Amazing store. This is the place that has everything you will need and want For you home. I totally recommend it. Oh, especially around or before Christmas is the most beautiful decoration.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS STORE. I never knew it was there. I wish I knew. I found things that Ive been looking for in so many other stores, but did not find. I was so excited to shop there and will go back often. Prices were reasonable.

I randomly found At Home while leaving my new dentist office. This place is amazing! They have all the things. Indoor & outdoor decor, supplies, furniture. The cute home things you see on Instagram can most likely be found here. This is now one of my new favorite spots for home items.

How do you have 1 associate ringing?It’s Wednesday and super dead because everyone is on the line for 15 minutes plus.The associate is not at fault in any way, it’s the lack of leadership. Also, maybe coach the associates to take note when alone with a large line to reach out for support.You had a total of 5 other humans working in the building stocking which it fine, but pull them to ring and get back to stocking. It doesn’t take a genius to run a building.Maybe revisit your management opportunities.

Bought a patio umbrella. Got home to put it up and found that it apparently been previously purchased and returned and parts were missing. So I had to return it. Will completely open up the next one before leaving the store.

Didn’t know this existed, tucked away in the back, but amazing selections and fair prices.

They have a great collection of home products and a great customer service.

I use to love at home. Made a purchase for $69.99, item ended up being broken. I used 35$ in discounts. When i returned the item. They would only refund me $16 then tells me to contact customer service via email about the incident and they did not handle the situation. They tell me to talk to the credit card company. Why would the credit card company have anything to do with the store not giving me my money back for the item. I do not recommend shopping here. If you have to return anything. You won’t get anywhere near your money back at all. Go to Home Goods. Go to freaking Walmart. Do not go to AT HOME. Do not get their store credit card. Do not waste your time.

Staff not friendly they seemed bothered when asked for assistance. One cashier at the pickup counterwas very rude, young man was very helpful and courteous. Nice store but they need more customer centric staff.

No customer service!! So many messes throughout the store. My coupon expired 2 days prior, had 2 shopping carts full of stuff, told manager I just purchased a house and asked manager if she can override it since I had COVID for a month. She did not care and said oh no I can’t do that. As a retail manager for 15 years she could have, she just choose not to. Was so upset I returned more then 1/2 the next day and went to Home Goods, and found better deals. They could have had a good customer, lost me and my referrals.

This store sells cheap, over priced garbage made in China. Im out $60 for outdoor patio furniture cushions that ARE NOT WATER PROOF OR WATER RESISTANT. I had the receipt and Im an Insider Perks member and that means nothing. Home depot and TJ Maxx can look up a product with no tag and see that is is their product but not At Home. Try contacting their Customer Service and all you will hear is crickets. Ill spend my $$$ elsewhere and contact the BBB as well as put it on FB. Youve been warned, my fellow consumers.

At Home was recommended to me. I was very excited as I needed a lot of things for a new home. I spent time on-line and before I left looking at customer photos and I made a shopping list that included rugs, pillows, bathroom accessories, outdoor vases, pool furniture, accent pieces and wall art. When I got there, I spent an hour walking almost all the store isles. I was oddly struck and saddened by the sub-quality of the At Home products. And I recognized some of the items as being in-style 5 years ago. Perhaps they were expecting a new shipment soon? I was literally depressed when I left the store and the experience has stuck with me for days. I will not be returning.

What a great addition to Palm Beach Gardens! This store has so many choices. You will need a lot of time to enjoy looking at everything.

AWESOME PLACE FOR HOME DECOR...

One of my favorite places to go. It is decor central. I can stay there all day strolling up and down the aisles. Customer service is always at superb and theyre the only disabled friendly decor store that I know of.

Came down here from Boynton and wanted to shop around the store and I was in the store 2 hours getting stuff in my cart to buy for my home & I went to go check out and they told me the register were closed & there is no way to open them up or the alarm will go off...they give no warning to let customers in the store know they are closing. The females working don’t care at all because they want to get out. Do not recommend at all customer care is terrible

Make sure you have time and a fresh credit card because you will the here for a while and you will be buying stuff.

There are tons of items out of stock and they dont bother restocking. Trying to get floor white vases from there, and its impossible, because they have been out of stock for more than a year, but they still list it on their site, like it will get in stock some day. The store is fairly expensive and they never have any sales. They discount only super old or damaged items. The other review is correct, their items 5 years old and they dont bother updating or restocking.

Love to shop here. Have the most affordable prices with some of the best options to tie into any color tone ideas for the home. Shop here more than any other store. Their clearances are a real bargain and definately the reason why I keep going back. Plus just got a 15% off coupon for my birthday so had to go use it.

The store reminds me of Home Goods on steroids and a touch of Old Time Pottery and lets not forget the famous Walmart. Prices are great, large section just for outside chairs, folding chairs, tables, and tons of outside pottery pots. The rug section is plentiful along with lamps and shades, more than any store Ive seen in a while. Lots of brica Brac. Kitchen dishes. Storage. A nice selection of canvas paintings and metal art. Definitely lots to see.

