Store had a lot of good products at competitive prices but they have a few kinks to work out. I was trying some lipstick on my hand and the male worker came running over telling me I cant do that. I was confused...why have samplers if you cant sample them. Then he said oh... sorry, you be surprised how many people open the merch. The samplers are one inch the real product is 4 inches. Big visual difference, know your products...that was so unprofessional. Second I got double charged for two 1.99 items on separate receipts. I had to go back to get refunded. They said the register wand was too sensitive. I find it weird it only did that on the 1.99 items. I would have never caught it had I not looked at my receipts later for something else. They said it happened to others. Other than that I liked the store and their selections. The ladies were very helpful.

I was disrespected and discriminated against by black employees at Josie Belle Beauty Supply Store. One employee followed me around the store as if I was trying to shoplift. I shop at Josie Belle Beauty Supply Store regularly. They know that I am a frequent customer. I do not recommend supporting this business.

This store is wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing and clutter free, clean and with a great selection of units. Malika was knowledgeable and patient with great tips on the various units. If you want a large selection and personal service then this store is the place for you.

Ordered bundles for my wedding last year and they were gorgeous. After a year requested to have a custom wig and it came out beautiful. The store has great products for natural hair as well.
