted; they were very professional. My sales Eric Thompson was awesome and he showed that he cared. Though being young and in school they were patient. Some dealerships would brush you off because of their perceived idea of the money you make. But they were patient and worked with me on my vehicle needs.
I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from this absolute joke of a guy named Larry orozco. Completely incompetent and doesnβt not take peoples time and sensitive shared information seriously, he ran my credit with the thought that we had a deal on a vehicle and were proceeding with the purchase . The following day he ignores my calls and 5 hours later he tells me he sold the vehicle to someone else ! Awful business practice
Service people are nice and they usually get me in within a week. My issue was not completely fixed, but got fixed finally.
Ive been going here for years I love the folks that work at Ganley. Only problem I had is they didnt listen to me in the service dept. when I was telling them what was wrong. Repeated myself again when I got there and was told my truck was in 4wd when in fact when I pulled in the light for 2wd was on when I dropped it off, but I was told nothing was wrong. So will see what happens they said it pulled no codes but seems weird it would be in 4wd and not 2wd. Ill just keep an eye on it. And of course it never makes the noise you took it in for. But these guys go above for folks and treat everyone with respect and do what they can to get you the auto you want and the price.
I was super pleased with Trent the salesman and how the whole deal went down couldnβt ask for better service!!!!
They got both are vehicles done my wifeβs Jeep abs my Ram 2550 with a diesel done in only a few hrs drop one off was called dropped the other it was nice they allowed us to schedule it that way
Understandably dealerships need to make money-our society thrives on that-but when a dealership/person change the sticker price on a vehicle after it has been confirmed between both parties this borderlines fraud. When we recognized the significant change in price this dealership further demeaned our intelligence and integrity by requesting proof which we provided. However Ganley management still choice to dishonor their own price and blame away the thousands on Jeep themselves. Would not recommend this dealership or experience for any reason.
Todd helped us out tremendously. We told him our price range and he started giving us different options how to achieve it. He even helped the service guys dropped the bedliner we negotiated. We will certainly return for the great customer service. If you go there, ask for Todd. Good salesman and most importantly, good guy.
I cant say enough good things about the staff at this dealership, especially my salesman Nick McIntire. Love my new Ram 2500, will not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

I was very uncomfortable at this dealership today. I had received information about 2 Jeep Wranglers, via email TODAY, addressed from Sarah, the Manager. When I arrived TODAY I was told that one of the Jeepβs βmustβve just been soldβ and the other one had a $8,000 lift package added. It felt like a classic βbait and switchβ. Also, if you are concerned with mask compliance I would not recommend this dealership. There were numerous employees and customers, without masks, indoors, in the common area. I was sorry I spent 45 minutes driving from Cleveland.
Very accommodating. Schedule service though as they need more room and Techs for faster service. It would be nice if they had a deticated oil change service line.
They gave us a fair price on our new RAM and worked with us on our trade in. There was no back and forth, in fact the sales manager came over and we agreed to a price/value on the spot. The finance department matched our credit union and didnt pressure us to buy extras (extended warranty/etc). Troy was a great salesman from start to finish, no pressure. About 2.5 hrs in and out.
This was my second Jeep that I purchased with Troy. He makes things quick and painless and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I texted him what Grand Cherokee L that I wanted, walked in, signed papers and was on my way. Troy and Jim in Finance couldnt have done it any better. Ill be returning each time I need to upgrade my Jeep. I love it!!
