I had two terrible custoner service experiences at different stores over the last two days attempting to purchase a replacement charger for my phone. Todays experience was perfect. The sales representative greeted me when I walked in and made time, while signing up a new customer, to diagnose which charger I needed, test it to ensure it worked and check me out quickly and seamlessly. The Verizon store in the PBG mall is my new go-to store.
Superb service!I was so impressed with Lucas S. I am used to phone carriers that try to sell you a lot of services you may not need.However, Lucas seemed interested in identifying my iphone needs and helping me get the best phone and plan to address what was best for me.He was attentive and listened and I developed rapport with him making my experience at Verizon enjoyable. It was a pleasure to do business with Lucas and I will recommend him to all my friends and others I meet.In summary, Lucas S is highly knowledgeable and competent with iPhones, a great listener, calm, and a pleasure to interact with!

Website stated they are open on Sundays. Completely closed when we got there at 1pm. Another customer walked up at the same time, also having assumed they’d be open after looking at the website. T-Mobile across the hall is doing a fantastic business today.
Yesterday my dog Maps and I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan at the Verizon shop in the Mall by Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens.His professionalism was peerless; absolutely second to none, particularly considering that I had had a very unpleasant experience in the same mall at a store I wont name but will give you a hint: its a very famous store the world over named for a fruit beginning w the letter A.Please give this guy a raise. The A store lost a customer due to his intelligence and professionalism and Verizon gained a customer for life.Thank you.

One person working. One customer in front of me. Took 20 minutes for the “service” rep to even acknowledge my presence. Ten more for him to ask me what I needed. Then he was unable to solve what I needed. And unwilling to listen. Incredibly unhelpful. Could’ve saved me thirty minutes or at the very least just said “Hi I’ll be with you in just a few minutes.” Like customer service 101. Waste of a trip.
Don’t not waste your time here; the worse customer service ever!!!!!Went into this Verizon location to upgrade 2 existing phones. The worker did not mention or offer any specials to help me save. I did not feel welcome or appreciated there. During the time of being there, I didn’t more of the talking and asking questions about the deals and what’s in stock than the worker.Don’t ask about older models that they have on display because those will not be in stock.If you asked for them to call another location to see if it’s in stock, they refused because they are a different COMPANY.From all I can see as a Verizon customer, all Verizon’s are under one organization and should never be divided for a customer to work on their own to give a company money!The 20 years of service with this company ends today due to the bad service received.Lastly, I should have known something wasn’t right since there was zero customers in the store during the holiday. T-Mobile, AT&T, and other cell companies has tons of customers in their store.
The employee she was the best at helping me out with my new phone. I am new to IPhone and she explained everything to me even downloading apps which I had trouble and she showed me with no hesitation. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. I don’t know her name but she is Hispanic.

The way the employees talk to you is very rude. Youll be there for an hour and a half waiting for a transfer on your new iphone. I had to leave in the middle of the transfer cause of time issues only to start the transfer over at home and it only took 10 minutes. Its their internet that sucks. Also the guy will just start grabbing stuff for you that he thinks you need without asking or telling you the price before you know it they will be trying to get you to buy $300 worth of accessories

My local Verizon store recently closed, and I found Russell Cellular, an authorized Verizon dealer, in the Gardens Mall. Jonathan was very professional and thorough in describing my new iPhone options. The current Verizon promotion was honored by Russell Cellular, and when my new phone arrived, I was notified via a personal phone call. Jonathan then proceeded to help me transfer all my old phone information to complete a very fast new phone setup. This was a much more enjoyable experience versus being forced to wait in line at the understaffed Verizon box stores!
I had the very best experience at Verizon in the Gardens Mall owned by Russell Cellular. Talmailiz Roman is the most pleasant and efficient Verizon employee (and sales rep in general) I’ve ever dealt with. She literally single handedly worked through every customer, as she was working solo at the time. Her knowledge and professional attitude made waiting to work with her worth it. I upgraded to a 12 ProMax and she was very patient helping me switch over from an older phone. She reviewed my account and we discussed the offers available to me before I made my informed decision

She was able to advise the best option for her and save her money. I would strongly recommend this store and Talmailiz if you aren’t tech savvy or have an elderly parent that needs honest advice. I have been to this store twice no and it has been a nightmare. I have been charged for free verizon services, charged over $100 to restock a phone when I was told the restock fee was $50 by Verizon. I had my plan changed to a more expensive one against my will. If you value your time and money go literally anywhere else.

