My fiancé and I went to Tux Shop Palm Beach after having a terrible experience at Mens Warehouse in PB Gardens. I cannot thank Susan at Tux Shop enough! Her and her husband were so helpful and made our experience picking out the grooms/groomsmen outfits not only easy but enjoyable. They listened to exactly what we wanted.

Susan(Owner) went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I. I strongly recommend and would rate service 10 Stars5 not enough.

Rented 3 tuxedos from here last week for myself & my 2 young adult Sons, for the Miller wedding. The owner & staff were very helpful & accommodating. They communicated everything so well & the owner & staff took away all the stress with how well they handled everything. Ive rented tuxedos many times in the past. This place by far out performed all previous rental places. All 3 of us looked absolutely outstanding & Ive never looked better any of the previous times I rented tuxedos. All tuxedos were fitted perfect. I will recommend this place to all of my family, friends, & associates. I highly recommend this place. This place deserves a rating of 5 Diamonds!!! 😁

I rented tuxedos for my groomsmen and myself a few months ago. I highly recommend going to The Tux Shop for tuxedo rental or purchase. They are very professional and the tuxedos looked and felt great. Susan was very knowledgeable and I could tell in under 5 minutes that she is a master of her craft. Go and pay a visit, you wont be disappointed.

Perhaps a fluke ! Store was clean and service very good, excellent selection when I entered in late October. I thought I was set for my nephews wedding on New Years Eve well in advance. Problem was the pick-up.It seems the ticket indicated available on 12/21 with store hours Monday-Saturday, so checking the stores answering system which said the hours extended for Monday the 23rd. I chose to pick up on 12/23 understanding holiday closure for Xmas eve & Day. Well. the store was closed. No one returned my call when on site or later that day or for next 24 hours or ever. The neighboring store who accepted returned suits when the Shop was closed had no emergency contact number, nor did the store security company {number posted on store window}. I never got the Tux. I hope my nephews married life fairs far better than my experience with The Tux Shop.

BRAVO! WOW! AMAZING!Exceptional customer service and superior knowledge on high end dressing attire. Susan is an absolute master at her trade, very few times in an entire lifetime I have been blown away by the level of expertise of a person/business and this was my experience at the Tux Shop.I fly constantly between New York and Florida, and youd think New York has the best suits and tailors, but they get blown out of the water by The Tux Shop in Palm Beach. After looking for months for a British Tux and failing miserably, I met Susan, she is sharp, knowledgeable, friendly, methodical and very skilled. She found exactly what I needed, and even made a vest to order (out of her own kindness) just so I could have the exact look I was going for. She exceeded my expectations, was incredibly flexible with my needs, provided many alternatives and as a result I was by far the best looking groom youll ever see...Thank you Susan, thank you Tux Shop, you made my day so very special and I will do everything I can to recommend your incredible talent to everyone in need of a Tux or tailoring services. Best experience I’ve ever had. Costumer service was exceptional!!! My fiancé and I came in to rent his tux for our wedding and they took their time to show us the tuxes they had for rent (which they have much more variety than many of the other places we went before) and they dressed him up with all the accessories we wanted so he could see how he was going to look on our wedding day. Pricing was reasonably lower than other places.

Wow, what a place. Exceptional personal service. Needed a tux for my daughters wedding. Im hard to fit very muscular. No problem here. Pretty much customized the tux as a rental! Ill be back.

The owner and staff were all wonderful to us and made renting my husbands suit for our wedding on 3/5/16 a pleasant and fun experience. They added the personal touch and recommendations for what best suites the individual and your venue from their vast options; unlike going to a Mens Warehouse. Personally they went above and beyond for me when I almost forgot to pick the night before and thankfully they stayed late until I rushed to the store. Susan and her team did an amazing job on my wedding. She helped me with a custom tuxedo and exceeded my expectations with the many special details she added. Her knowledge and suggestions were unbelievable and the services she and her team provide is better than anything I have ever experienced in any industry. I went back today to get a new shirt and tie for another wedding I am attending and I received the same special treatment. The shirt I ordered was too short and she quickly came up with a resolution that give me a shirt that is even nicer and had more detail than the one I originally ordered. Even better I found out she does custom mens suits and shirts as well. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Being acquainted with the owner for years absolutely too notch. $10 per side to adjust the back of my suit jacket fifteen bucks combined for the pant sleeves, $10 for the waist.

