The best T-mobile store I have ever been in! Very friendly and helpful staff ! But….. 2 weeks later not so helpful when there is a problem. T-Mobile is not sprint and sprint is not T-Mobile 🤦🏻♀️ Got a new phone and plan $ changed and nobody can fix it.
Customer service was horrible ! I came to get help on a situation regarding my apple watches . I explained my situation and the African American guy with a low cut, he cut me off mid-conversation and told me I should have something in the box so that I may return it. As Im looking inside the box he walks away so someone else started helping me and didnt say anything just looked as if I was being a hindrance . He then stated that I needed to call 611 and speak to them and I did . Soon after he walked away and I just walked out . Horrible just horrible ! I will never enter that T-mobile again ! Ive been with them for 6 years and never had a group of representatives be so rude to me !
I was having trouble hearing people when we are talking. They can hear me but not me them. My phone was reset and it has been working Great since so Thank You for helping me.
This wonderful and humble representative Miguel, took very good care of my cellphone issues.He took the time to look into my account and found a way to fix the problem.This was my 3rd visit to a Tmobile establishment concerning the same issue.All he did was do his job WellThank you Miguel for being Great at what you do.
I used to be Cricket customer. Mel was TERRIFIC. He took care almost of all my needs and wants. I did not have time to be longer at this Cricket store. Looks like I may come back to Cricket wireless with their $40 everything unlimited. Mel is the guy with outstanding customer service.

I had an issue with my bill. I was on the phone with T Mobile for an hour this morning and got no answers. I came into the store and the associate agreed that nothing that I was being told made sense. The manager, LT, spoke to me and again, could not give me any answers. He complained about having to fill out a police report in the back and did NOTHING to help me. I left without any answers. I will be changing my service and leaving TMobile after this mess.
Horrible experience. Stood inside without speaking to anyone for 40. United before leaving. Would have hung around but no one acknowledged is until we were waking out.

My husband dropped his phone and we couldn’t get it to power back on. Decided to stop by and see if they had any suggestions before I filed an insurance claim. Glad I did! Super nice guys! They worked their magic and had the phone working in minutes! Thank you guys for being awesome!
Excellent customer service. No gimmicks, honest, reliable, made sure my new phone was all set to the point ready to go. I regret not taking the associate that helped me out, however the whole staff at this location are friendly and prepare to help you with your mobile concerns. Awesome location.
Terrible he told me to go over to another store which is close until March 25th . The 4th time I been at that store, i been with Sprint for 20 year I am think of going with another company.
My parents always come to Daniel Zamora when they need help with their billing questions or any phone issues they may encounter.Daniel goes above and beyond with his customer service skills. Not being physically in Florida but sharing a family plan with parents, Daniel has helped them with file transfers and explained to them the use of the family plan. Best customer service I have ever had - for all those negative reviews, see April the next time. She is the BEST! She worked to get me the best plan for my needs, and ONGOING service (beyond work hours) to ensure my daughters switch worked smoothly (she is located 2 states away). There may be a wait but April is WORTH IT!
Super nice and helpful staff! Gino, in particular, is totally awesome. Really knows his stuff and got me running within minutes even though I had a phone from another carrier. Will absolutely come back here for any future cell phone needs.
I called the store to get some quotes from Verizon! Gino walked me through everything and even got Tmobile to pay off what I owed to Verizon!! He even got me a great deal on my plan! He is amazing! Defiantly go see him. Super welcoming guy! Thank you !!!

Booth times I visited the store the guys were great. It was weird walking into this store with no females..I even commented on the cologne that emanated throughout the store (it smelled good). Nevertheless the CSR helping me was super friendly and attentive. I have been to the other location on Okeechobee Blvd where I felt the store was cramped and crowded, this location was the opposite. I did notice two location where I could have sat down if I wanted to but I choose not to.

April was amazing. She ordered the new iPhone for me and while I waited for it to arrive, I bought the iWatch and she helped me set it up with the ear iPods. Then when the iPhone came in, she helped me set it up and paired it with the iWatch and ear iPods. We had a problem getting it to sync with audible which is a way of listening to books, and we kept having problems. Finally she helped me call audible and we discovered that audible was having issues with its app. She is so amazing with the amount of time she spent with me and all of her knowledge.
This place is horrible, they dont even acknowledge you in the room until theyre done with whoever theyre dealing with. They are laughing and playing around with the customers, I know building rapport is good but everybody else are there waiting on you. Why not just keep it professional and do your job??? They have nowhere for customers to even sit and wait. Its just ridiculous in there. Good thing for me when I come there its always to accompany somebody else because the one time I came for me I stormed out of there and went to Okeechobee blvd where service is much faster.
My experience at this location was fabulous. April is the person to see.

