Great prices on the fuel if your a member. You don’t even need to go in to get gas -Just pull up the app, it’s super easy plus it saves your 10cents a gallon!!! Always able to find a spot to dispense gas. The missing star is for the deals inside that you earn: They say you earn some but once you go in to redeem there isn’t anything left it’s all picked through. And it’s not like the last day of the deal it was intentionally empty.

I used my credit card as a swipe on the gas pump just fine. Then I wanted to buy some Powerade in the store and the swipe didnt take. Its not an old card and it just worked on the pump. I asked them to enter it manually and she said she was told not to. What business cannot enter a credit card manually? Ridiculous.

Listen I’m not one to be leavin google reviews but I feel like someone that works here need to be pointed out fr but I don’t know his name I know he is Jamaican an Arab because when this weird dude wouldn’t stop trying to get at me at the gas station an it was getting weird he stopped an asked me if I worked today(I come in almost everyday so about everyone knows me) an started talking to me an then pointed out my case to get this guy to leave me alone an the day before he let me use his phone so I didn’t have to walk home in the rain. Al the employees here are wonderful but I really had to say thank you because I was getting a little scared

Ignored by the employees waiting to order a pretzel because they were out of hotdogs, egg rolls and anything else not spicey. The cashier charged me for my free drink and said she would show me how to use the app next time .. ive had it for years it must have flipped away from the free drink screen while i was waiting behind the lady that was taking way too long trying to pay for her stuff. Instead of offering to fix it she acted like i was stupid and left the charge on my credit card. Id only gone in for something quick for lunch that wasnt spicey and my free drink that i earned, i got neither and was disrespected by the cashier. The two locations on Malabar are much superior, hot food stocked up and always greeting everyone and asking if you need help. First time this has happened with Cumberland farms. Someone needs to teach the northerner at the register a bit of southern hospitality.

Worst customer service ever.I went there to purchase Lotto tickets. I told the cashier that its my 1st time playing and to tell me what I need. Then she rings the ticket and tells me after the fact that they only take cash and I should go to their ATM.. whaaat??I said no thanks, but since you already printed the game, Ill go home and bring you cash. Drove 17 miles back and forth. I could have bought at a different location and not go back. But I did go back because I knew my ticket was already printed. I get back there, she gives me the one game, I asked her for 2 more, and she tells me to go back at the end of the line because she doesnt think they have the other 2 games I want. When I refuse to do that, she closes the register in front of me, and go get a manager because Im upset. Well duuuhh!!! Who wouldnt be?Said manager (in training) comes, doesnt ask what happened, but starts yelling at me and threatening to call the cops if I dont leave.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Both from cashier and manager in training.I did the right thing by them, and they couldnt find the patience to do right by me?Then the manager starts some nonsense about how Im looking for social justice (because Im black?). The moment he said that, I just burst out laughing, because I realized by him saying that, he just showed his true self. And I have no time to waste on pre-programmed imbeciles.Dude, Im a European born and raised woman. Dont let my skin color fool you. I speak 4 languages and I own a small business with 7 employees.I have zero interest or time for social justice causes in this country because as a foreigner, its just all theatrics to me.And I know the system. The Gas station is great, but they need to do something about all the homeless/ street people because its really becoming a damn annoyance. It was not like this years ago.

Homeless/transient problem is out of control in and around this Cumberland Farms station. They need to start issuing trespassing warnings.

A little baffled as to why all of the sudden all these new stores and gas stations are being built all over Palm Bay the past few years. I have lived in Palm Bay off and on for over 25 years and it was neglected by city officials for decades. Oh, now that all these people who are moving to Palm Bay from up North and the Miami area who dont belong here really, now they want to fix everything up for them, ha.

I had to change gas pumps 3 times do to the keypad to type down your PIN number when you use a card does not work everything else I have no problem with.
