Went in for an Avalon oil change. The service sounded good and a better deal than other places I looked at. They do a visual inspection along with “topping off” your wiper fluid. Employees were polite and it only took them 30 min instead of the advertised 1h which was nice, but they didn’t even put a drop of washer fluid in. I was all out when I brought it in and all out when I left. Granted it says “top off”. But instead of saying something or just putting at least some fluid in they completely ignored it. It’s just washer fluid so I didn’t complain but it was part of the service I paid for and if they don’t mind cutting corners on something so minuscule it makes me wonder what they would do on a bigger job. My sister was in there a while before me and got her car back with grease stained seats, their response after arguing and saying it’s impossible because they cover the seats was “come back tomorrow and we will clean it”. This was just our experience.

Had a nice experience here. The workers were so nice. Definitely a good place to get your car serviced.

Made an appt for an oil change on my truck. Arrived on time and the guy entering my information said itll be 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change. He was closing his eyes basically power napping while entering the info so I could see how this was going.I told him i need to wait for the vehicle and he said he’d try to have it ready by 1:30 Ok I said id be in the waiting area .1:35 I get up to ask how much longer and I see my truck in the parking lot. It has been completed but i have no idea how long it was done because nobody bothered to let me know even though the lady associate also knew I was waiting She saw me in the office area and she saw me when she made her trips to the coffee maker!When she finally gets done counting wiper blades even though im waiting, oh and then answers two phone calls i say “ luckily i checked to see when my truck was ready i could have been here all day “She says.. “ yeah… its been ready”Ok so not going back there seems gattos or whatever across the street has been recommended a few times reading some other reviews!!!

I had an alignment done and a few weeks later I had my front suspension redone on my camaro so I needed another alignment. I made an appointment they had me in and out and they didn’t charge me! Great staff! I will be back 😁

Brought it in for a free brake check. No issues with them, just checking before I left for a trip up the mountains. Well now my car shakes on the highway when you brake, something it didnt do before leaving it there. Now im stuck renting a car 2 hours before I leave since they dont have time to figure out what they did that made the happen. Free ended up costing me more than new brakes would have.

Dont bother. I made an appointment the day before for 2 new tires for 3pm They didnt get the car in to even start work until after they closed at 6pm. Here I am at 7pm still waiting...whats the point of an appointment? This happened once before too. Ill never go back.

I took my Honda Crosstour for an alignment. Paid like $93 with taxes and included alignment for my vehicle for six months or 6k miles (something like that) I got the car an hour later and after taking the car on the highway I noticed a slight pull to the right so I decided to take it back. I walked in today and the place was packed, and no appointment was available until after Christmas. I explained to the sales associate David E Vega that I was driving out of town tonight. He was super professional and helpful and was able to get my car in at that moment and told me he himself was going to be taking care of the alignment. Came back an hour later and my car was WAY better and he even explained to the alignment report and that i eventually will need to replace the front struts.David custumer service skills and the way he took care of the situation was outstanding. It’s not easy to find people who value their job and do it with excellence.

VERY pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and customer service provided by this shop. I have low-profile tires, which most tire places do not carry, but Tire Kingdom on Malabar road did. They also fit me into their schedule on short notice which I was very pleased with. I had a bald tire replaced, an alignment, and an oil change on my ticket; when they called to inform me another tire was in dire need of replacing. I am so thankful that they cared about my needs and added that to my service for me. I had no idea my other tire actually had a naill and was bald! Tires balanced and aligned I left there driving like a champ again. As with any busy shop, I recommend you have someone pick you up while they work on your car all day. That’s what I did and it turned out lovely!

What happened pride in service?I just got an oil change and tire rotation at Tire Kingdom 6112 and was disappointed in the servicw again.I made an appointment and was told on arrival that had to wait on a technician and an appointment was only a place holder in line.The only two things that I asked was to keep my truck locked and do not reset anything on the dash. My truck was left unlocked and my dash was reset.Now, I get to go home, check my fluids and lugnuts because thay cant follow instructions.Obviously they are changing oil because they couldnt remember that simple question, would you like fries with that.

