If I could give this them a ZERO, I would. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my whole life.I placed an order to be delivered a week in advance. On the day of delivery, I tried to reach the store repeatedly, starting at their opening time, to ask that I be able to pick up the order instead of having it delivered. After hearing the “no voicemail setup” message repeatedly, contacted the corporate office. I was able to make the change with corporate and they notified the store. I then received a call from Dillon saying that the order will be delivered tomorrow. When I asked why tomorrow instead of a pickup today, Dillon said that he was behind 35 orders and the store usually only gets 12 orders per day. He said that everyone was at the Melbourne location. When I asked if he was able to get additional help at his location, Dillon asked me “do you want to come in and help me make these orders?” I was shocked by this. I told him that his response was very poor customer service. I also told him that I spoke with corporate, and the date was never changed, only from delivery to pickup. He said he never got any communication from corporate and couldn’t guarantee that I could pick up my order today even though it was ordered last week. He said that he just gets print outs from a computer that doesn’t tell him when things are ordered, just what the order is.I contacted corporate again to let them know if my conversation with Dillon. They let me know that, according to their system, Dillon was the one that changed the order for delivery tomorrow. I explained my conversation with Dillon and the poor customer service I received. I explained that I felt I was due some kind of discount for having to deal with so much. Marlene, the representative from corporate, agreed and said that she would put it in the notes.I called the store back and spoke with Dillon again. I gave him all of the information I received from corporate. He said that corporate has nothing to do with his store and that they can’t dictate what happens at his store. When I told him about the discount, he said that he needed to speak with corporate about that. I then called corporate on 3-way to cut out all of the back and forth. Even with corporate on the phone, Dillon continued to be very rude. I can’t believe he’s allowed to interact with customers like this. It’s terrible. Dillon finally said that if I’m at the location by 4pm, the order will be ready for pickup. Within 5 min of that phone call, I received another phone call from Dillon saying that my order was fully refunded. When I asked if I would still be able to pick up my order, he said no.I am completely blown away by the level of disrespect I was shown by this employee. I am also blown away at the fact that a store only has, according to Dillon, one employee working on any given day.ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!

Ordered a special arrangement for my Mother and they only tried one attempt to deliver it with no follow up call or even calling me. None of the listed numbers have anyone that answers and it is the next days afternoon with no delivery. I have had to call the corporate office to find out what is going on. Corporate office cant get through to them either so nothing! Completely useless excuse for a store!Was told a case would be opened. To call back in 24 hours if the store doesnt call me. They never did and now Im waiting on the phone with Corporate Office and they cant get ahold of the owner or the store itself to give me a refund. Amazing how one store can destroy all possibilities of trusting a company.

I absolutely agree with everyones comments on how horrible this store is. I ordered a thank you basket to be delivered on 10/28 and when I called on 10/29 to confirm it had been delivered the response was we were extremely busy yesterday and could not but its in route now to be delivered I was satisfied with that answer, however I have tried several times since then to confirm this delivery took place and cannot get an answer or even leave a voicemail. I know this package was not delivered as it was to my neighbor for a good deed he always does for us and he has not confirmed the delivery as he normally would. I am extremely disappointed and now will dispute with my credit card company the charge as delivery never occurred. I have also tried to go to the store as the store hours are until 7pm but store was actually closed at 4:50pm when I went last Friday and then again on Saturday. I would be ok if I could at least get a response even to my email if delivery took place or not. As I know it did not, I feel that this is a rip off and my money was actually taken with no services rendered. zero would also be my rating.

** updated 10/ 2. I reached out to both the phone number and email address that the “owner” wrote in their useless comment below. They haven’t responded to multiple emails, haven’t answered dozens of calls, and don’t have a voicemail set up. I finally got in touch with a customer service representative after five days and she refused to send my order out for delivery again (it obviously never arrived) and also refused to refund the purchase. I’ve had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company in hopes of getting just my money back and I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would never order from ANY of their franchises again after this experience. Their customer service is nonexistent. Buyer beware.I ordered an arrangement for my mother for her birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on her birthday. They claim to have attempted delivery once, however she has cameras and they were never seen on the camera. They never came back, she has yet to receive her arrangement, and I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve tried calling the corporate number listed in the comments below multiple times and keep getting sent to a voicemail box that is not set up. I’ve tried calling the local business as well to no avail. My mother called and was able to get an answer once after calling multiple times and said the man on the phone was incredibly rude, said he tried and couldn’t deliver it, and refused to come back. I’d go there in person to try to get to the bottom of this but I’m sending them from out of state. Customer service is abysmal company-wide. I would never order from them again.

