I have had my personal information blasted across the Pharmacy, the staff are rude beyond belief and act mad that they even have to speak to you. I am looking for another location. Too bad they act like this. Very hateful people.

Todd and Nell both were absolutely accomodating to my husband and myself for flu shots.I come to this location quite a bit for a elderly gentleman that I take care of. Todd has always a pleasant attitude and makes people feel welcomed not like other locations that they ignore you and pretend they see you. Todd has a great sense of humor and takes his position very seriously. Nell is new to this location also very nice.

Horrible service,unfriendly staff. The store manager is down right rude to the customers. This store was great when the manger Nick A. Was here. I spend most of my Money at Publix pharmacy now because how rude everyone is. Not to mention how dirty that store is.

Something has to be done about the pharmacist at Oakbrook Square. I believe his name is Todd. I have complained about how rude he is to the previous pharmacy manager. He will be standing at his computer and not say anything to the customers at the register. Tonight he did the same thing to an elderly man who got upset and said screw it! I am finding another pharmacy. As I was walking up to the pharmacy just this evening he was just getting off the phone with a patient and after hanging up turned around to the other pharmacy worker and loudly started mocking what the patient had just said on the phone. I was in disbelief. If it does not improve I will find another pharmacy as well. I have had to walk away more than two or three times when getting tired of standing there when he finds what is on his screen more important that helping someone at the register

Whenever we have to get a prescription refilled it is never ready when we are told. When our doctor senttwo prescriptions in on Wednesday before noon they were not ready at four PM on Thursday. When I commented the woman at the register told me it was because there isn’t enough help. After reading all theprevious comments it is obvious that CVS really doesn’t care about their customers.

I have been to this place with a special need and the staff helped me very well. Thank you!