Placed an online order for pickup at the gardens mall. However my Verizon representative was glued to their phone and had no idea I was in the store. After inquiring for the phone pickup they requested a 4 digit number associated with the account. Wouldnt check their inventory or accept my ID as validation for purchase. Turns out to be my voicemail password.
Don’t ever come here. Slow service, their company WiFi can’t even load to get customer service done. They attempt to charge unnecessary fees in the hopes of people not inquiring about what they are for. Thank God we read everything carefully and got our money back. Disrespectful staff, uneducated staff, ended up spending 30 minutes in here and STILL ended up having to go home and activate the service on our own over phone.
Jonathan Strobel is a good and thorough, competent sales associate. We got everything we needed even if it took a while. Jonathan stuck with us as we all persevered to get our new iPhones. I would definitely recommend Jonathan but just make sure you schedule enough time. That’s just the reality.

. I was looking for a case, a specific case, Otterbox with a Pop Socket for an iPhone Xs Max. They didn’t have it. Instead, I got the hard sell on a phone case that wasn’t Otterbox or had a Pop Socket. The store was darkly lit with LED lights that were harsh on the eyes. IT was kind of a depressing place.
Horrible experience. Ordered a phone, they said they would call and text when it arrived on Friday. No call, no text. I called and no answer. I show up Sunday (store hours were 11am-5pm and I got there at 2pm) and no one was there. Information at that mall said no one showed up for their shift. It’s been 24 hours since I called and still no one has called me. Had to go to another Verizon and have them cancel the order and take up even more time. Fortunately the Verizon in Jupiter was awesome. Will not be going back to this location ever again.

They did a great job to convince me to switch over and I am trilled to join the Verizon family. 5G was an important factor, faster speeds, more coverages and more important great pries and incentives to switch. Good job team.