This location apparently doesn’t answer their phone or update the tracking for the arrangements. My tracking number has been saying out for delivery for several days now. Luckily I was able to get in contact with one of the recipients to confirm that they had actually received it.

Literally every bad review you see about this place is spot on. Completely useless & terrible coordination with this joke of a service. Specifically told them not to come until after 1 pm, they came at 12 when no one was home and left 2 mins later as seen on my ring camera. Don’t even try contacting the store as no one will ever pick up the phone and you’ll get forwarded to the corporate office instead as a “thank you” from this lovely joke of a store. When you order from them it’s a 70/30 chance you’ll get your order or have to end up attempting a refund after days of no word back from them. The 70% chance is not getting your order. Will never ever do business with this store, extremely uncoordinated, useless, waste of money & time. Save your money and never ever even contemplate doing business here. I will make sure everyone in my network never ever comes here & understands how useless this store is. Pathetic

Placed an order through 1800 flowers for a fruit bouquet. It was supposedly delivered not once but twice but the receiver has cameras on her property and was home the entire time. It is now a week later and 1800 flowers cannot get a response from this shop except to say it was delivered. Heavens only knows who ended up with the fruit bouquets but it wasnt the intended recipient. I double quadruple checked the addresses on the order too, they were correct. I came on here to order this bouquet again directly and saw the reviews and changed my mind as this has also been my experience. It was a shame as this was a sympathy gift. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.DO NOT order from this company. My brother placed an order with them for MOTHER’S DAY, and my mother never received the order. She had to call them and see what even happened, they said they tried coming twice but Ring door bell cameras don’t lie. Anyways, we PICKED UP the order today almost a WEEK later, we received NO apology for the inconvenience, instead they were extremely rude and full of excuses. For almost $90 bucks, this whole disaster isn’t worth it.

I placed an order for 12- piece chocolate dipped fruit box and a balloon on Tues for my Dads birthday which was on Wednesday. The order was delivered on THURS! I received an email on Thursday, saying the order was delivered. I called to see if the order had actually been delivered on Thurs and not Wed. The girl that answered the phone confirmed it had been delivered on Thurs. I expressed they had missed the birthday window, and she said Sorry ? What happened to your customer service. I will not be using this store again. After reading the other reviews, Im not sure how they are still in business.

Wife received an order from this store. It was a day late and fruits were bad. Also lady delivering the basket did not explain who they were too or she didnt speak English. No one picks up the phone there to talk too.

I had a fruit bouquet sent to my sister. No one rang the door bell or called her to say it was delivered so it was left on her porch. She didn’t realize it had been there for a few days and at some of the molded fruit! I spent $112 on this bouquet! Called the store only to get a recording on every prompt you push on the phone and no live person every picks up the phone!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Neither the store in Melbourne. They’ll take your money. Never answer the phone. Corporate offices are no help because all refunds are issued through the store and it takes four to six weeks(In form of a check) if you’re lucky enough to speak to someone at the store to issue a refund.

First off, I did receive what I ordered. The fruit looked fresh and it tasted good. However, my order was a day late. No one called, but it did arrive the next morning by a very unprofessional delivery person. Literally caught them cussing the second they rang the doorbell and when I answered the door, they were very unfriendly. Never apologized for being a day late. They also were not wearing a mask and that is supposed to be a part of their policy, due to Covid. They dont deserve my business. Never again!

I ordered on a Monday for same day delivery online it was after 3pm so I knew it wouldn’t be delivered because it was so late so I figured the next day they would get to it. No one ever did. I called and spoke with an employee and she said she was going to call and figure out what’s going on with it and how come it hadn’t even been made. She reassured me she would give me a call right back and she never did. I called left a message no one bothered to call me back I found some corporate number left the guy a message he never called me back so finally three days after the order I called in the lady said oh yes I can refund you your money or we can for fill the order. I said obviously I want the order filled because I am out of state and it was for a family member. So she asked for the number she could contact so they can make sure someone was home for delivery. They called my sister and my sister just told them she would pick it up. Once at the store she had to call and wait before someone could give her the order.As far as I’m concerned I will never use them again now they never even said sorry or offer to accommodate me in anyway. Didn’t return any of my phone calls very unprofessional at the Palmbay store

I received a Delivery Unsuccessful e-mail when the recipient has been home all day long today. I tried to call and figure out the problem but it is not possible to reach this company by phone as their voicemail box isnt set up and when calling the main edible arrangements line it never gives you the opportunity to speak with a person (I tried getting sent to literally every listed option in their recording). Not sure if this will be getting delivered again or if I just lost my money.

