It took 4 months to receive my tag after i put a down payment. I was given 4 different temp tags. Do not recommend first time buyers and if you do pay with cash and get title at the time of money transfer. This is a conman

Sold a car without informing there was no title until after purchase, claimed to have fixed the car but he merely cleaned it up. By the time the car made it home it was misfiring and pouring smoke. Sold my GF a car with no title, toasted battery, Junk alternator, faulty thermostat and potentially a shot headgasket. A conman and nothing more.
