They notified me same day that they were bumping the appointment up 2 hours. We were able to handle that (and in our case, it was nice). Tech was good, check was as expected and very good.

Its the middle of a Florida summer and the temperature in my home wasnt maintaining in fact it was getting warm. I called first thing in the morning and by 11 AM my unit was working like new. My house is comfortable again and Keith the service man was professional, absolutely knowledgeable and quick. I had no issues paying a reasonable price for this great service and will not consider calling another company or recommending them.

Moved into house and found the AC not to be running right.. it was Sunday so I left message. Received call back from Ken Williams Co. And they got me on scheduled for Monday. The technician was on time. He gave me a list of things that needed attention and prioritize them according to what had to be done and what should be done going forward. They werent pushy. I opted for him to do it all and my AC is running great. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them . As for the $ value, I couldnt shop around so I dont know if they were reasonable.

Ken Williams Air Conditioning did a great job – really nice guys to work with. I very much appreciate their work to install a Daikin mini-split into my workshop. So glad that I threw out my old AC window unit – no comparison… this is great, quiet cooling at its best! Jim was quick to answer my installation questions and provided professional customer service.

They custom engineered the entire HVAC system, duct/return layout, whole house dehumidification, MUA, hood, 6 exhaust fans, etc. for my very large, state-of-the-art, ICF/Icynene-constructed new house. They consulted their army of experts and created a masterpiece system. They understand the science of HVAC and air quality, not just how to install something. (The others I took bids from had a person in their office use a program on an Ipad to design a system.) KW service has been great too, and reasonably priced, could not ask for better.

When my a/c stopped working properly i called Ken Williams A/C. The service was excellent. I was very happy when the Tech, Jason arrived. My house was very hot (almost 90 degrees). Jason diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival. I was told the price of repair, which was reasonable, and oked the work. The problem was fixed and the cool air flowed.Thanks again. My A/C wasnt blowing out cold air consistently so I contacted them for a rep to come out. The dispatcher said that the $79 diagnostic fee also included the first hour of labor. So the rep came out, took about a minute for the diagnostic, less than 30 minutes to complete the job (drainage back up). Got charged the $79 plus $65 to clear the drain. So I guess the first hour of labor is not included in the $79?

Kevin came out promptly and used sensors that had not been used by prior companies. Very professional!! Other companies only put a band aid on the problem. Great work!! 👍

Needed a whole new system. They installed a broken system. Took almost 2 years for them to find the leak. Then when it was supposedly fixed, just found out this week its still leaking. And they were nice enough to give me a courtesy call and say you are out of warranty and will now be responsible for anything we may find. Thats awesome, since they never really fixed the system from day one as I keep finding out. Multiple times Ive needed them to come and fix my new system. And happy to find out too the system they sold me on and convinced me Id never have any problems with and is super efficient and top of the line they no longer sell because of all the problems theyve run into with it. Thanks. Now Im screwed with this a.c and get to reap the rewards of using ken williams. Who should accept made a mistake installing this one in the first place and should have offered me compensation by installing a system that from the box shows no signs at all of any issues.

Best place for ac

I recently had to pay nearly $1,000 for a new air conditioning fan motor in a Goodman system which was replaced by this company on 1/21/2010, because they failed to register the unit they put in or tell me the warranty sheet (which warrantied the unit for 10 years) needed to be registered. Although I had the warranty, and I had filled it out (because they didnt), the warranty was not registered and expired after only 5 years.

Keith once again saved the day! I have been very satisfied with Ken Williams for many years.
