Its bad when the employees deter someone from applying, also it doesnt look good on the the Manager or the Market Manager when your overnight employee doesnt know if the store is franchise or corporate. Because you all have a market manager thats how I know that you all are corporate. Guess this store doesnt say take it easy, sad I like the motto.