Long time T-Mobile customer, i love their service, but hate their customer service (I usually visit the store on Okeechobee near I-95).However my visit to this location was a great experience. I went in to put a line on a used tablet and Shadeine informed me of what i could do with my account. Ultimately i got a new tablet, new phones while keeping my bill from sky rocketing ( i was on an old plan). She answered all questions, and got me in and out of the store in a timely manner. Shout out to Alex and Steven. Thank you three for all your help, your store is now the one i will visit from now on.

Usally we visit T mobile because Im costumer and they have good prices, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the store is clean and organized, and you can make everything by the website. If I help you please push 👍.

Bardon sucks not very helpful at all this is my 2th time he messed up my company account and Jason helped me out and fixed everything like a pro but Bardon Attitude sucks and he is not very helpful our Professional it like if he can’t sell you anything he don’t won’t to help you and that’s not right at all to treat customers that’s way.
The Customer service is ridiculous at this location .... The wait time is always extremely long because the staff is alway playing amongst each other....Very high school mentality..... Theyre all about sales and do not put the customer interest first. They will say and do anything to make a sale.... Not enough knowledge; just sales people pushing phones out of the door...They didnt even check to see if I would have service in my area; something Ive regretted the moment I walked out of the door. I came back without no results. The told me to get on the phone and call customer service. The staff changes like a merry go round.

Very unprofessional! Oscar should get fired! Horrible customer service! Oscar do not explain on all the fees I had to pay! He was just thinking about his sale and thats it! Now Im stuck paying 386$ to T-Mobile! They do not inform you about International calling or anything! When you call them and ask why wasnt I inform before I got a line. they say we didnt know either. Im currently writing this when my phone isnt even letting me call out going calls. But my bill is due on the 27th. T-Mobile is a very unprofessional Business! They go around things so you can pay fees that you were not even aware of! Im highly upset!!
This store has a high-school mentality. April wants a sale so shell tell you everything you want to hear and yet she will not explain how anything works, nor will she work to resolve your issues. Shes caused me a lot of grief just trying to move my line over from another carrier and shes cost my friend time and money trying to rectify the situation she led us into, without having any professionalism or honestly. She did not say how TMobile pays your cancellation fees, only that they do and my carrier explained to me in thorough detail that it is a matter of paying fees upfront to transfer a number and unlock a device--I specifically told her I had no money to do this. She assured me everything would be fine and that TMobile pays your fees! She never said you pay your fees upfront and then TMobile gives you a gift card as reimbursement weeks later. She told me Id receive no bills until August, I was enrolled in paperless billing, if I didnt use the SIM card she gave me I wouldnt be charged for it, and that shed make my friend an authorized user on the account beside me, etc. None of this was true and in the next two weeks, I got two bills, the first sent to my house for an amount $40 over what she ballparked for me in the store. I called her to have her discontinue the second line as I hadnt used it and resolve the billing issue. She did nothing and a week later I get the second bill for twice as much money and my friend calling me upset so I can take time away from work to hash out a resolution with the customer service call center, all because whatever she said shed do in the store or on the phone to me, directly reassuring me that shed taken care of it, was untrue. When I approached her about how my carrier explained to me everything about cancellation fees and whatnot because she didnt, she defaults to oh, really? Wow, thats not normal. Ive never heard of anything like that. This is how she handles customer service--with unknown wit. Good job, April.
If your in A RUSH DONT GO TO THIS STORE.Called to see if my phone was ready to be pick up they had me on hold over 15 minutes. Had call back again then they answer and hung up. Went up there to see if it was ready and it wasnt. Had to wait even longer for them.

Non-attentive, slow, and all together awful service at this store. You speak, they dont listen, and then ask the same questions as you are handed off to another salesperson who will do exactly the same thing.

I have been in this store several times to trouble shoot issues and I have always received great service, sometimes it seems slow but often that is beyond their control.
