Love this store. Mostly out of my price range, but quality stuff.
Terrible service! Not what Id expect when you buy 2 bar stools for $1000. Rooms to Go has better customer service!1) An associate ordered wrong height stools - I asked for counter height and even showed him a picture of my kitchen (of course I didnt know it at the time).2) The delivery was scheduled 2 weeks from order date and on the day of the scheduled delivery they moved it 2 weeks out! Besides it being ridiculous in general, the problem also was - I was going on vacation on the new delivery date.3) I called customer service and explained that and instead of doing something, they gave me the number of a delivery company to call. I called them once - said theyd call me back and reschedule. 2 days go by - nothing. I called again - because I have nothing better to do than calling - this time they rescheduled it.4) The 2 bar stools ($500 each) arrived by UPS or some carrier in huge heavy boxes - they had no delivery service. I had to manually unpack them from all the packaging and styrofoam, cut myself a couple times and there was a lot of waste from these boxes all over my kitchen - not customer or environmentally friendly at all.5) After unpacking them, I realized they are a wrong height! Just great! The associate ordered wrong height.6) I called the Pottery Barn and explain the situation. They told me I can bring them back. Well thats great, but I have a Mini Cooper and so the bar stools wont fit. They said - ok, then we can arrange for delivery back to the store and it will cost you $300!!! $150 per stool. That is to a store 30 min away. Even though it was their mistake ordering wrong height which they acknowledged!That was the last drop, I just asked a friend with a truck to help me bring them back and they didnt even refund a shipping fee of $180. Never again Ill use Pottery Barn! Rooms to Go have better customer service and delivery policies! Unbelievable for such an expensive store!

I placed an online order for eight or nine rugs and rug pads. Because of the pandemic it took months for the full order to arrive but I was patient. We could not unroll the last two for months because we needed help and it was during the pandemic shut down. After unrolling then we realized we did not need two rug pads. The rugs themselves had padding underneath.I tried to return them as they are completely unopened but they will not take them back because they are past the return date which is shorter than the amount of time that they took to deliver the rugs. I guess it doesn’t work both ways.It’s a shame they have lost their personal touch and aren’t more forgiving during this historic pandemic. Rules are critical but each case should be examined individually.Goodbye Pottery Barn. I won’t be doing any more business with you in the future.
My 78 yr old mother and I visited the Gardens Mall Pottery Barn yesterday afternoon. My mother wears a face shield because she cannot wear a cloth mask that covers her nose and mouth, due to an impaired breathing condition. Immediately upon our arrival, we were approached by a store employee, later identified as Frank Hayes, who told my mother she needed to have a face mask. She explained that she could not wear a face mask, to which he replied “Then you cannot shop in our store”. My mother was very upset, and left the store. I told a female associate what had just happened, and expressed my displeasure with her coworker’s rude treatment of my mother. She said they have masks on hand for customers, if needed.Not that it would have made a difference, but Frank never even offered her that option. My mother has NEVER had a problem wearing her shield, with any other business. Frank’s behavior was shameful and unprofessional.

Good store and seletions
This review is not about the store. I could not find a way to review a product on line. I bought the Holman handmade floating ledge seadrift and to my surprise the finish on the sides did not look like the photos on the website. I say to my surprise because I am used to the high quality products that Pottery Barn sells. I am very sorry to say but the ledges I saw in Target and Ikea look much better. This will be my last order online for Pottery Barn since the pictures they show on the website are in no way similar to the actual product. Pottery Barn will take back the product, and return your money, but you still have to pay for the original shipping. Now I paid over $20 worth of shipping and I do not have anything. I paid for shipping a product that did not look like what the website showed. Very disappointed with Pottery Barn.

Just left the store feeling so disrespected. All of the staff were extremely rude. Specifically, the manager was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen.
Stay away! Nobody in the store and they rudely refuse to let anyone in! Total nonsense. I hope they go out of business.
Pottery Barn is so great! I had been looking for an artificial plant and found lots of them at PB. So lifelike! And beautiful coffee cups - had been looking for 5 years for big coffee cups and found them. And everyone is so helpful.

Angelique is amazing! In fact, the entire staff is very accommodating! Everyone takes the time to really understand your design needs, and the color pallets for the furniture is wonderful. I would really recommend this location to anyone who wants amazing furniture, and amazing staff!
Cant express enough how disappointed I am with customer service. Ordered over $5,000 worth of furniture, received a few pieces. The upholstered pieces still have not arrived, I have called three times, waited on hold as much as 55 minutes to just be left there. I have been promised a delivery, a phone call back. Nothing, absolutely nothing. In the meantime in order to avoid finance charges all of the bills have been pain in full. So now they have my money and my furniture.
I was really happy with the furniture I ordered. Its was delivered as promised. The sofa is so plush and comfortable! Love the childrens furniture too!
I wanted to buy two end tables and was happy to see them in the store. I asked TWO different employees who were alone and NOT helping anyone if they were busy and if they could help and both said they were busy. The tables cost $500 each and I was hoping to buy them today. Needless to say I will find end tables somewhere else. Worst customer service ever and the store wasn’t busy at all.
Awesome help. Happy I went back for a 2nd time...1st experience wasnt the best. One of the employees looked very bothered to help me and mistakenly rang me up for the wrong items. Definetely my fault for not checking.Second time was a breeze. Manager James was helpful and Hailey was as well!
We always find something at Pottery Barn in the Gardens Mall. Staff are pretty knowledgeable about the product and their products have always outperformed my expectations - beware, store gets jammed during the holidays so the be patient as some times the cashiers are a little backed up, but always very professional in their approach to get everyone checked out in a timely manner.

If you buy anything from Pottery Barn or if you are given a gift, keep the receipt or get a gift receipt! They have a completely unforgiving policy for returns and will not do any exchanges or credits. NOT a customer-focused store!!!
