I am happy that this place remained open during the entire pandemic. People complain about their lack of supplies but that is to be expected during Covid times. If they get your Order wrong, just ask them politely to correct it. I love that they are willing to make me happy because the drinks are expensive. We should get our money’s worth. My only critical remark is that they are very slow.

Starbucks has been out of everything lately. Caramel drizzle, birthday cake pops, certain drinks. I walked in today, ordered a frap and iced latte. They both are horrible. Extremely disappointed.

The place is in a busy road. The place has a country feel to it from the outside. The place is busy in the late morning. The place is clean outside. You get fast service. You can dine in or take out. They take Apple Pay and Samsung pay.

So happy to see the holiday flavors back. Definitely try the caramel brulee, its delicious. Starbucks never fails to deliver a great flavored coffee although i find the brewed coffee to be more bitter than I prefer. The prices make them an indulgence for me rather than a daily treat.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was very kind and made the overall experience very enjoyable.

I appreciate the service and known products that Starbucks puts out daily yet only outside seating(?)....not understand. If airlines and grocery stores can be closer than 6 what is so different in other eating establishments.... Just saying... Not trying to cause a huge problem or debate. Recommended as they made my order to perfection and extra hot.

They are always getting my order wrong. Giving me regular milk when I specifically ask for AND CHARGED for oat due to allergy. Beware if u have real allergies they dont really care and have even given me spoiled milk in my drink with a crazy amount of sweetener I guess to mask the taste. Youd have to drive all the way to Melbourne for any Starbucks cravings for descent service.

It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to steep tea for a London fog and at that point you should just remake the drink and admit you completely forgot about the order. Then maybe apologize for wasting a half hour of the customer’s time. The drink was not worth the wait.

So I dont see any notifications about this location not being open right now, but was just there and it was closed.At 6pm on a Saturday.I am just confused as to why there was no update anywhere about this online to save anyone any unnecessary trips.

Hard working staff. During a time where food service is taking a hit by not being able to order anything on trucks (frustrating for everyone, not just customers!) Just went through the drive-through today and worked with Britney. She is absolutely amazing, super sweet and very helpful. They did a very good job of keeping the line fast and being very sweet with their customer service. My drinks are amazing, thank you Britney for the Irish cream drink suggestion!

This starbucks is always friendly and amazing! They listen and make your drinks correct 99% of the time!

This place has a drive through that is ridiculously slow. they know how busy they get they really ought to put two windows two separate lines. We sat in line for 11 minutes before we even began to move. Drive through is supposed to be convenient so you can pull in and pull out not wait 11 minutes to even move

Every time i come to this location all of the baristas are so friendly & my coffee is always perfect! i’d like to give a shout-out to the girl with the red hair & cute little blue lip piercing (i’m sorry i don’t know her name!) she always remembers who i am and asks about my twins when i come through the drive thru! you guys are awesome, thank you :)

I came for the last 3 days included today they have the new item on the menu calls Browne sugar oat milk and never been available they always say we don’t have it todaySo disappointedIf you have a new item and you know there’s big demand on it why just don’t order more!!!

My daughter loves this place. I enjoy their banana and pumpkin bread.

Very disappointed. I came to this location at 9:30pm and the doors and drive-thru were already closed. But online it says that this location closes at 10. I am very upset about this. The employees even saw me grab on the door and just looked and me and went about their business acting like I wasn’t there. If the new closing hours are 9:30pm then it should be displayed. Will not be returning to this location. I drove almost 35 minutes to come to this one because the rest were listed as closed and too far from where I live.

Best Starbucks in Brevard!! I was stuck in Missouri for two years. The one local Starbucks near me there was constantly out of things. They would serve me half and half with a splash of coffee. Now, in Alaska, theres like two, and they always forget the sweetener. Im not allowed to enjoy my Starbucks up here, that has been made clear.Ive used all of the central brevard Bucks and the Palm Bay Rd location is the one I miss the most. You folks are always consistent, always friendly and I will ALWAYS spend my $ here when I come to town to visit.

My egg and cheese sandwich was good, their water is filtered through triple osmosis so always tastes delicious. Ironically I dont like Starbucks coffee, but when I need a quick bite and a water and dont want to pay a ton of money, its an easy $5 choice.

Went to went to the driveThey just remodeled about a year ago and they have a nice laid-back atmosphere with outside seating. The tables inside have charging ports so if you want to take your laptop there and get some work done you can. Its also a great place to have meetings.. one-on-one meetings anyways.....I had originally gave 5 stars but I went to the drive through to order a java chip frapp and it was basically cold milk! Come on Starbucks...I need you guys to do better!

I’d long given up on Starbucks but I had a gift card to use. I am a Dutch Bros convert.The last few times I had been to different starbucks (in different states) they would claim to be out of oat milk. This trip was no different. Take me back to Dutch Bros where this has never happened. Two drinks were $12, not that great, and no oat milk.

Workers are rude and not friendly at all. Wife has a broken foot and we were asked to leave for merely sitting at a table in the lobby because of this covid BS. Stay away from here.