We tried and tried and tried to talk to management and also their oversight Verizon manager to to avail! DO NOT shop at privately owned Verizon stores!!!!! Verizon should be ashamed of themselves to let this store represent them and use their name!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The staff provides incomplete information during the sale, various fees never mentioned and charges appear on the bill that were never discissed. Credits that were to be received as part of the sale were not received until 4 complaint phone calls, the run around. But proof of the offer that was written out by the sales associate for me made all the difference. It was a good thing I kept all the papers with the break out of the credits for my old phone, credit for the service conversion and the deal on the new phone. It seems everyone conviently got amnesia until I was able to locate all the pre sale paperwork and then their attitude changed. They tell you anything to get the sale, seems like they are a bunch of con artists, something I would not have expected. To added to the aggravation they required me to come to the store to sign off in order to issue the credit, I did but the system was down and they couldnt process the credit, seriously?!! This required a second to get the credit. I have never dealt with such an idiotic operation as this. Seems their goal is to inconvience the customer because of their inept incompetence.
Dont go for the free tablet, Ellipsis 7. It eats battery power. This thing even runs out of battery power while it is not in use. I used it once. Decided I didnt like it and would return it. I left it sitting with 100% power. I had to recharge it just to erase it. It wont run ibooks. It is a scam. Free turns into a $70 restocking fee after just one week and one days use. They didnt tell me about that.The personnel got belligerent and uncooperative immediately. They have a too bad attitude and take it or leave it. So, I got upset. I talked loudly so other people wouldnt get the free tablet either. Instead of resolving the issue the girl said she would call security and refused to even take the tablet back. I didnt swear. I just got loud and talked about Sprint and At&t.Howard told me more than once I could return the tablet with no problem even into January without a problem due to Christmas. Not once did he mention restocking fee. Check the small print. No such thing as free it is just a scam.
Visited this store on 01/05/2018 at 6:45PM to purchase iPhone 8. Sales representative stated she has only rose pink available. Even though i did not want that particular color, she tried to so hard to sell me that. I was okay with it until i was ready to pay the phone. She stated that i could not make a full payment because Verizon does not allow that. It did not sound right to me, she was forcing me for monthly payment. I went downstairs at apple store and get the phone with single payment no problems. I think she makes commission if i make monthly payments, i wonder how many people fall into her lies.
Nice people. But Be AWARE of their set up fee. They charge a set up fee per phone that is not associated with the Activation fee Verizon charges. This was never disclosed and ran $29.99 per phone ($60.00 in total wasted fees). Note: At the actual Verizon store, they do not charge this fee. The fee was to transfer data from old phone to new. This never happened. We did this part ourselves when we came home. When the rep stated set up fee, I asked specifically if this was the Activation fee for Verizon and he said Yes, activation fee. They denied saying this and stated they told us about the fee. But in the same breath said, alot of people complain about the fee and not knowing about it. So a big scam when Verizon itself does not charge this fee. They would not refund the fee. Instead they gave us cases and applied that fee to the cases. Issue was we where going to buy the cases off Amazon and a lot less then the store. If you buy from Verizon, goto the actual Verzion store and not a 3rd part Authorized dealer. Especially this store. Have them disclose all fees. They never did near. I guess a lesson learned on my end.
Wife bought a brand new iPhone, we bought tempered glass screen protectors for our phones. The sales rep told us I’f they crack just bring them back into the store and they would replace them free of charge. 1 month later We were at the mall and my wife’s tempered glass had cracked. The owner of the authorized Verizon retailer was there. He told us that they don’t replace the screens, essentially accused me of lieing. When I asked him to look up my sales rep on his system, he refused. He said they replaced all of their sales reps and he would do nothing for me. I was furious and about to leave when the sales rep that sold us originally walked through the door. The manager confronted him, the sales rep backed me up, and said it was true.The owner replaced the cracked tempered glass, but I believed only because I could prove it on the spot. What a coincidence that the sales rep would walk in just a the right time.The owner was too proud to apologize, but assured me that if either of our tempered glass cracked again he would take care of it.Fast forward to 2 months later both my wife’s and mine are cracked. Went into the store to have them replaced, and they said they don’t replace them. I told them the story, told them to call the owner and they refused.At the end of a day a company is only as good as their staff. And this place’s staff, management and owner are ass hats.Don’t deal with authorized retailer stores, you have 0 protection and they could care less about you.PS. to the owner you see my name, I’m not hiding. My wife’s first name is Allison, who the accounts name is under. I’m happy to take edit this 1 star review if you actually do the right thing.I’m not holding my breath.

Had a major issue with iPhone while on vacation. After long call with apple and 4 visits to different Verizons 1 in NY, 3 in Boca finally Paola identified the issue!Paola and her colleague went way above and beyond to assist and replace.In addition without my complaint just through conversation they identified and corrected my storage and syncing issues. Couldn’t be happier!❤️

This is possibly the worst Verizon Wireless Store in the system. Went in with Droid Ultra trying to get better battery life. Told by saleman that replacement batteries not available. Salesman suggested two versions of the Samsung 6 which had a much shorter life than my old phone. Saleman failed to set up working email or tell me that I had to set up all of the rest of the phone. Told by Salesman that I was too early for upgrade. Stay far away from this franchise location if you are smart! Money for NOTHING!
Terrible service and unresponsive to customers. Owes me a refund and I have called weekly and no response. Told me refund would be here 2 months ago. Do yourself a favor go to a corporate store not a flimsy mall setup.

They only have 3 or 4 display phones that actually work and arent just pieces of plastic, and the ones that are usable are in display cases that make it impossible to do anything but use the screen. If the Apple store downstairs doesnt need these, I dont know why this store does. They also didnt have the phone I was interested in (LG G7) in stock nor was it one of the display phones that actually worked so I had no way of testing it out and seeing if I actually wanted to upgrade to it.Despite being in a new, larger location, this new store is much worse and makes me want to purchase my phone somewhere else, which I will because I couldnt do it there even if I wanted to.
