I received a text everyday for a week saying my prescription was ready I show up and it for only one month refill. I always get three months at a time. It’s been three months at a time for the last year... So they had to redo it and asked if I’d wait 10-15 minutes. No biggie I roamed the store waiting. They called my name I got my stuff and left. I got home opened the bag and it wasn’t even my prescription! I called them to ask why they gave me the wrong prescription they lady was rude and acted annoyed that I was asking?! She brushed off my concern like it was nothing and told me I’d be fine. Legally she should’ve told me they switched my prescription to generic when they redid my order because they are out of stock of my actual prescription. Instead she said nothing and was annoyed I called worried. Unbelievable.

I live out of town & working down here, & this pharmacist is the worst kind of person. He talked to me as if I were trash on the street. So rude, even to my drs office, when they tried to call to talk to him. He was ugly to them, for absolutely no reason, no reason to be ugly to me. If you can go to another cvs pharmacy, you should. These ppl should not work with the public, not the pharmacist!!!!!

Pharmacy manager was nice and handled an issue I’d had. Took a few days but wasn’t her fault it was the doctors office.however the one employee could of used an attitude adjustment rudeee.

The staff is great!

On yesterday I sent my parents in to get my prescription filled after knee surgery at around 5pm. The employee was totally rude to my parents in the pharmacy. My parents are 78 and 79 years of age. My parents told me that the employee told her them that they would have to drop it off and come back tomorrow. She is busy typing up a lot of things in the computer. My mom told her that her daughter just had surgery the employee replied her you just have wait until tomorrow. The pharmacy closes at 9 why should we have to wait 4 hours. So my mom asked what time in the morning the employee replied she is off just call. My mom said the employee had the worst and nastiest attitude she ever seen. It’s not the first time the employee has been nasty. I am a branch manager myself. Having superior customer service is very important. The way that employee handled my parents are unacceptable. My mom stated she will never use this CVS pharmacy again.

I normally use Winn Dixie pharmacy but for the price CVS was cheaper. There are 2 ladies that work in the pharmacy and every time I deal with them whether in person or over the phone their attitudes always seem to be nasty. Dont know if their having a bad day but their customer relations need serious help. If you hate your job then fake it. Its not the customers problem. Be thankful you have a job or quit.

Pretty decent experience. Its a great place to go if you just need to pick up some quick items and snacks.

Great place to pick up what you need in a hurry. They have just about ever thing a drug store should have. They also have a pharmacy in the back and everyone is really kind and polite.

Waited on phone 31 mins to refill script, never got filled,, arrived at store still on my phone as they were picking up cvs phone, and had the nerve to tell me that was the norm

Stay away as far from that store if your into couponing like me than best go elsewhere i had A cashier telling me Jada, Jada, well the next day i made A call to corporate anyway im happy now that i do my couponing elsewhere Wallaaaa

Terrible customer service always rude to customers and managers always act like someone is stealing from them or scamming them and if your a couponer avoid this one like the plague

Im Michele from Palatka, Fl. but now living in North Carolina .. SO very disappointed in this Walgreens. (19 &20 address)I called to find out if they had an Item for my elderly folks that live in Palatka. Trying to save them a trip . I was put on hold then dropped call 4 times in 30 mins when I finally got the last answer I received a Pharmacist who was rather rude for me complaining in a nice way I was calling long distance. What a total disappointment in my HOME TOWN Pharmacy . I am glad I made the call instead of my 80+ yr old folks.. I hope they can get their act together..

Very poor customer service. The store manager Allen was rude and acted as if he didnt even want to do my exchange . I wont be shopping at this store again

Lady at the counter is very rude. I would rather go pay 89 bucks without insurance at Walgreens then go back to that place.