I should have provided this review 2 months ago, commitment to service saved the day! Initial fitting was short notice and when the tux was delivered 3 days later it wasnt quite right. I called and a new tux was delivered to me at the Breakers by 10PM on a Wednesday night! I looked great and the Tux Shop made sure of it! Thanks again!

I just returned from my sons wedding at the Hilton on Singer Island, FL. We live in NY as do several groomsmen, Father and Grandfather of the Groom. I cannot say enough about Susan and The Tux Shop. They were wonderful! We didnt arrive until late afternoon Friday and she was able to fit the guys, and alter their suits and have them delivered to the Hotel Saturday morning!!! In addition, the suits were picked up from the Hotel. The service, the suits and the shop were top notch! Thank you again for all your help!

Best place to rent a Tuxedo, I got married two months ago and before I went here I went shopping around in other stores and they didnt even care I was the groom, they didnt even let me try their tux but Tux Shop did so much more for me. Ana helped me and let me try all the tuxedos that they have and they modified their tuxedo so it would look like it was made just for me. Thanks, I will definitely be back.

The tux shop is awesome! They have every kind of tux you can imagine and they have them all in the store (other shops I have gone to would not let me try on certain tuxedos because they kept them at their warehouses). The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect tux! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great tux rental!

My wife and I had a very bad experience with this place for a wedding day. We had our suits delivered. The owner was great at first, promised us everything will go well and if theres any issues that she would come and fix it. Needless to say, issues did occur. There was a six-inch stain on one of the dress pants, one of the shirts smelled like extreme BO, scuff marks on the shoes that were unrepairable, and she actually gave us the wrong tie for our wedding. I called and informed her of the situation. She denied my request for her to come and fix the situation. She told me I know that you are going to give me a bad review due to this situation, so I really DONT CARE of the outcome. Who says that to someone to thats is getting married in 3 1/2 hrs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. No one should have to deal with that on there wedding day. It was a horrible experience and advise to stay away from this place.

Paid $210 for a one day tux rental for a wedding that I was a grooms men for and right before staging the bottom of my rental shoe fell off. Literally the day before that when I went to pick up tux and do a final fitting the same thing happened in the store with a different pair of shoes. Low quality stuff

The professional and personable service is and has always been perfection. The quality of tuxes and fittings impeccable.! WE have been using their services for over 20 years.

For a tux rental shop that charges close to $300 for a rental, the fit better be right. This didn’t happen for the wedding I was in. I told the tailor it was too tight during my second fitting and it seems like he made no alteration. They did bring up a different fit to the venue which was nice, but it still wasn’t my fit.That was not even the part that bothered me. I called them up a week later (once I seen the pictures of me in the suit) to let them know my feedback. They insisted I was wrong and couldn’t acknowledge any criticism. For high dollar rentals I would expect better customer service. I would suggest an online site like theblacktie or anything over these guys.

The owner Susan bills herself as an expert tailor. She employs interns (friendly and courteous, but very inexperienced). She hovers over them and floats around the shop in a boastful way. I spent a considerable amount time making sure my tuxedo rental would fit correctly. I was concerned because for the cost of the rental I would have been able to purchase my own tux (the rental was Michael Kors). The shoes are really cheap, quality similar to Payless. Ultimately, the tux that Tux Shop Palm Beach delivered was worst fitting/incorrectly tailored tuxedo I have ever worn. For the price they charge, they should be ashamed.... but they are not.I politely called and raised the issue with the owner Susan. She was curt, unapologetic and asked me to send photos and write her an email... asking me “you must have certain intentions with calling about your rental. Are you looking for a refund?” After sending emails 2x, and placing 2x followup calls, she told me “I read your email and will reply next week”. When she finally replied over email, her response was cryptic and really made no sense. It was as though someone writing a generic response and tossing in random “big” words to make them sound intelligent. I called asking her to explain what she meant in her email because it made no sense... she wasn’t able to. Awesome business.

Condoscending, unapologetic Owner. Does not deliver goods as promised. Will sell you in the store, but after you pay... good luck. If they do a bad job or in my case, delivered incorrectly tailored suit and forget the upgraded suspenders/cufflinks I purchased all together - the owner Susan will rudely tell you to take your business elsewhere. That’s after she’s taken your money. 30 years in business but read the reviews, I wish I had before renting from this sham shop.