I would have given a five star rating but the only bad thing is the waiting at the register. No need for such waiting, the store is no even pack of customers!! Its just annoying. This is the second time also, is not like is only one day.

My wife loves this place. Very well organized. Very clean. Prices are very good. There is something for everything and for every budget.

The variety can not be matched and this is coming from someone who shops frequently and knows other stores well. The prices are fair, some over priced but knowing the quality will help with your decision making.Literally it’s a warehouse packed full of furniture and decorations!The weird thing is, I have NEVER heard of this place and like I said I shop a lot. Where is the advertising? Even a little commercial or Facebook targeting....nothing.I’m not sure how long the store will last as there might have been two or three other shoppers in there. If they spent a few bucks on advertising I’m sure the amount of new shoppers would put weigh the price for advertising.I will return as I know they will always have something with their great selection! I will try and speed the word as well!

Kind of empty feeling on the shelves. Some areas had clutter on the floor and are really unkempt. Seems a bit understaffed in these times.Really love this store during fall/winter but spring is lacking.

The choices are overwhelming! Your head will spin when you walk in the door, but be prepared to search for sale or clearance because they are not the best at organization!

My first visit to home store and I found the interior design, product merchandising very messy and unorganized. Surprising that this huge store appears to be so mismanaged. No a sales or customer service person in sight. I came to purchase - but left empty handed. Disappointing.

Very disappointed they had a canvas on a 75% off area without any box or price landing in the stupid floor and they preferred NOT TO SALE IT to us bc It was a set and I need it to buy both. Ridiculous and the manager she didn’t even care to do something about it she didn’t even check in the back.

If you love decorating your home then you’ll love this store. I drive 45 minutes to shop here. They have everything you need for home with great prices.

On Saturday, 6/21/20 my brother bought several dish towels and a little stool to perhaps display a plant on. He put a not very heavy plant on the stool and the stool just completely fell apart. He washed the dishtowels before he used them and they totally frayed on all the edges. We went back to the store today, 6/22/20 and they refused to issue him any type of credit. They said they do not refund items that have been washed or broken. Each one of us was amazed. We had never heard of a store refusing to return their faulty items. He didnt even get to use them. This is terrible PR for a store and neither one of us would ever purchase anything from them again. That is not the way they should treat a customer. Besides us boycotting this store, we will tell everyone we know to also boycott this store.

Not what we were expecting or hoping for.This is a discount clearance home decor warehouse. Everything seemed to have a distinct reason to be on clearance.Wonky. Chipped. Broken.Not up to standards.

Always new stock to see. Only problem is checkout is always slow but that is mostly because of the customers.

So this is not a full review. I would give no stars if allowed. This is a review based on a phone inquiry today before even going to the store. If the customer service while in the store is anything like the representative I spoke with on the phone, I will only be going to the store once. The lack of customer service, congeniality, and pride in her job the employer I spoke with displayed was enough to keep me from even setting foot in the business. It’s a shame there’s so little pride in one’s job requirements. Answering a phone politely and even faking that is better!!

This place has everything!!! From outdoor to kitchen to bath and everything in between. Clean and well stocked. Friendly service. Plenty of parking and convenient in and out. Patio furniture to living room sets and bedroom sets. Mattresses and headboards..you name it theyve got it!!

I dont hate this place. It opened in the winter or spring of 2019 with great merchandise. Went back in Jan 2020 and the shelves were bare and still had same merchandise as last spring. I understand its right after Christmas, but store was depressing! Needs fresh merchandise and needs to move out all the old tired looking stuff.

Always have good deals here. I signed up for the insider perks with my email. I got a birthday discount, they were able to look it up at checkout so I can use it! 😁 They can email receipts also. I like it because if I cant find the paper receipt, I know its in my email.

Nice place that has everything your looking for to decor your whole entire house

There was no shopping carts, you had to go out to the parking lot to get one. No sales person on the floor to help you. About 50 people waiting in line and only two cashiers. The store was a disaster. This is not a place I will revisit.

They need to organize some areas and theres alot of broken items.

My boyfriend and I traveled so far into Palm Beach to go to this place but man was it worth it. They have pillows in every color you could imagine and they are separated by aisle. The comforters are beautiful. They have paintings and all sorts of knick knacks all over the store. Everything that you are looking for to decorate your home, you will find in this store. Make your way over and spend hours walking up and down the aisles as we did. You wont be disappointed.

Very big store, large selection my wifes new favorite destination

I happen to be working at a clients in that neighborhood so I decided to stop by and look at the store. I really had no idea what it was. Its a hard location to find and used to be a Gander Mountain. This store is huge has more quality of some items that have ever seen in a store in my life. They have four double side Isles just full of lampshades. They have a larger selection of outdoor furniture cushions then most outdoor furniture stores have including all their furniture.

Place is a home decor heven

Stimulation overload! So much cool stuff for your home. indoor and outdoor items, dont be in hurry. We could have spent hours walking around looking at cool stuff. All we were shopping for was new clock to hang in our living room. Definitely will be going back to look for other items but with no time constraints.
