Ordered a sheet to be printed. Went in on my way home to see if it could be done before the 24hr estimate in the email (its just a sheet of paper after all) and the woman was initially very helpful. She said it would be just a minute to log on. So I waited a few minutes. Then another. A gentleman walks in and another worker comes from the back. (hmm two people not logged into the system?) Then the phone rings. The woman who is supposed to be helping me answers the phone and, instead of putting them on hold, starts helping the caller. Well this is definitely taking longer than I expected. I tell her that and that I have my kid and dog in the car. She then gives me a list of the things she has to do, while leaving the caller hanging. I repeat my question, How long do you think this will take? To log in and print? Apparently this irritated her and she again, gave me the list of her tasks and then added I can call you when its ready I ask her how long? Should I go home or stay? and she cannot seem to answer the question or even comprehend what the question is. Finally, after asking 4 times how long it takes to log on and print, she says that it might be 15 minutes.Literally the most difficult 18 cents Ive ever spent. For attitude from a teenager over a simple time-management question.After going home, a notice of completion arrived in my email. When I went back to pick it up, I was given an additional sheet with big highlighted circle showing that the print was due the next day - again proving that she did not understand why I was there or why I asked the same question 4 times. Rule one of customer service - listen to the customer.I recommend not using the website for a simple print. They cant handle it. I also recommend some other company to give your pennies to when in need of a print.

One of the nicer UPS Stores I have been to and they have excellent customer service, weather it be for shipping or packing and shipping they are just great people to do business with.