Disgusted! I was appalled over the weekend when the Groom of the wedding I was in told me of his recent experience with “The Tux Shop”. He not only received pants with HUGE stains, shirts that reeked of body odor, shoes that were in no condition of being worn and the WRONG ties for his very special day. To top it off, the lady on the phone told the groom that she was not going to fix the problem and didn’t care because she knew he was already going to write a bad review. This is unacceptable and to say the least makes sick to my stomach. Take heed when choosing a Tux store that doesn’t care about the product they are renting for such a special occasion.

I really hate to write bad reviews about anyone but my experience with this store was really upsetting. I won a dinner jacket at a charity auction and asked if I could use the value toward a suit. I was told yes, returned to the store, got measured, spoke with the girl up front who said she spoke with the owner and approved this once again. The owner then came from the back, was extremely rude and told me I was lying and had never spoken to anyone! Wow! I am a business owner myself and would never treat a customer in the demeaning manner that she treated me. I walked out of the store and said they could keep the over $500 value that I gave to the charity as I did not want to do business with them. I will just go elsewhere.

I am 15 years old. This Tux shop is extremely nice. We purchased a full tux 1 year ago from this shop. The atmosphere is great, and the employees are professional! However, as much as it kills me to leave a one star review, I feel its only fair to do so for the sake of others reading this.We recently made an appointment to go in and have my tux let out. At the recent appointment to have my tux re-fitted, I had the entire tux with me. (Bow tie and cummerbund in a bag, as well as studs and cufflinks already on my dress shirt.) As I was changing into my full tux to have the new measurements taken, I remember the studs (black button covers, you cant miss them) on my dress shirt as I was dressing and un-dressing during the appointment. At the end of the appointment, I neatly left my full suit and accessories (bow tie in bag as well as studs and cufflinks still on dress shirt) neatly hung up in the changing room. As usual, everything went well and Susan the owner was great. About a week later, after my tux had been let out, we quickly stopped in to pick up the tux. The entire tux was already prepared in plastic wrap and on hangers for our pick-up time which was nice. We trusted that everything was there. The little bag with my bowtie and cummerbund was there as well.A couple days later, at my first concert of the season, everything fit just fine, however, I realized my Studs (black button covers) and Cufflinks were missing and no where to be seen. Long story short, the day after my concert, we called the Tux Shop and simply told one if the employees what we were missing. (The Studs and Cufflinks.) They got with the owner (Susan) and they told us to come on in.A few days later we visited the shop and began telling the employee at the front desk who we were. Seconds later, Susan the owner stormed up to us from the back. (She knew why we were there.) She didnt want to listen for long and she emplied to my mom and me that I was lying or we must have been losing our minds. We tried to calmly tell her why we know her shop lost my Cufflinks and Studs, but she wouldnt let either of us talk for very long and she didnt want to listen to what we were saying. As a Tux shop owner, youd think Susan would want to at least listen to a loyal client, but she was just very rude and didnt want to listen. She was so single-minded and didnt want to take responsibility, that she actually tried to make us believe we never even bought the Cufflinks and Studs from her! Meanwhile, this is my VERY first time having to wear a full Tux so this is obviously the only Tux shop that we have been to. Plus, its suggested that I where Studs in the Symphony where I perform, so obviously we would have made sure to purchase Studs and Cufflinks from the Tux Shop the same time we originally got my Tux! Even though Im 15, Im a business owner and I strive to go above and beyond for my customers rather than have a disappointed customer leave a 1 star review. I do realize that there is no need to cater to people as a business owner, but at the Tux shop, this was such a trivial situation. Unfortunately Susan had to turn on us with her untactful, condescending, and an it doesnt matter to me type of attitude. (Even after a year worth of business, talking, and appointments.) If she had been kinder to us, it would have be better. Its about how you respond to customers more so than the actual situation at hand. My advice to you is that I would take your business elsewhere, because its pretty unfortunate that some business owners put on such a friendly front but then when theres a little issue, the true colors shine through. Of course you wont know that until its too late. Just read the other 1 star reviews on here, Im not the only person! Dont get sucked into thinking this is a classy, perfect shop and there is never a chance of disappointment!

We rented 7 tuxedos from them for our daughters wedding. They were too high priced for the quality of their service. No communication, didnt get the tuxes we thought we were getting. And to top it off, the owner is a liar. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to Mens Wearhouse.