If you have a Tesla absolutely do not take it here and go across the street to the Gattos. I specifically asked if they have experience with Teslas and they said they did. Needed a tire plug and they assured me they could patch it or worst case they have the tire in stock. They had absolutely no idea how to operate the car and within 15 minutes I had to come all the way back because they failed to notice theyre special accoustic tires they cant work on or order from anywhere in FL. In other words they completely lied about having any Tesla experience and also were nice enough to leave my window open in the rain. This is not a professional shop, absolutely avoid.

So I purchased tires here at the tunes of $600...so when my tire got a screw in it I automatically called Tire Kindom to do the plug. When I called I was told to make an appointment so they could have me In and Out so I made one for noon. When Im greeted at the front counter by the less than pleasant female and I tell her of my appointment she then says Im gonna need you to leave the car with me for ABOUT AN HOUR!! First off I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WHICH I WAS TOLD TO MAKE and second how long does it take to plug a tire....not long! Ill never recommend this shop to anyone!

Go to Gattos across the street!!! Tire kingdom will tell you to wait for hours and not even show any concern or care. Called Gattos they got me in right away!

Had a flat the day before my appointment and waited 3 hours in the heat for AAA to come and change it. I called and spoke to Dave Vega and he could not have been more pleasant and kind. He reviewed my tire warranty and assured us they would be open until 7 pm if we could get there. We called back as it was getting late and made an appointment for the next morning. They took us on time and plugged the tire. They saved the long tap screw to show us what had damaged the tire.Happily the warranty covered the cost as we had less than 20,000 miles on the tires. They pulled the car up to the door and sent us off with sincere pleasantries. The drivers seat was even back in the correct position. It was so nice to be cared for by folks who take so much pride in their work and go the extra mile to be kind. Loyal customer for my last 5 cars.

I needed four tires along with an alignment and a full synthetic oil change. I walked in a little after 4pm and the shop was busy. I knew they closed at 7pm and probably wouldnt be able to help me that same day but I figured I would ask anyway. I told them I worked most days and had a difficult time working it into my schedule. It was no problem. They were very accommodating and professional and had me back on the road in 2 hours. I asked about some other maintenance issues I wanted to take care of at a later date and they gave me a print out of everything I asked about and the total cost to get them done. The new tires are awesome and the alignment is perfect. I will be bringing my 3 vehicles to Tire Kingdom on Malabar road from now on. I value honest and courteous service.

Brought my car in approx 10:25 AM for a nail or screw in my rear passenger side tire on Saturday. My car wasn’t ready until 4PM for a simple patch work and I had to call at 2:30 to find out car would be ready by 4. This AM the tire pressure was 31psi and my tire requirement is 36psi cold. I was thinking that the tech didn’t refill my tire to it’s proper psi so I went to gas station and fill my tire to 36psi. I went back out around 8PM to check tire pressure and it was down to 33psi so I went back to gas station and filled back to 36psi. Now I have to waste my time and bring car back tomorrow Monday AM to have the tire and their work rechecked because obviously still losing pressure. Hopefully this time it doesn’t take 6 hours and they fix their work considering they had my car for almost 6 hours on Saturday.Brought my car back yesterday first thing in AM and Shon did an exceptional job in making sure this time patch was done correctly. Great customer recovery and follow through by Shon. Ty!

I had my tires balanced to correct vibration I felt in the front wheels. The mechanic Jenny performed the balance and found the discrepancy in the wheel, a dent caused from hitting a large pothole. She showed it to me and (at my request)swapped the wheel position from the front to the rear. She is very knowledgeable, and I was not charged for the special request. Ive also experienced they will fit you in if they can without an appointment. Very pleased with their service!

Been here 3 hours for 4 new tires. I couldve changed them myself without all the fancy tools quicker than this. Dude. Really whole day shot. Thank you. Update... next day... my car has had the original center caps for 16 yrs. Now one is missing... thank you.

