They are really nice people. Always kind and courteous. Prices for service are extremely reasonable. They have great service and give free advice, if asked. They will let you know if something needs checking, will check something on request, and will give a reasonable estimate. I have been to their business twice. I have felt really great about their service and their work ethics with customers. I got new tires the first time I went and had my oil changed twice. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They are short staffed with mechanics so this time I did have to wait a few days, which is not normal. I get it back in a day or he same day. It was a day early and they called me I didnt have to call them.Thank you Bill and Robbi for always taking good care f my car and having great customer service.

The crew here is ALWAYS ready to help!!! I am a repeat customer due to the quality of service. They are always up front and there are no surprises when you pick up your vehicle other than it being cheaper than you planned. Always professional. I almost took my daughters vehicle to a body shop for a leak that would have cost us a small fortune and they found the leak and fixed it at a fraction of the cost!! She will now drive from St. Augustine along with co workers to get maintenance and repairs done.

They worked on my Escalade. Put in a ballast on My headlight. Took about an hour. Reasonable price for labor as well. I will be back!

I had my 100K mile maintenance done here because they were almost $700.00 cheaper than the dealership AND they did the same maintenance the dealer would have done. Great service! Just wish they could do my MOPAR WARRANTY WORK! This warranty can only be done by a dealership. Now I know why they are offering lifetime warranties!

Very reasonable on price. I was leaking 1 quart of oil a day, they got it taken care of. Customer for life! I will make the 1 got drive for them to do all of my repairs. On a side note, its a Volkswagen, which a lot of places charge you crazy money because its a European car, not these guys!

St. Johns Super Service was recommended by the wrecker driver who rescued my truck on the side of the road. They got my truck in, replaced the fuel pump, and had me on the road again in about two hours, for less money than what the dealership wanted to charge me for the pump alone. Highly recommended people excellent work. If I ever grow an extra hand Ill give them three thumbs up!

I am a snowbird from Wisconsin. A couple of months ago I was at the office next door to St. Johns Super Lube and I accidentally left my auxiliary power on, draining my battery. I talked to Tyler at St. Johns Super Lube who jumped my car for free and even spent time trying to figure out why my car wasnt handling correctly after the jump, including talking to my Subaru mechanic in WI.When it was determined the vehicles computer didnt reboot correctly, he sent me to their sister station, St. Johns Service station a block away where they rebooted the car computer. Both Tyler and the owner of the Service station were courteous, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me out - all without a charge, but I gave each place a generous tip. I now know - and other reviewers support this - that both stations are highly ethical, highly skilled in their area and know their products, along with being friendly and polite. Tomorrow, Tyler will be changing my oil and rotating tires before my return trip to Wisconsin and he will remain my mechanic whenever I am in Florida in the future. I so appreciate finding a reliable business in the area.

Horrible customer service Ive had to call everyday to see if my car was fixed never received a call with a update took it there for a simple fix ended up having the car for a week They still cant find out the issue not even a clue. They wanted the car longer to try and fix it but couldnt tell me what they were going to try and fix I ended up picking up the car I made it a mile down the road and broke down it was driving fine before i brought it there now its worse great job guys!

Absolutely happy! I searched all over for the best price to get my 2014 jetta with the TDI DSG transmission in it Ive been Quoted 350 to $600. They did it for $175. I believe, out the door. Im on my 3rd day after the transmission has been done and its running his perfect as it was as I when I took it in. I am very pleased and I want everybody know you can get your transmission DSG transmissions done for under 200 bucks

These guys dont know me from Adam, but ehen I came in asking to borrow an air tank to fill a flat, they instantly got one for me. When I brought my truck in they found. Dry rotted tire and the spare was ruined as well; so they sold me two used tires at a fair price and immediately put them on my truck. Its a POS truck I use to go to and from where I park my rig and home. Will I be back for more work here?? You betcha. Old fashioned service here

Went this am for a nail in my tire, extremely busy sent me down the street to their outer shop. He looked at the nail pulled it out never went through the tire. No charge that is why for years the only place to go for service thank you

BAD PLACE WONT EVER GO BACK. I took my jeep in to get the suspension greased and the gears lubed. I have a rough country 4 inch lift four link suspension, its got grease fittings at every pivot point.I have a custom built Tom woods front drive shaft because its all wheel drive.it was sqealing when I took it in.and they said they greased everything.it was still sqealing.so I took it back to check the brakes, to see if that was it.they said brakes wer fine.Im crippled but I usually do the work myself, but was feeling old and was gonna let someone else do the work. Finnaly I pulled the front shaft to check the double nuckle, and the front u joint cell out.it was completely dry .i then checked for grease smears or grease pushing out of the bushings there was none anywhere, it was like he greased the rear u joint and called it good.i played 50$ for the lube job and left the tech a 10 dollar tip.i think they owe me 60 $. I would not recommend this place at all.
