My one star is specifically for the deli department. I’m not sure if they are just understaffed or finding it difficult to hire quality people but their customer service skills are not very good. They do not like to make eye contact with customers and when they do finally have to help you they are rude and unhelpful. I always shop at Publix for the convenience, service and quality even though typically Publix is more expensive. I am now contemplating making the extra 5 minute drive to Whole Foods. Hopefully the workers realize that life is good!!

This Publix is my favorite to go to. Its not ever really crowded. For the most part the usually have what I need in stock. Its always clean and the staff are always nice. Theyve been upgrading it and adding new products, isles and checkouts. I never have a problem when I go here and its so close and conviently located to my home.

Publix has continually impressed me with their attention to what really matters whem grocery shopping. I understand a larger portion of the population has become accustomed to paying others to do their shopping or to simply buy online, but shopping at Publix is always a pleasure! Employees are polite and eager to please. New products and great-saving sales are always popping up and every publix is ever so slightly different just to keep it all interesting! Highly Recommend ed!

Beautiful newish publix, they changed the whole layout of the isles in the beginning of the year and the refresh was very welcomed! Great, friendly staff, fast check out.

Spotless throughout! Produce clean & plentiful.Large market so items not found in smaller Publix markets. Parking lot is not designed well so be patient & cautious

This is a nice Publix, and they have a new salad bar here but the selection of items is not great...lots of soups though.

Overall, this is a great supermarket. Some of the employees in the deli section of the store leave a little to be desired, dont really look like they want to be there most of the time. But otherwise, of the 6 years Ive been going to the store, its overall a very good experience.

PHENOMENAL PUBLIX, HAS EVERYTHING YOU USUALLY WANT PLUS SPECIALTY ITEMS AT FAIR VALUES. IT IS THE GRAND DADDY OF THE PUBLIX CHAIN OF STORES.

Conveniently located close to Bascom Palm Eye institute. Proximity lends itself nicely to their employees and caregivers waiting for patients. Lots of prepared soups, sandwiches, hot foods and bakery items.

I have not been impressed with the bakery or the deli staff at all. My husband and I waited for 5 minutes and saw 4 people look at us at the deli and just went about their business, without even asking us if we needed anything, which we had thought we did. But we opted not to purchase anything and drove over to PGA Publix and got our bakery items there. We had the same problem the 2 times previous as well.The couple times we had gotten chicken at the deli, it was either cold (with 3hrs future sell by still on the tag) or undercooked.The produce people and stockers have always been pleasant though.

Great pharmacy, they are on top of it! Coming from cvs, this publix pharmacy is so much better.

Pretty plaza and always busy, but it doesnt feel stressful to shop there.

They let dogs into the store, and they are not service animals, not good.

Everything you expect to need and want. Id like to see a wider variety of beer selections including those that are not refrigerated.

Need some comfort food. Went in for banana pudding. Left with three bananas and some prepacked marshmallow salad. Easy in, quickly out. Could have used a bike tube but thats not a publix thing that I know of.

We live at Ibis and this is the first time I visited this store. It’s well worth the drive, so much nicer and a much better selection!

Love being able to order my subs for pickup but it is wrong 9 times out of 10. Last time I ordered a sub it went like this:Things I DID order that were NOT on my sub:-American cheese-spicy mustardThings I did NOT order that WERE on my sub:-onion-spinach-provolone-green bell peppersI would think it was hilarious if I hadnt paid almost $8 for a sandwich I didnt want. The order system is pretty clear cut, not sure why its so difficult to follow.

The manager TOLERATES DISRESPECT here which is RARE in any Publix. Karoll with the short hair is the current manager here and ODDLY instead of her addressing the real issue of being refused service, she has the audacity to D E F E N D the Very very RUDE Publix employee!! Sarah’s boy bagger just IGNORED me for simply asking him to lessen the weight of the grocery bags because we have to deliver a lot of groceries but he continued bagging after that I jumped in to bag the rest of my items. She’s the most SNOTTIEST cashier hired at this Publix dude, she seriously shouldn’t be working with Humans.

Always a very friendly atmosphere in this store with very helpful and kind employees.I would like to dispute a claim made in these reviews by Malta Muniz.What she fails to mention in her review, is that she and her friend who was in the middle of a pickup for instacart were extremely rude to the staff, going so far as to call a bagger retarded.When disgusting, rude, and ignorant customers such as Ms. Muniz arent shopping in this Publix, its a great place to shop.