Was scheduled for an appointment and was told to pick my car up two hours later showed up and my car was in the same spot. Then the gentleman that worked the front desk called me three times after I left thinking that I took my vehicle without paying for service. Very unprofessional I would save your money and go someplace else!

The staff there was very courteous. They worked hard to get me in for service. they made me aware of things I needed done on my vehicle but didnt push me to purchase things I didnt want.

I was towed in last week at just past 6pm so they no longer had a mechanic who could assess the problem. I was 3 hours from home & had to stay at a hotel overnight. I was told a mechanic would come in at 8am & would run diagnostic tests for 1 to 1 1/2hrs. I would hear from them by 9:30. When I didnt hear back I called at 11 and spoke to David. He told me I needed a new fuel pump which takes 3 hrs to install. I anticipated hearing from him around 2pm. When again I didnt hear back I went to the shop at 3:30 and David pointed to my parts which were sitting on their counter. They hadnt even started the job! He told me they were Busy. They would start now and SHOULD be finished by closing. Again I didnt hear back & sprinted from the hotel & arrived at 6:55. They werent done. Thankfully they finished at 7:45. Knowing I was stranded in Palm Bay if they were too busy to fit me in sooner David could have called & informed me of this in the morning so that I could cancel appointments and re-schedule. Instead David was completely blasé and totally unfazed. I will never go to a Tire Kingdom again! I wish I had dealt with Erika whom I spoke to at the very end and who was very kind & helpful.

Asked for the lowest priced tire available, and was quoted some package deal for significantly more. Once I asked again, then I was given the lowest price tire. Shady business practices trying to sell you more without actually explaining. No apology just excuses when I questioned why they didnt give me the lowest price when I asked.Never again.

Bought a new truck (6 miles on it) and installing a lift and larger tires. It just so happens the new tires on the new truck are same size on my old truck with worn tires and I didnt want to sell it needing tires. Just called this location to to put the new tires on my old pickup. They told me the tires were now used and they cant install them. Ive been a mechanic for 18 years and am currently at ASE Master. Im telling you from experience, avoid places like this. For multiple reasons.

This establishment doesnt compete with local competition in terms of either products, OR service. In terms of price, you might be able to get them to price match competitors, but in my experience, they will then charge you more than quoted to make up for the discount. In addition, they dont seem to have a good on-sire inventory, and customers often have to wait for a product to be ordered.But all of the inventory and pricing might be forgivable if this place offered good, heck even decent customer service. Time and again, Ive experienced the staff, especially the managers, show little to no empathy or care for customers. Most of the time that someone is in, its because the car is broken, and needs something to get it back to workable condition. The employees and managers use this position of power to disrespect customers, and ignore their basic needs. In my last (and what will be my final visit), I witnessed the employees disrespect and take advantage of an elderly man, AND a single mother of 3 small kids, all in 20 minutes.If you need to save Money, head over to the Walmart down the street on Malabar Rd. They are polite and affordable, with a large inventory. If you need specialized care, or custom tires and parts, head over to Glens Tire over on US1. Theyre a great local business thats been kicking butt in the industry for decades.

If I could rate lower I would!!Made an appointment ahead of time and was told work would take 2hrs, when I brought it in I was told 2hrs, 3 1/2hrs later still not done!!When I asked what was taking so long I was given excuses such as their having issues with their machine... Then why did you take in my car if your machine aint working? Or better yet why open up shop that morning??3 bone heads standing around my car trying to figure out how to put break pads on! And every other time I looked out there they were either on their phones or standing around talking!!I had to cancel and appointment I had scheduled because they took twice as long as I was told, AND I made an appointment!!!

No transparency about services- went in intending to spend $20 on an oil change with voucher from my car insurance and was told I could apply it later when paying. When the time to pick up my keys and pay for the service came, I was told that the coupon wouldn’t work. If I had known this I could’ve done it myself for a fraction of the price.

