We just had plantation shutters installed and while the process took a while because of all the shortages the final product was amazing. We worked with Duane and he is a wonderful, wonderful person to work with and he made sure that everything looked great. He actually came to visit during the installation on his day off and we thanked him so much. The people that actually made the installation were perfect. We had no issues whatsoever very smooth process thank you for all the great work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. It started with Roberts assistance in the showroom as there are so many beautiful products to choose from. He guided us through choosing the best flooring for our needs and taste. Not easy as there is much to choose from!Installation day was amazing. Carlos and his team were nothing short of awesome! When we decided to replace our carpet with vinyl flooring we went to the Palm Beach Gardens store where Robert helped us pick out the perfect flooring. The carpet was removed and hauled away and the new flooring was installed.The floor is beautiful. We also bought new verticals for the living room and kitchen. Duane was wonderful as he answered all our questions and showed us samples that would go nicely with the new floor.It’s like we have a new house!Owner Lou Morano is amazing! I wish all business owners were as good and honest as Lou. Yes, there were a couple of glitches, but that can happen no matter what you buy or where you buy it. But as soon as Lou was made aware he stepped in and solved the problem. And he followed up to make sure we are happy. And we are!We definitely recommend Capitol Carpet and Tile. Lou Morano makes sure all work is done to perfection and that his customers are happy.

Kate (sales) was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in helping me pick the right product and in coordinating this project. Aladys was the install supervisor and a most valuable asset to Capitol based on my interaction with her. I had a wonderful experience with Capitol Flooring. Kate H. Was my salesperson and she was so pleasant to work with. Very helpful. The gentleman who came and measured the area was very nice and on time. Ron the scheduler kept me posted as to when the carpet would be installed. Joe and Brandan were the installers. They were professional, personable, on time and great when it came to putting the furniture exactly where I wanted it after the carpet was installed. I am so pleased with the way my room looks. Called and spoke to who ever the guy was that answered the phone?? I ask if someone could come out and give me estimate on how much it would cost to do my stairs and could they bring out samples.. he told me that I needed to come into the store to pick out what I wanted first. I asked him could they bring out some samples he said there’s a lot of samples. I was OK with them bringing out a few samples I may have found Something I like and if not then I went to the store... poor customer service with a attitude as well..Then they ask “Why would you buy from anyone else”

Each of the individuals I worked with including the salesman, the scheduler, the measurement man, the installer and the courtesy follow-up caller were friendly and professional. I knew exactly where things stood each step of the process. The measurement man and the installers both were on time, easy to work with and did a great job. We purchased shutters from Mirjana. She was extremely, helpful, professional and she listened to what we wanted. Our shutters were delivered and installed yesterday. They are beautiful. The installation team did a great job. I highly recommend Mirjana and team.

Was good service upon entering the store. Was looking to replace 3 rooms, 1 with carpet and 2 laminate. We chose to do our bedroom carpet first. Sat down with one of the employees to discuss pricing and haul away of old carpet.Long story short, they came to install our bedroom and after looking at our old carpet, said they could not take it because of stains. NOTHING was mentioned of that when I payed the $71.20 for haul away.Call to get this taken off price (because now we have to remove it) and they said there is nothing they can do. So we lost that money.Needless to say, we are done with that company.

The sales rep was great and helpful. The guys that did the work were excellent especially considering Irma was on the way and they had to take a break for Irma. I wish they spoke more English though. They did a great job.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Once our tile was selected, it took almost 2 weeks to just place the order. It was almost like we had to beg them to give them our money. I was promised a call back each day I tried calling. Never did I get a returned call. I was told that the salesman forgot. Once ordered, It took 3 weeks to get the material, 4 boxes of which were completely broken. It took another 3 weeks to get the replacement material. I am a business person that works in the customer service industry. Although I have had bad experiences before, I have never felt the experience was bad enough to write a review. This time, I feel otherwise. There are many places to buy tile, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Do not buy anything from Capitol Carpet. Very dishonest! They will sell you Chinese products and tell you its Italian. If you try to return it, they will charge you restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, you will be glad you did.
