Management is terrible. I stop to use the restroom (I even bought something to be polite) The water in the woman’s bathroom was apparently not working so it was closed, A female employee offered to let me use the empty men’s bathroom and she would even watch the door to make sure no man entered, but the male manager quickly put a stop to that. He very rudely explained I may not use the men’s bathroom. The women’s bathroom was down and there was nothing wrong with the men’s bathroom. There’s absolutely no reason for me not to be able to use it if it’s empty.

Best gas station around. Good selection of coffee, drinks, ice cream. This place rocks, stop here often to get snacks and what not daily. Staff is always polite!

What a nice place to stop on cross-state journey! The four ladies running it were friendly and keeping the place spotless! One month old...I hope it stays this way. Such cleanliness is hard to find!!

The cashier Missy is the worst. Shes rude, throws merchandise at customers, gossips about other customers in the store and thinks that she owns the store lost my business . What kinda person acts this way .

Went to checkout at register on Tuesday & cashier had no mask on at all!!!

Them coffee machines stink!! I try to avoid any race-trac now due to their Self Cleaning junk fresh machines. Race-trac-- That machine could never get the coffee clean enough for me to use it for drinking purposes. YUK!! You need to go back to the old ones for real

April, its unlikely they had anything to do with the double charge. Your bank will resolve it easily.

I stopped in here to get gas. I left my card at my house in St. Augustine but I had a friend take a picture of my card and send it to me. I then asked an employee named Vicky to run it manually she was incredibly rude in the way she told me I couldn’t do that and said there was no way to do that but I could talk to a manager if I wanted but it wouldn’t change anything. So I did talk to a manager (she also just screamed his name across the whole store, didn’t see why she couldn’t simply walk over there). I told the manager my situation and he tells me that it can be entered manually I just have to enter it myself- which is no big deal just my only way to access money was manually. So he helped me do so in front of Vicky. She didn’t apologize for her rude attitude towards me nor being wrong, thankfully I asked the manager.

Great customer service and very clean!! Plenty of good food and drinks too!

Horrible customer experiences..cashier argues over type of cigarettes I smoke EVERY TIME I buy them...has forgotten to put items in bag that I have purchased and bathrooms are closed every morning when I stop for gas on my way to work...needs definite improvement!!!
