Hi-Way Mart has the BEST pulled pork! Everywhere else Ive ever gotten it Ive always had to pick through it to get the burned pieces and the chunks of fat out. Kevin Bass makes his pulled pork with quality meat and he takes his time and does it right. He sells his sandwiches at a really good price and theres a ton of meat on them. Right now hes got a deal where you can buy one and get one free for $2.99 which is really good considering how much meat actually goes on those sandwiches.Kevin provided the pulled pork for my wedding this past Friday (Sept 21) and gave me an amazing price. He even let me borrow 2 of his crockpots which was especially kind of him since I was a stranger to him and good crockpots arent cheap. He let me use them the whole day, only asking that I return them before he closed that night so he could use them the next morning. Kevin is a very friendly, very nice guy. His prices are excellent and his products are top-notch. I would fully recommend him for any events you might have coming up or even just to stop in and grab a quick lunch. You wont regret it.

This is an amazing place it is a gym of the gym city of St Johns River it is the diamond in the rough in Palatka its the only full service gas station that you can come to is still know the person thats pumping your gas still have a conversation with him just like the good old days wash your windows and check your oil and is an amazing place to visit and get gas and your other items milk eggs bread cigarettes ext..

I have been using highway mart for years until now I never wanna go back! Some new girl Ive never seen wearing headphones came to assist me. She took my card I only got some gas .. She put it in a clover card reader removed it and didnt let the card finish loading up She told me herself she removed it to early (this is the worker running my card) I put in my pin it went through and she claims it said insignificant funds. She told me i still owe her the whole amount I pulled up my bank account in front of the guy Tony that runs it and showed them the charge they told me it did not go thru I called the bank after giving them cash for my gas they did indeed charge my card double so it was declined cause she over charved me She ran my card double and ended up paying 24 dollars when I only owed her 12 my bank had to refund it cause they refused to at highway mart and felt like they called me a liar. So watch HIGHWAY MART THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ON THOSE CLOVER MACHINES they dont know what theyre doing let alone did not apololgise for theyre mistake. I would like to speak to an owner other than the 2 rude employees that tried charging me 3 times for gas! And they refused a recipt.

Very rude and racist. I went to get gas and I was refused but everyone in line thats was white got gas. 9/13/17 at 6:30 in the morning I and another black was turned down for gas I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
