I was in a bind for a new vehicle and I was tired of getting the “run around” from other dealers. I then stumbled across Lake Auto Sales..and then let me tell you, my life changed forever! Very professional employees and the pricing was even better! I got myself a very reliable and clean vehicle from this establishment!! I will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles in the near future!!

Purchased a vehicle here in 2019. Within 3 months I had to have the drivers door lock fixed $ 400.00, transmission torque converter replaced $ 1600.00They are nice people but I recommend getting the car checked out before you buy it. Since then I sold the car and purchased a different vehicle.Sorry Dennis and Tracy for the negative review.

I live in Perry, New York and drove 3 1/2 hours down to Painesville, Ohio to check out a beautiful Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I saw on a few websites and ended up buying it a few days later. I was extremely happy with Lake County Auto Sales. The owners, Dennis & Tracy were very nice people to deal with. I was not pressured at all. They listened to me and heard what I had to say. They sold me a great vehicle with a very minor issue. When I called to get a estimate on cost to fix it I was very pleasantly surprised. The owner said bring the car down Ill give you a ride home and get the car fixed for you. More amazingly when I got the call the car was done I was notified it would be no cost to me. This is the second purchase we have made here. Also the second time I have given an excellent rating for price customer service and personality. This couple is wonderful. I reccomend them to all my friends.

Extremely friendly family owned dealership. Felt like I was at home. Only talked money for a couple minutes and the rest was just like a conversation with an old friend. Very helpful with the loan process and extremely fair pricing. Will recommend anyone shopping for a used car to check them out first.

This was a great buying experience,I got a fair trade in for my old truck and a good price on a 2016 truck with a warranty. They replaced one of the tires which was a little worn before i bought the truck, They came in on theyre only day off sunday to get this deal done when it was convenient for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. If you are looking for a used car,Skip the dealer add on nonsense fees and just buy a car here cheaper with less overhead and be done with it.