Extremely disappointed this was for my boyfriend for our 9 year anniversary today and was supposed to be delivered today from 3-5, well it was 5:47 and it just got delivered and thank god we were here because we were just walking out for dinner. Be aware if no one is home you are charged for them to remake it and come back. There has got to be a better process. Also looks nothing like the picture online and i will post that as well. I ordered the Happily ever after platter and the strawberries are sooooo small and looks nothing like the picture or professional. This stuff was so expensive and I truly want my money back for this type of disappointment. Also their “track your order” in the email does not work. It kept saying “your order is being arranged”.

Terrible, currently sitting outside a closed store on Valentine’s Day. I placed an 80$ order and show up to pick it up and no one is here the store is closed. Now this is ridiculous, no customer service is able to help and I will never shop here again because an order is an order and if they had to closed then they needed to send out an email stating so

Im confused on how they stay in business. They had a few caramel chocolate apples,1 cone of chocolate bananas, and chocolate discs on a stick. When I asked if they had the donuts or chocolate strawberries I was answered with this is all we have in the case. I went at 1:30pm and they dont close til 4PM so I find it hard to believe they sold out. Do you not replenish or have anything you advertise regularly? I asked if she could slice the apple to make it easier to eat and I got a big No. If you want a smoothie, my girls said they were ok. Not impressed.

I definitely was not a fan of my first experience with this new location. An order from Edible Arrangements is my go-to gift for birthdays, mothers day, newborns, and just because. I was excited about this location opening on Malabar Road because it is closer to my home and I figured I wouldnt have to spend the extra $15 for delivery as often as I typically do. My cousin welcomed her first baby on Wednesday the 17th, so I stopped into this location on Thursday the 18th around 5:50pm on a whim to see if they had any fast fruit that I could bring up to the hospital. There was an employee helping another customer, once she finished I inquired about an arrangement. She showed me the one arrangement available, it didnt look very fresh so I said no problem I wasnt really expecting them to have anything but wanted to check. I told her I would order online for another day. On the morning of Tuesday the 23rd I put in an online order for pickup at 6pm. Almost immediately after submitting my order I received a phone call from an employee (8:49am) telling me that the store closes at 6pm and asking if it would be okay to change my pick up time to 5:30pm. I told the employee I selected 6pm because only half hour timeslots were available but I planned on being there around 5:45pm. She said that was okay and told me she would change the pick up time to 5:30pm just so there was a time to have the order ready by. I said that was fine. At 4:30pm I received another call from an employee (not sure if it was the same as from the morning call) telling me that my arrangement was ready and wanting to know when I would be picking it up because they close at 5pm. I said they close at 6pm and explained that I even spoke to an employee on the phone in the morning that asked to change my time to 5:30pm. This employee reiterated that they close at 5pm and that my pick up time was inputted as 5pm not 5:30pm. I explained that wasnt my fault because I had given permission to change it from 6 to 530 and that I would not be able to be there until 530. I was again told that they close the doors at 5pm almost everyday. I said online their hours are until 6pm and even their door reads until 6pm. I also brought up the fact that I had stopped in the previous week right before 6pm and there was an employee and another customer. I was told that they only stay open longer to meet business needs. Well imagine my confusion at that point. I thought me having placed an order that morning, already paying for the arrangement, and selecting a timeslot that was available on their website was a business need. I was told that they close as 5pm but they could probably stay until 5:30pm for me to pick it up. The tone from the employee was that she was very annoyed. Mind you I am NOT a complainer. This is my very first bad review. I wont even send back wrong food, but this just really rubbed me the wrong way. I felt like the employee is used to getting off at a certain time and most likely had made plans and was trying to make sure she got out by the time she wanted to, at my expense. I gave 2 stars because the arrangement itself was correct but I will be going back to the Melbourne store from now on.
