Not easy to tell when pharmacy closes, sent my childs prescription here after an emergency room visit and was told if I want it tonight I have to drive to Crystal lake. Please consider having the pharmacy open the same hours as the actual store

In the past prescriptions filled have been wrong or not ready when expected. Today I picked up 2 prescriptions and was told my change was in the bag. When I got home, what do you know, no change in the bag. A small amount, but if they do this to every customer it adds up.

I love the pharmacists at this CVS. Theyre always so helpful and patient.

Mostly everyone is helpful. I really like the older, female cashier. She is always so sweet and helpful. She always makes sure to point out if I have some useful coupons on my long receipt.

Always a friendly staff in the pharmacy and store. Front end cashiers are always helpful and courteous, with the exception of a younger male thats been there over a year. Dude just seems like were wasting his time and doesnt want to be there. Its retail, quit if you cant work with the public. Otherwise, everyone else is wonderful.

I have been using this location for over 4 years. Everyone is extremely helpful on the the non-pharmacy side as well as the pharmacy side. They pay great attention to detail and are really a lovely group of people. As far as lines, tell me where in America now days that there isnt a little line. I look at it as a time to impulse shop. LOL

An understaffed pharmacy, which received a prescription, electronically, 2 days ago, and failed to fill it, then tells you it will be ready in 10 minutes. THIRTY minutes later, Im still standing there waiting, before I decided I had better things to do with my time and left. 90% of the time I was waiting, the pharmacist was working the drive thru window, instead of filling prescriptions. His assistant was shuffling papers, pretending to work, so she didnt have to deal with looking at the people who were waiting.I came back 90 minutes after I left, and the assistant couldnt offer any reason for the delays, other than being understaffed. Gee, if this is understaffed, they must be understaffed on EVERY Saturday and Sunday!Id strongly suggest that CVS corporate management clean house and FIRE EVERYONE at this pharmacy, and start fresh, with a Pharmacy Manager who actually understands the staffing levels required, Pharmacists who actually fill prescriptions, and Assistants with better sense of time.The extremely apathetic staff here needs some experience in Job Hunting, and I vote they ALL get it!

Slow but clean, the 2 employees that were at the from counter were very nice.Gripe is that the CC reader had Android /Apple pay & my phone even registers that the phone was scanned however the key pad said that wireless payments are not excepted. Why not???

Every time Ive been to this pharmacy Ive had an issue of some sort. I understand there are prescription or insurance situations out of the technicians/pharmacists control. Last night however a woman there by the name of Romalisa was extremely rude and down right unpleasant. I am a civil engineer and came in after work still in gear. She treated me poorly from the minute I approached the counter. She began by yelling from the back of the room. She seemed annoyed to be attending clients. Or maybe just me? because of the way I was dressed in construction gear. Im not sure? She kept rolling her eyes and looking at me up and down. Every time I would try to ask a question or say anything she would loudly and arrogantly speak over me. Definitely the last straw. I will NEVER return to this CVS pharmacy or that store period. I felt THAT uncomfortable.

The cashier was rude, he walked away from his register instead of taking the customers, even his fellow employee was surprised by his reaction.Worst customer service in the area, my money is not going to them.

Relatively standard CVS. Ive had no trouble with my prescriptions there, Ive always found what I was looking for, and aside from the lines at the cashier getting lengthy on occasion (typically due to difficult customers in my experience) the service has been very good.

Average CVS store with friendly staff. Getting irritated with the requirement of the value card to get a sale.

Save your money. Go to Walmart.