Absolute trash. Just stay away. Slow service. Ive been lied to by staff more than once. And at least once Ive experienced shady business practices, like not receiving warranty paperwork or being told any of the warranty conditions.I highly recommend you also look them up on BBB, though the parent company is the real source, and has one of the worst customer reviews Ive ever seen on any BBB page, as well as 700+ corporate complaints through the BBB in the last 3 years.

Lied to me when i had warranty said no charge owed. Then at closing call for me to pick up and $54.00 charge. I didnt have and they said i was stealing my car. Cops came and all they got was my bad review of scammers

I usually go here with minor problems. A stripped lug or need to mount a mower tire. Theyve never charged me. Id get tire here in a heartbeat.

Never have been satisfied in 6 years. Always feel like they dont need my business, always takes hours to get back, and have always left shaking my head and wondering why I ever come back. Always say their short handed and always have an excuse.

This people are the worst are the worst I when for an alignment and to put my tires in and they gave my car back on and the starter was disconnected and now my car needs a new starter because of them they messed it up so I could go back to them and waist more money. I will never in my life go overtheir again.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Went here to get my tires balanced and I m pretty sure they didnt even perform the service. After checking my wheel weights the exact same weights were in the exact same place! Took car to Toyota for service and they immediately found that every tire was at least an ounce or more off balance. Do not waste your time with this place.

I trust Carlos and David to fix whatever needs to be done and not take advantage of me. I cannot afford to pay for work that is not totally necessary. These gentlemen are trustworthy and kind.

Worst experience ever at any tire shop! Terrible customer service! I had an appointment but they didnt even pull my car into the bay until the time it should have been done, 2 hrs later. Attempted to add upgraded tire mounting, without asking or telling me. Cant explain why my alignment goes from acceptable (green) to unacceptable (red) after completing the alignment (tried to tell me the wind moved the sensor). Basically stapled and threw my receipt across the counter after I paid. I would not recommend anyone come to this store.

Terrible service. Was told I would be called when the work was completed, never happened. Called 7 hours later and was told it was done. Got there to find it had not been started. Guy flat out lied on the phone and tried to cover it up when I got there. No charge of course, it was a tire patch. Go to Tires Plus.

We were in town from Jacksonville for my sons soccer tournament and we blew a tire. After explaining the situation to the manager at 8:15 am he told me to come back at 9 am because he had no one to change it even though there were 2 other employees there. He could have at least called someone to see if they were close.What a heartless gesture in our time of need. I will never use or refer anyone to a tire kingdom again.

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday 5/22 for 4 new tires, mounted, balanced, alignment got Saturday 5/26.I arrived at 0855 on Saturday and was informed that there were 3 people ahead of me. Okay, no big deal. My car didnt get into the bay until 1100 and didnt get in the air until 1120.I can understaffed, overbooked, etc but if thats whats on the schedule for the day, I shouldnt see 4 technicians standing around while cars are on the lift with a queue.Dont even get me started on the look and feel of the place, Im fairly certain no one there knows what a broom and mop looks like, let alone what theyre used for. Walls, counters and seating are filthy, bathroom looks like that of a roadside truck stop, their Keurig machine has probably never been cleaned. Disgraceful.Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere and should have heeded the recommendations of all the other reviews.I regret signing on for balance and alignment warranty through Tire Kingdom, hopefully the other locations throughout Brevard have a modicum of professionalism.

Should have read the reviews before bringing my vehicle to this shop. Im not quite happy with the customer service received. Came for an oil change and other fluids check..... I felt like they didnt care to explain to me what was going to be done to my vehicle and what where my choices for the services I require.. they should have suggested a high mileage oil change because my vehicle is old instead of their cheapest option.. isnt there job to suggest me such thing? Im pretty sure they didnt checked my air tire pressure, or my alignment.. I know for a fact that my tires needed air and the service to be aligned... Im pretty sure they didnt rotate the tires either.. or at least nobody cared to let me know they were performing to check on them. I dont think they checked my other fluids, because I know for a fact that Some fluids needs to be changed. Not bringing my car here ever again :(
