Poor customer service and communication. I had called several business es in an attempt to save money.....Family Auto very reasonable for an oil change, check. I made an appointment several days in advance. My 1:30 appointment had me waiting at 3:00, with nothing completed, car still in parking lot. My two children were with me. They did not inform me of delay, or apologize for the wait.....I will not return to this business.

They are TERRIBLE!!! Don’t even, go find somebody else! Had my car for 3-4 months for engine repair, got the car back, and it stopped working in less than a week. Prices are high too, don’t spend your money here.