I am disappointed that Publix does not require and enforce customers to wear masks. I have been using delivery by Costco and Whole Foods and curbside pickup for Target. I will not go back to Publix when the pandemic is over because they did not demonstrate they cared about my safety!On May 4, I started shopping inside Costco because they require and enfoce their customers to wear masks. Just witnessed them kick out a disabled young man who was there with his father. He told them he had a condition the prevented him wearing a mask. This is covered by the mask mandate and he should have been allowed in with no other questions. The short hispanic manager still kicked him out. Ill never go back to this publix. Shame on you. I am also reporting this to the county covid-19 compliance violation team. You may not discriminate against those with medical conditions.

One of my very favorite Publix locations. Staff is wonderful, its one of the larger, later built Publix supermarkets so its got the wider aisles and the very high ceilings.customer service at this location is also excellent.The main problem I have with it, and its a minor complaint, is that in-season all the people from out of town tend to park in the fire lane and clog up traffic flow.Of course, thats not the fault of the store, thats just the fault of very selfish people. On the upside, being as this is a newer Publix, the lanes in front of the store are wide enough that things dont come to a complete stop.Overall, a great Publix location.

Recently moved from Boston to the area and little did I know there are no good supermarkets down here. The lack of competition makes Publix look like a good place to shop. Ya it’s nice and clean and the ppl are friendly but my goodness it is way too expensive for the quality of food they have. Plus the lack of options available is pretty terrible. Guess we don’t have much of a choice down here so might as well get used to it!

Very big grocery store offering a huge variety of products from fresh fruits and veggies to prepared meals. Found everything we needed there and more! Staff is very helpful and friendly too.

First of all I do love Publix. Secondly when I travel to the west coast Naples/Long Boat Key, I find that every single employee gives a 5 star service. My local Mirasol store is also great but yesterday was the bestest employee ever. Her name is Felicia in the deli and she was so kind and respectful I just had to review her. Thanks Felicia!!!

Fresh produce. Wide variety & well stocked food items. Fruits, yogurts & perishable items like vegetables are always fresh. Breads are great & from all over the world. The service is excellent. Shopping is really a pleasure.

Publix is a great store. Have something for everyone there, every culture. The only thing I dont buy there are steaks.

Racist atmosphere! Like shopping in Alabama in the early 1920. Store manager seems to not care about employees or store. Produce department had the most mold I have ever seen in any food department. No proper procedure being used and no taking temps of food.

Since some of the management changed awhile back, the staff are not as friendly and managers dont greet you when you see them at all.Several of the products I buy weekly are always out of stock and when I ask I am told a truck came in today check back tomorrow. I do, and nothing in still.I am thinking of shopping at another Publix and seeing if it is better. Very disappointed in Mirasol.The deli staff is great!

The produce was very bad, I asked the produce person that was working there if the corn was always as bad as it is today, it was rotten on the ends and brown and dry. He said this corn looks good, romaine was just as bad and prices are high.

The older lady cashier (Verona?) today and the bag lady decided to accuse me of using a FAKE ID when buying beer today. That’s 100 percent discrimination I am 22 years old.. I even told her if this is that big of a deal she can call the police and have them scan my ID. The disrespect.. i have matching debit cards, credit cards all that with the same name. Regardless I shouldn’t have to do all that!!!!

Publix on PGA Boulevard is very convenient for me. Its about a mile and a half away, so I go there when I need something in a hurry. However, I do the bulk of my grocery shopping at either Walmart or Costco where the prices are better.

My 1st visit was very pleasant. Marianie and Lucas in the Deli were very helpful to my daughter and I. We will be shopping here often, guaranteed!

Customer service from the cashiers is the worst, one of them was chatting on the cellphone with nobody and because I had more than 10 items she send me to another cashier!!!! Really!!!! Publix was empty at that time (8:30 pm) plus the other cashier send me to customer service with attitude when I asked him for singles when I requested cash back. Other reason for my review is because I’m tired of always see the fruit expired and empty racks.For the area should be much much better!!!

I find myself avoiding this Publix even though its closest to my house. Definitely the worst publix bakery Ive experienced. Overbaked breads and limited selection available, especially in early morning. The deli isnt any better and could some ppl that know how to slice them thin!

Sandwich counter has no sense of urgency. People go here for lunch and you can see the Publix employees talking to each other constantly telling the customer “We will be right with you”. They are very rude as well