Came tonight to pick up a gift card for a teacher . There was a new barista at the window and she was amazing ! So kind and helpful 😁

This is a nice location. Right off I-95. Very busy and service is a bit slow. I unfortunately did not have a good experience when I went. A barista made my drink incorrectly and when I asked about it they snatched it out of my hand and remade it with a bad attitude.

Bad service.Ordered two vt dragon drinks. Picked up white syrup with no fruits or color. Upset. Seller didn’t suggest refund or anything. Just that’s it. If I knew they were out of most of ingredients I would never order those drinks. Waste of money and time!!!

Starbucks presenza level of customer service as a standard then I am accustomed to being above par. This location Far exceeds that. every time I show up, no matter whether its a new face or one Ive seen before, I am always greeting with a one-on-one personable experience. Eye contact is included, and the way they cater to my ficled request with such nonchalance is refreshing. If you are passing by on the freeway or live locally but dont usually go to Starbucks, this location is definitely worth your time and money.

Honestly I thought this was funny, I asked for a brownie, they said they didn’t have any left. I asked for a cookie and they proceed to give me a brownie.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. The drive-thru is consistently slow, this includes pre-pandemic so that can’t be used as an excuse and my drinks are usually weak even after I’ve ordered an extra pump or scoop, either a chai or matcha. I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks and this one disappoints almost every time.

I came into this Starbucks and ordered my drink and waited and waited other people came and went. I asked them what happened with my drink and they said its coming. I waited another 5 minutes and finally was given my drink. I was disappointed in the amount of time I waited. I think its the longest I have ever waited at a Starbucks for 1 drink.

It sometimes appears that this location closes the drive-thru before the store is actually closed, but their hours are correct (and open late, at that). Park and check the front door if you REALLY want that coffee, but the drive-thru appears closed off. Quick service and drinks prepared expertly.

This particular Starbucks has been the most professional and courteous Starbucks I have ever been to and that’s why I’m writing this review. What a great time.

The drive thru takes forever no matter what time of day one pulls up. However, the staff at this location is always super friendly and they make your order correctly 98% of the time.

Good coffee!**Update:Im rethinking this Starbucks thing! Im not convinced their coffee is all that good in regards to what I want from a coffee! I mean I do like the hot White Chocolate Mocha because it is delicious however, Im not convinced their coffee is good in regards to strength! From what they say, if I remember correctly, theyre starting their White Chocolate Mocha with (2) espresso shots and I really question that. What I mean is that in comparison to Dunkins, I feel Dunkins espresso, even one shot! Starbucks, I cant say the same and its not even close! I feel I dont, at all, get a caffeine kick from Starbucks coffee. So, now I tend to go to Dunkins when I want my caffeine fix and only go to Starbucks when I just have the urge for the White Chocolate Mocha.

He was so sweet and asked what our plans were for the day and engaged in nice small talk with us. He made us feel like we were valued. Usually friendly and pleasant experience.I occasionally have a person who well take your money, hand you your drink and shuts the window without saying anything. However, they are typically friendly and the order is usually correct.

Service was great! They were out of the drink I wanted but they helped me pick a new one that was just as good.

The only problem with my experience at Starbucks is the long line to wait. I would suggest that they should make the parking spots for people that get takeout. For the people that order and pay on their phones so the line for the drive through isn’t as long and less people would have to wait. Although it is just a suggestion I feel it would be a lot faster way.

The line is always a mile long but worth the wait! Order is always spot-on and prepared by the friendliest baristas in the area.

They were very helpful! We were traveling back to NC from FL and we went through the drive thru. While we are in the drive thru it occurs to me we might need tumblers to keep the coffee warm. We inquire about if any are on sale, the young man working the drive goes to check and then uses their two way camera to show us which ones they had. I was shocked that they could do that!!! We decided on holiday cups and got our drinks in them. By far my best experience at a Starbucks. Thanks for help to tired ladies traveling back home!!!

I go to this Starbucks often using the mobile app and sit outside. On some occassions it is not clean but other than that a good place.

I wouldnt order this motor oil sludge for a blown motor. The worst undrinkable sludge on the planet. The people who drink this distasteful supposed coffee have broken palettes and have more money than brains to pay the absolutely outrageous price for this crud. If you have to put those types of flavors in what they are calling coffee then its defiantly not true coffee.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get my coffee or any drink I order. They seem so understaffed. There was one guy making all of the drinks for the whole place. I asked for an iced coffee with a splash of cream and it came out practically white, so I go inside and I order an espresso to help with the flavor, and it took at least 10 minutes for a single shot of espresso when there was maybe eight people in the lobby. This Starbucks is very convenient for me because of the location, but the wait time really makes me not want to come here. I’m not a person that typically leaves reviews, and I work in the service industry so I understand when it gets busy but there’s no excuse to wait 10 minutes for a single shot of espresso when it’s not busy at all.

This store gets our orders wrong 3 out of 5 times, it seems. Some nice staff and others who the store would be better off without. Other Starbucks in the area are worth going out of the way to avoid this one. I think they need better management and maybe some more training on better customer service.

Always friendly service here, any time of the day. Only thing, and its a corporate thing, is there attempt to move away from straws for iced drinks. In the pandemic environment, sipping lids seem less safe than straws, that are individually wrapped.
