Awful customer service, I know Chanel Customer Care sucks in general but this boutique is worse
Amazing service! My husband went in to the boutique today & the sales associates were beyond helpful, they tried on bags so I could see them on FaceTime & were very patient while I tried to decide which bag I wanted. A+++

I was part of a group that witnessed as the employees of this store called mall security to remove a man of color who was standing by the rail, on his phone, not bothering anyone at all. Never did I think that I would witness what you hear about in the news. The quote that says the true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good certainly applies here. The employees of this store do not even treat potential customers with any dignity despite being a high class store.
I have never witnessed or dealt with such rude and obnoxious associates that work in customer service. To be harassed out side of this store in a public mall for congregating and not bothering anyone is uncalled for. For a “classy” high end business you have classless staff
Please take the time to read this. Customer service was shameful! After spending a wonderful morning shopping on Worth Ave with my husband, we decided to continue our shopping day at Palm Beach Gardens. We entered the Chanel store where were greeted with a less than warm welcome. I decided on some earrings I had seen earlier at the Worth Ave store. Maria was helping us. She was in the middle of our sale when another customer that she apparently knew entered the store. At that point she totally blew us off and started helping the other woman who was looking to purchase a Chanel bag. It was as if we became invisible and she motioned to another associate to finish our sale. She never acknowledged us after that point. Not even a thank you! We paid for the earrings and left the store feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. She had taken the joy right out of my birthday shopping experience. I was angry at myself for allowing my husband to continue with the purchase. It bothered us greatly that we had been treated so poorly. Within minutes, we walked back in and returned the earrings. Even though it was completely out of our way, we drove back to the Chanel store on Worth Ave and purchased the earrings from Quincy who had helped us earlier and gave us more than stellar customer service.
No other Chanel offers the personal service and customer care as the PBG Chanel does. Salespeople are. Knowledgeable and helpful and, believe it or not, tell you when a garment or accessory is not for you, then promptly find one that is right. If the store does not have the item, it will locate it for you. Best managed Chanel store in all if South Florida.
Products and staff are polar opposite. High end quality products, low end garbage staff. Harrassing people OUTSIDE their store for doing nothing. 30 years coming to this mall and never experience this kind of garbage
The employees of this store are incredibly rude and harass random bystanders for being on their phone and lingering a little-too long infront of their store. Completely unacceptable behavior towards people who have done nothing to them. They show zero class for working with such high end product.
I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. Actually, it wasn’t even customer service, it was treatment of fellow human beings outside of the store. If this business doesn’t like people enjoying their day in the vicinity of their store, they should not have set up inside a mall.
Extremely rude employees. Called security on a group of 5 people just standing outside of their store along the railing. Then when one of the members of the group went into to store to ask why they had called, he was ignored and met with dirty looks. Just awful. Retrain your staff on how to deal with the public because obviously they lack basic social skills and common courtesy.
I have purchased a few items here and have also received exceptional customer service. All the employees and kind and welcoming whether I buy an item or not, and Cyndi always helps me find items that I’m searching for.

Harassing a person just standing by your store is not nice. I went once there to buy a gift for my partner. They wouldnt even help me cause of the judgement.

My daughter was just in this store and was questioned about her age in a discriminatory manner; she is 13 years old. Being the child of a fashion stylist, former board member for the Fashion Institute, and a fashion contributer to a news media outlet, she was looking for inspiration. My advice to this store: Always be vigilant for LP but be careful not to un-inspire young minds. I dont think CoCo would have appreciated it. You know, you could have taken that time to engage and teach her about true fashion. #BigFail
